You can have short seasons, does not have to be 82 games. The only thing I am trying to figure out is how to have the current rosters and if I can import draft classes. Does anyone know about this? edit: 82, 58, 29, 14 are the season length options

He only wins in meaningless games. Coaching is a problem when you can't seal the deal. We were up many times in games and lost in the 4th quarter because of bad playcalling. I have watched all 32 of our games under Rivera and am not impressed. Oh great we beat other losing teams at the end of the year when no one has anything to play for.

last season the Panthers went 2-8 the first 10 games before they finally turned it around and finished 4-2..when there was nothing to play for. This season wasn't much different. They started 2-8 again before finishing out winning 5 of the last 6 games. He wins games when we have nothing to play for and our season is already done. edit: Out of the 13 wins Rivera has accumulated as our head coach, only 3 of those teams finished with winning records. And I think the week 9 Redskins this season were a losing team at that point.
