Sorry, I didn't even read it
Here it is. Take a look at the advertising board in the background...

What? The keeper gets the guy on the ground and continues to kick him as hard as he fucking can. The first kick you can excuse as self-defence, but he was just laying into the guy because he could.

If we're purely talking about the phrasing of it all then the John Terry example is a relevant one. Is saying "black" acceptable? Of course. Is saying "black cunt" acceptable? No. Similarly with Suarez, it doesn't even matter whether 'negrito' is inherently racist, all that matters is that it's used in conjunction with an insult to make that insult racially-insensitive.

Martin Tyler said something like 'Suarez has done well to be playing tonight with all the drama surrounding him.' Bit surprised at that.

I have an awesome game ready, Chamber Mafia. 12 people, probably.

Another thing Balague said was that if Santos accept another offer then they're required to pay Barcelona 20m euros. If that's all accurate (and it seems pretty feasible) then surely if Madrid were to bid at least 10m euros more than Barcelona then Santos could still profit by accepting it? Not to mention the fact that they'd have had the payment from Barcelona for some time, using it or earning interest.

If it's a criminal offence, are the FA not now obliged to hand the Suarez case over to the CPS?
I'm not sure what the laws are, to be honest. In another line of work I'd guess that there are incidents which merit disciplinary procedures but not criminal prosecution. I know that Evra and Suarez aren't exactly traditional colleagues, but it's a similar situation.
In the Suarez case, it very much hinges on whether Evra was offended, so it's an issue between the two of them. In Terry's case, Ferdinand apparently didn't hear at all and it's more a situation of 'celebrity makes inappropriate comments in front of large crowd of people.'
EDIT: General, how do you know that the courts will only impose a fine? In a similar situation a fan would be given a three year ban from all football grounds in the country, not a fine.

Makes sense in a way. Evra and Suarez are both employees of footballing companies and have contractually agreed to abide by FA regulations. Racism is a serious allegation, but because of that the FA can be an arbiter. If a member of the public, who has no reason to acknowledge the right of the FA to make a fair judgement, is involved, then it should go through the proper legal procedure.

It's a combination of guilt and perspiration!

They're both better than Avram Grant, too. That man is absolutely not a football manager.
-
One of them's Scottish and the other's black. I think the decision is clear-cut.

Steve Kean then managed to make Ince look like a managerial god.
No, Ince is worse than Kean.

I'm a big Federer fan, but I know quite a few people who dislike him.
Darren Clarke's pretty universally liked (understandably.)

Fitness cards are a luxury, though - it's not until you have plenty of coins that they're even worth thinking about. I prefer having a larger squad and rotating, but you can also buy a crappy back-up XI of discard-level cards and then play an offline match with them. That'll rest your entire first team and you can pick up the odd tournament bonus.
-
I don't mind Ultimate Team, but the whole contract thing is very, very annoying. It's just a pain in the ass and in now way fun.
Best thing to do is buy shiny managers. Gold ones give you +3% to every contract you apply, even if they're just sitting in your club. The bonuses stack, so if you get 17 different shiny gold managers you get 50% more games out of every contract you apply. You can almost always get shiny gold contracts for 300 coins, so they give you 28 games + 14, so 42 games for 300 coins. Makes a big difference towards pushing you towards making a profit every game rather than a loss.
Don't use fitness or healing cards until you have way more coins, they're stupidly expensive for what you get. Either have a big enough squad that you're happy to rotate or build two different starting elevens and then make their bench and reserves the other eleven players. That means that playing a single game with either team rests every single member of the other one.

Fucker tried to blame misdiagnoses from West Ham doctors for his injury troubles :/

I fucking love Ultimate Team. Fuck the football, I wear braces and work the market.

Demba Ba went on strike to force the move to West Ham, too.

First one's a yellow and the second one doesn't deserve a talking to. Yaya goes to put his hand on Mata's head and Mata slaps Toure's arm.
There's no rule against 'raising your hands to another player' and common sense says there's no fucking way that's violend conduct.
-
He wasn't even pushing him and it wasn't to the face. Toure goes to put his arm around the back of Mata's head (Di Canio style) and Mata sees it coming, moves his head and pushes Toure's hand away.
-
Doesn't want Aguero running around up top on his own when they're a man down. Balotelli's legs are less important.

Interesting line-up for Chelsea tonight, hopefully signs of how AVB wants the Chelsea midfield to be long-term. Could have easily brough Lampard back in, but Ramires is undroppable and Romeu+Meireles is the best pairing to go alongside him.
Really looking forward to this game. Two midfields with excellent passing skills and in-form strikers up front.

I think Greg Jackson said something like "Check on Lyoto, get yourself some fans."

The context is as part of an argument between two competitors on a football pitch. Is it offensive? If it's acceptable to Suarez but not to Evra, is it offensive? The entire purpose of anti-racism measures is to protect people from the feeling of being singled out for vitriol because of your race. Suarez's intentions are irrelevant because Evra doesn't know how many black friends Suarez has or how upstanding he is.
Again, 'black' is not offensive, but if you call someone a 'black twat' on a football pitch you will be punished infinitely worse than someone who simply says 'you twat.'
