I'm pretty much rooting for ex-Mets over here, which means I'm banking on Beltran for the Astros and Turner/Grandy for the Dodgers. Except Daniel Murphy. Fuck Daniel Murphy.

I loved it. Even though it was a three hour movie, it didn't feel that long because it was well-paced.

I think its crazy how things can turn out. Scott Hatteberg hit the home run that clinch the record-breaking streak by the A's. Scott Hatteberg's career also basically ended when the Reds cut Hatteberg to call up Jay Bruce. And then you have Bruce, all these years later, hitting the home run that break's the A's streak. Unbelievable. Also, google Scott Hatteberg and the first pic that comes up is Chris Pratt as Scott Hatteberg.

Picking a team to root for in this season's playoff race is basically me just picking which ex-Met I want to watch the most.

I just feel like I am consistently disappointed by Matt Harvey. Horrible. But I don't wanna think about my Mets right now. Anybody think Stanton is gonna reach the 60 home run mark this year? He just hit his 52nd, I feel like its definitely a possibility.

Not sure. He gets credit in the history book for being the first pitcher to lose a no-hitter to a walk-off homer, though. Also, as a Mets fan I'm so very pissed at the returns they got for all the trades they made. I'm especially upset at losing Curtis Granderson, a personal favorite of mine. I really hope that Grandy can win him self a ring over there in LA. Expect bandwagony tendencies from me as I follow Grandy's Dodger career.
