  1. Why not put together an all team of players from birth year instead! Lopes Meunier - Koulibaly - Van Dijk - Sandro De Bruyne - Kante Mahrez - Hazard - Griezmann Firmino That's a lot better!
  2. Mine is completely terrible Chilavert F. Ricksen - B. Poulain - A. Figuero - D. Iapichino L.Cana S. Govou - M. Hamsik - P. Hurtado G.Pandev Manager: Triple H Had to pad the team out with lads I've never heard of. Absolutely set for set pieces with Chilavert though
  3. Tripped up on the last 2. Would have never gotten the last one so I'd say 19 is my best possible score!
  4. While I was looking into this too, I looked at Torres. His ratio was 0.64 at Liverpool (would have been 4th on this list) and dropped to 0.18 at Chelsea lol. 0.40 overall. Sligthly better than Darren Bent but worse than Drogba and Sandra Redknapp . He was only 26 when he signed for Chelsea as well. Madness.
  5. Here's the goals per game ration ranked or everyone who scored more than 100 goals. Gives a good balance of productivity and longevity. RVN, Ronaldo and Suarez all scored less than 100 so I've added them to the list too. Looking at it, I don't think Ronaldo should be in the top 10 personally. Rank Player Nationality Goals Games Ratio 1 Sergio Agüero Argentina 180 261 0.69 2 Thierry Henry France 175 258 0.68 3 Harry Kane England 136 201 0.68 4 Ruud Van Nistelrooy Netherlands 95 150 0.63 5 Luis Suarez Uruguay 69 110 0.63 6 Alan Shearer England 260 441 0.59 7 Ian Wright England 113 213 0.53 8 Robin van Persie Netherlands 144 280 0.51 9 Michael Owen England 150 326 0.46 10 Andy Cole England 187 414 0.45 11 Romelu Lukaku Belgium 113 252 0.45 12 Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink Netherlands 127 288 0.44 13 Robbie Fowler England 163 379 0.43 14 Cristiano Ronaldo Portugal 84 196 0.43 15 Wayne Rooney England 208 494 0.42 16 Les Ferdinand England 149 351 0.42 17 Didier Drogba Ivory Coast 104 254 0.41 18 Darren Bent England 106 276 0.38 19 Matt Le Tissier England 100 270 0.37 20 Robbie Keane Republic of Ireland 126 349 0.36 21 Dion Dublin England 111 312 0.36 22 Teddy Sheringham England 146 418 0.35 23 Nicolas Anelka France 125 364 0.34 24 Jermain Defoe England 162 496 0.33 25 Dwight Yorke Trinidad and Tobago 123 375 0.33 26 Frank Lampard England 177 609 0.29 27 Steven Gerrard England 120 504 0.24 28 Peter Crouch England 108 468 0.23 29 Emile Heskey England 110 516 0.21 30 Paul Scholes England 107 499 0.21 31 Ryan Giggs Wales 109 632 0.17
  6. I got bored of Red Dead too. Too slow and every time I went back, by the time I got aclimatised to it again, I was bored again. I've played, completed and loved bascially every other Rockstar game too. This was just a bit too much
  7. Antonio Brown is/was? arguably the best reciever in football, he'll 100% get another shot if there's no criminal charges.
  8. Cam to the Chargers makes too much sense to not happen. I still can't believe the Bears gave up a 4th to pay Foles $15mil with all the QB options out there.
  9. Off the top of my head. I'd say Martin O'Neill, Paul Scholes, Dwight Yorke, Seamus Coleman and Jonny Evans are the people he's worked with and praised publicly. It's a short list! He's a strange man but was a phenomenal leader and player. Would definitely have him ahead of John Terry as a captain
  10. Saw the clip of Shearer on Keane. I don't like the fact that two of my idols growing up don't like each other.
  11. Keane only #4 on that list, really? Also how do they quantify this list, if not by Premier League success? Like how is Wes Morgan a better Premier League captain than Mark Noble for example? Why isn't Tim Sherwood or Gary Neville on the list then?
