  1. Returning love for the Enforcer

  2. same here, I'd love to hammer one out in the next few hours. I know its not normal case and all, but if you have any rules you've liked floating about I wouldn't mind if we used our own?
  3. So I busted my butt the last couple of days making banners and avatars for a forum. It took me a while to come up with a universal design that just switched bg colors but, and one of the skins was a "DX" green and black theme so I figured I'd do a DX themed banner. Well here is what they looked like when I was all done; and theres a grey, gold, and another clored one as well. The guy put them up on the site and all was well, but then yesterday I log on and find that these have replaced my work; Now I'm not a guy who likes to toot his own horn, but am I correct in assuming that my work was the better work here?
  4. I'm bored at the momnt and feel like doing something wrestling related. Any takers?
  5. Found this on Youtube and figured I'd share it here; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kUMTG1lmGos&e
  6. Tried a couple new things, whatcha guys think? Oh and don't mind the size, for whatever reason people on another forum love large sigs
  7. Thanks K, not much different in PSP I've found. It's just a matter of using the Perspective tool I never knew existed (Y)
  8. How do you get the text to form like that (assuming you're using PSP) to the right of Hardy. I've tried everything and can only get text to curve when attatching it to a drawing object?
  9. I as well am going to say Norris, while you both did a plausable job - his was a bit more genuine looking I think.

    Needs to start the second part of FUSE!

  11. I've seen alot worse, for someone getting the hang of things they aren't so bad, but I've always wondered why do people feel they must use MS paint and PSP? I've been using PSP 8 for years, and have never felt the need to use the quite inferior paint with it. What does Paint do that PSP can't?

  13. I had a little bit of time and came up with these;
  14. Oh god, and top that off with the fact that I'm not familiar with macs, and my first graphic design course is next fall I guess I'm pretty screwed up the arse then, huh?
  15. Well I could do about anything with PSP 8 that the older versions of photoshop can. I downloaded a trial for the new CS and realized that it's like completely different, and after using PSP for 5 years it's really brain scratching to try and get used to photoshop. Thus I <3 PSP, so don't you be hatin'!
  16. How dare you mock the good name of PSP Norro?
  17. You'd be best served trying to find a set of grunge border brushed for either PSP or Photoshop, and placing them around the text, I've never come across a font set with borders like that in my findings.

  20. A Poster I made for my diary, Rate/Hate?
  21. The text is horrid, the inner bevel effect just doesn't look right and that font... For the most part it looks like a picture of him, turned a maroonish color, and the border is too this around it. The eyes, while I see what you were trying to do just looks... i dunno, it doesn't really flow together :thumbsdown:
  22. The first thing that strikes me is that these graphics are far to dull and dingy for my liking, I don't like the effect that's over top of them nor do I think the buttonized effect was a good idea. (It usually never is) You can't make out the belts. That font is horrible, but the Edge cut is good (if you cut it yourself) as is the logo with the MB on it. All I can say is keep trying, they're not the worst banners ever but they could be improved upon.
