  1. Picked up Borderlands 2, The Walking Dead DLC, and Hotline Miami. Haven't played Borderlands 2 or the DLC yet, but have spent the better part of the last 3 hours with Hotline Miami. And by God, do I suck at it.
  2. Hot damn, that's a good deal! Loves me some 'Coaster Tycoon.
  3. I suggest everyone pick up Rogue Legacy. Great, great game. Tons of replay value. Also, I have a 50% off coupon for Europa Universalis III I'm not gonna use. If anyone wants it, I'm willing to trade it for a copy of Hotline Miami.
  4. According to http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=180722, the last update was 9/13/11. And that thread was closed March 4th, so no, sadly.
  5. Alpha Centauri/Alien Crossfire were fantastic games, however, when I was making my list, I was considering not just personal enjoyment but what the overall legacy of the game was. AC was essentially a retooled Civ 2 (not that there's anything wrong with that), and I still love the game, but it wasn't quite as influential as Civilization 2 was. As far as Pirates!, goddamn, I was never much of a fan of the 2004 version (it was still good, don't get me wrong), but my entire family was hooked on the Genesis and PC versions of Pirates! Gold. What I loved was, that in spite of it's name, being a privateer for England, France or Holland and just raping the piss out of Spain was so incredibly fun, like sailing into a town and seeing both the Treasure Fleet and Silver Train, or recognizing that crappy piece of the map for the Incan treasure as something very easy to find. I was being facetious with my "for shame" comment, but I can definetily agree with Civ2 being FAR more influential than Alpha Centauri. But, good lord, did I play the ever-loving shit out of AC. I played the game so much my computer(s) wouldn't read the disc anymore and I had to buy another copy.
  6. 1. Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri (NO ONE mentioned this game!? For shame.) 2. Diablo 3. The Sims 1/2/3 4. Half-Life 2 5. Baldur's Gate 2: Throne of Baal 6. Elder Scrolls: Oblivion 7. Minecraft 8. Monkey Island 9. Portal 10. TEW/WMMA
  7. Thanks for the heads-up. Just picked up Deus Ex: Human Revolution with the gift code for a little over 5 bucks. And because I have a gift card applied to my account, I effectively paid nothing for it.
  8. Other than the locked 30fps and the mouse and keyboard controls being very unwieldy, there is nothing else broken in Dark Souls that I've noticed. And both are easily remedied (DSFix fixes the resolution and fps issues, and the controls can be remedied by using an XBox360 controller.)
  9. There's Millenaire: http://www.minecraft...an-translation/ Better Villages: http://www.minecraft...d-v12universal/ And More Village Biomes + Logic Add-on: http://www.minecraft...ge-logic-addon/ Dunno if these are exactly what you are looking for, but these are what I found in like 3 seconds with Google. Edit: Just so there is no confusion, I have not tried these mods, so I have no idea what exactly they do/add. Millenaire is quite good, it's included in either Tekkit or Technic. I'm sure it is, but I could not use it when I was using Technic. Millenaire (and Thaumcraft) made my Technic run like utter shit. We're talking like 3-5 FPS here. After disabling those two mods, Technic ran a super solid 75+ FPS.
  10. There's Millenaire: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/227822-145-spmp-millenaire-npc-village-326-sounds-for-craftsmen-and-minors-bug-fixes-estonian-translation/ Better Villages: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1480459-142forge-better-villages-mod-v12universal/ And More Village Biomes + Logic Add-on: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1430150-145-more-village-biomes-village-logic-addon/ Dunno if these are exactly what you are looking for, but these are what I found in like 3 seconds with Google. 11. Same here. Out of 50 or so games I own through Steam, I've finished 8 of them.
  12. Ash Gray is indeed fantastic. Had been playing it for a couple hours, and I was in the process of writing up my progress to take part in the play-along here, when my hard drive decided to take a shit on me. Lost ALL my progress
  13. If anyone wants to play a hack, but doesn't want to download the stuff to make them run (emulator, illegal rom, ips patcher, ips patch, etc.) this site has a bunch of different hacks (and a whole metric shit load of other games.) http://www.vizzed.com/ You do have to download a plugin to play the games, and I believe you have to register to save the games, but the site has a speed-up toggle, save-states, and supports video recording as of the latest plugin version (dunno how that works, haven't tried that out yet.) Just wanted to throw that out there for anyone who may be having trouble with an emulator or hack. I will also be taking part in the play along. I'll post my progress tomorrow probably.
  14. I see Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines is on sale for $5. Has anyone played it? I've read some reviews that said it's decent-to-good, but before I buy it and possibly regret it, I was hoping to get some more feedback. Hopefully someone sees this in the next 11 hours Edit: Same question for Arx Fatalis.
  15. I'm hoping for it to go on sale too. Grimrock is really the only game I want to pick up this Steam Sale (well, let me rephrase that. The only game I am allowing myself to buy since I'm temporarily laid off from work until Lord knows when). So it better be for sale!
  16. Can I please get these on kyky please? http://cdn.mademan.com/chickipedia/images/6/66/Image024_567.jpg http://i.b5z.net/i/u/230085/i/Melissa_Dettwiller_hot_sexy_9_ezr.jpg http://www.thephotographylink.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/female_body_builders02-150x150.jpg
