Agreed, and I think one certainty, for me at least, despite the fact Ferrari are going to be very strong, is McLaren taking the constructors title for the first time since 1998. I think they'll top Ferrari next season, but it'll be very, very close.

Ahh all you naysayers about Button...Never say never; I have sneaking feeling he CAN retain it. With a fan-dabi-dozi deal of adjustment obviously, but I feel he's a versatile driver and he'll settle in at McLaren extremely quickly.

This be truth for me too, although I wasn't born in the same hospital as Hamilton, and rather than being a fan since Senna, a McLaren fan is what I was brought up to be.

Many tabloids now reporting that Button has signed a £6m a year deal with McLaren for the 2010, 2011 and 2012 seasons. Hasn't been confirmed by Button, his manager, McLaren, or Brawn/Mercedes yet, so for now, I'm taking it with an excited pinch of salt.

Well, all I can say is that if he does leave Brawn, from my viewpoint as a fan of his (he's my favourite driver and has been for years), then I'm glad it's McLaren, because he'll be competitive. But from a team-standing viewpoint, then I really, REALLY don't want him to play second fiddle to Lewis. If he does go, the number one on his car will mean nothing, as he'll always be second in the team.

Renault will make their decision before the end of the season they've said. I really hope they don't leave; not because I like Renault, because I don't, but they've got a history in the sport. That, and I like Kubica, and Glock (if he signs - I don't actually think he will now). But we'll see. I'm just waiting for Jenson to re-sign. I'm shitting myself thinking it won't happen. :/

I wouldn't mind Jenson at McLaren; though I'd rather he stayed with Brawn for at least one more year. If he was to move though, McLaren is the only team I'd be happy to see him drive at besides Brawn for 2010.

Damn right. I never played 2006 itself, but CE was the same, just had the career mode in it I think. But that game was, and still is amazing. I'm actually playing it right now and its even keeping FIFA 10 at bay at the moment.

Well I'll be getting 2009 on the Wii most definitely. I'll then be getting 2010 on the PS3. First new F1 game since F1:Championship Edition in 2006 which was awesome.

Yep, the new F1 game shall be with us next month on the Nintendo Wii and PSP consoles. F1 2010 will be released on PS3, 360 and PC too, and probably DS, but until then if you haven't got a Wii or a PSP you're stuck. As is obvious, it'll be based on the 2009 Formula One World Championship. So yeah...Discuss! EDIT: Official site
