  1. Biggz, I asked about Briggs, and they are going to make another effort. Briggs said he wanted to make more then Urlacher does (Urlacher signed a 9 year, 56 million deal with a 13 million bonus in 2003). But, Urlacher told Angelo that he wanted to restructure his contract if it meant that Briggs could be resigned. Of course they won't talk during the playoffs, but after the Bears season ends I'm guessing talks will start almost right away.
  2. Bush can be replaced a lot easier then Brees, I'd say it was a wise decision.
  3. Maybe he has division loyalty and is pulling for the Eagles? For some reason I'm guessing it's thh opposite.
  4. So, who predicted a 15-6 score in favor of Indy?
  5. I thought that both sides both decided that they would make a second effort in the off-season to try and come to a deal? I was hoping that Briggs would realize that he has a chance to be a part of something special as well as become a linebacker for the Bears, which at least to me is one of the few positions that still means something. Holy fuck what a catch!
  6. Thomas is a FA after this season, right? The linebacker for the Ravens is who I'm asking about. Hell, if Briggs decides to move on, the Bears could offer Thomas a contract. I'd much rather have Briggs as he's much younger and just as talented, but with the way things are going it looks like he might go somewhere else.
  7. No, the options were to either accept the penalty and take the 5 yards from scrimmage or decline it and give the Colts the ball in Ravens territory. It was a good call by the ref, I just consider it one of the lucky breaks that teams need to get to win a playoff game.
  8. You guys got a lucky break there with that flag on the fumble, but Indy is still looking to be in great shape considering that Manning is playing like John Kitna. And that's not dissing Kitna, I'm just trying to think of an average quarterback that's going to make a mistake or two against a defense as talented as Baltimore.
  9. No comments on the Ravens-Colts game thus far Ze?
  10. Personally, I'd prefer to take Calvin Johnson or Dwayne Jarrett before I'd take Ted Ginn Jr, and I consider myself a fan of Ohio State somewhat. *EDIT* Mel Kiper ranks the WR like this. 1. Calvin Johnson 2. Jeff Sam. 3. Ted Ginn Jr 4. Dwayne Jarrett I would say Johnson, Jarrett, Ginn, Sam myself.
  11. In 10 games (8 starts), he had 20 catches for 26.5 yards and 5 touchdowns. Those are the stats, but the two games I watched him play in he seemed to be really impressive. With Gore running the ball as well as he did Smith didn't have to check down to his tight end, but when he did Vernon was able to catch it and get a few yards afterwards, exactly what I look for in a tight end.
  12. Ok guys, using spoiler tags, I need your help. I had a 26 hour save of FF12 die on me, now my 4 hour save died. I have a back-up, but it's only an hour and a half in and I need the motivation to catch back up. It's really boring so far on the second run through and I can't seem to force myself to break the glass ceiling to when it gets interesting, and eventually, all new to me. So, help me out, with spoiler tags.
  13. Anyone, anyone at all want to start up a Final Fantasy 12 game? I just finished the first hunt, so I'm right at the very beginning.
  14. So did I. I mean, really, was there a better way to end the Cowboy's season? Tony Romo played all right, but then couldn't come through when they needed him. Then, on the hail mary, after Romo had already given up as they showed on the sidelines, the wide receivers quit on the play.
  15. I'm assuming he's referring to the fact that Brady Quinn stunk it up again in a big game, and with Oakland having the #1 pick and there not really being a default #1 pick except for Quinn, they're stuck with it or trying to trade down. The problem with trading down is that there is no real big reason for any team to try and move up as the talent level throughout the first round won't vary as much as usual. *EDIT* Also, another death in football has happened in 2007, this time in the college ranks. The kicker for USC, Mario Danelo, was found dead at the bottom of a cliff. For more information, click here. RIP
  16. I was fairly certain that it was a catchable ball as well. Exciting game, even if I was flipping back and forth.
  17. I just watched the Bulls-Bobcats game, and I am really, really excited about Tyrus Thomas and Thabo for the Bulls. Wow.
  18. Melo is gangsta son, he's not getting jumped.
  19. The Bears were up 35-13, so their defense didn't need to completely shut them down, they just simply needed to keep the big play from happening. The Rams scored two more times, one drive was 15 plays and the other was 10 plays. The Bears defense didn't dominate, but they played very well to give the Bears the chance to get up 35-13 on the very potent Rams offense.
  20. Devin Hester for Offensive Rookie of the Year.
  21. Trey

This guy is a gift from fucking God.

  22. I just moved, and when I hooked my cable up, it only auto-programs to channel 47. I'm not sure why, and it goes from 47 to 95 and 96. We get channels 2-74, so I'm only getting half of the channels I should be. Any ideas?