  12. They haven't released the uniforms yet. I like the logos, it's a whole lot better than the leak looked on the hat. Twitter likes to automatically slate things to be funny, but it's really an OK design. The Ram head is brilliant, I wish that was the primary. A great modern take on the old logo. The Chargers really can't stick to their blue and yellow look now. They need to really lean into the powder blues and commit. Going to be a nightmare to differentiate themselves, especially going into the new stadium with no fans and no QB.
  13. Stadiums in America are more likely to be gigantic compounds in the middle of nowhere, that are 90% carpark because everyone drives everywhere. European stadiums are in a lot more built up areas that are pretty hard to police gatherings. You'd hope these idiots would be smart enough to stay away but they almost certainly won't.
  14. Gettleman is symptomatic of everything that's wrong with the Giants management. Extremely dated, slow-reacting, relying on people who they've worked with previously and stubborn to the bone. The man is a fucking dinosaur working in an ever changing league and nothing will improve until he's gone.
  15. Yeah McCaffrey is a major threat in the passing game, he'll be one of the few backs who'll justify his cap percentage. This is exactly why I was against taking Saquon at #2. He's amazing but he'll never be valuable from a roster composition stand point
  16. Premier League and Football League extend suspension to 30th of April and the 2019/20 season will be extended indefinitely.
  17. Nick Foles is not a good quarterback. I can't believe the Jags got a positive from a trade, that had an Osweiler contract dump trade written all over it. Unless Cam's right arm literally fell off, I have no idea why the Bears just don't trade a low pick to get him.
  18. Only $9mil dead cap, so they cut him. Probably better for him if that happens. He's worth more than the $19mil he's due this year.
  19. You can't just cancel internationals and all the cups either. It's not as if the English pyramid controls world football. World Cup qualifying and UEFA competitions will have to take place. There would be a 24 team League 1 btw which is normal, not 26. Coventry and Rotherham would be promoted to the Championship. Crewe, Swindon and Plymouth would replace them. 22 Premier League (20+2) 24 Championship (24+2-2) 24 League 1 (23+3-2) 22 League 2 (+1-3) That's how it'd form and it would balance it off to normal the next year with additional relegations. The leagues have to be done by June 30, otherwise it'll be a mess with contracts. If it can't, something has to be done and I don't think you can relegate anybody at that point because there'd be a legal nightmare. Somebody will have to miss out but if you rule out relegation then it'll be a lot easier to solve. Elephant in the room is the 2022 winter WC in Qatar. The calender will have to be normalised prior to the 2022/23 season because it will have to pause for that.
  20. Carabao Cup next year looks dead in the water at this point. Another issue is that players contracts will be up on the 30th of June. Season would have to be finished by then I would reckon. Also there's not going to be a shortened season next year. Teams will have to play each other twice otherwise there'd be war and it'll have to finish before Euro 2021, so there's not much wiggle room.
  21. 22 Team Premier League season next year with 5 relegations. All automatic promotion spots are honoured as-is throughout the pyramid, no relegations and it all returns to normal for 2021/2022 season. Liverpool should obviously declared champions and awarded Best Participant after 29 Games 2019/20 Certificate. The real victims in all this are the lads coding FM 2021.
  22. It's literally a pandemic. Behaving like that is at a minimum careless no matter what his diagnosis is. You can literally be killing someone by doing that shit.
  23. They should really park the league for a month or two, finish it ASAP and delay to Euros summer 2021. There's really too much money on the line for the clubs and their staff for them to not finish these leagues. Imagine the absolute legal mayhem for promotion and relegation if they do cancel the leagues. They should totally go ahead with the Euro play-offs in two weeks though, with Dubravka injured and 7 Slovakia players stuck in Italy!
  24. He really hasn't. It was a throwaway joke at a speaking event in Newcastle and all your "banter" sites jumped on it for clicks. Club is a joke enough as it as without needing to make things up!
  25. I like the idea behind the logo but the execution is poor. Especially on the hat because the horn is the same colour as the letters. One of these LA teams really needs to not be yellow and blue, it's hard to immediately tell them apart. Or the Chargers just need to leave really!
