That said, the "working class" barely exist in the traditional sense any more.
-
Wow, 4-1. Been a while since Utd have had a beating like that. Didn't see it coming considering Middlesbrough have been pretty average so far this season.
-
Pete Doherty reprents the working class? He's as middle class as it gets isn't he?
He's plastered over the Star, Sport and Sun, 'nuff said.
Just because he's well spoken and educated doens't mean he is middle class. He had a comfotable upbringing, which some may interpret as being middle class, but ever since leaving his parents been your average working class citizen who became successful through a talent in music.

What a scummy man
Just give him half a chance
I bet he'll rob you if he can.
Great song, I doubt it'll be as well recieved as 'Dancefloor', but I'm guessing it'll still be a success.
I didn't like the latest Libertines album, it just didn't have anything special about it. The 2002 album 'Up The Bracket' was very good, but the best stuff is all from 1998.
From what I've heard of the Babyshambles album (I've got 4/5 songs on my PC), it's setting up to be a pretty good album.

Pires does it again. 8 in 10 against us.
-
Pires has been a threat so far as he often is against us. He's changed Arsenal since he's come on.

Deadly Ledley. Second of the saeson already!

Not getting an experienced replacement for Vieira was a mistake. I think they will pick up and finish 3rd.
-
I just read Scummy is set to be the next single for the Monkeys. Definitely a better song in my opinion.
-
Been looking at some TV guides and it appears that the game against the Gooners isn't on Sky. I thought that because it's an early kick-off it would be on.
Very gay.

Would anyone dislike me for still quite liking The Libertines?

The shop.

Cannot fucking wait!!

Mardy Bum and Scummy are two excellent songs. I think I heard that the album will be out in January.
-
Wasn't Gary Flicroft the one that the papers revealed was having an affair?
Don't think he got done for rape.
Van Persie was the most recent example of it I think.
-
I heard we are in for Del Piero.
-
Did he not retire before and then go back?
Maybe I'm wrong though.
-
Drugs Don't Work is a classic though.
-
The comeback against Charlton. At 2-0 I thought we were finished and never expected us to come back.

If he does die in the next two years or so, it'll be interesting to see how many of the "Make Doherty History" brigade will suddenly become oh-so-respectful of him.
Cosign on that, a lot of the same "Cobain sucks!" people that detested Nirvana are probably huge Cobain fanboys now. Probably be the same with Doherty.
I'm curious about The Libertines now, can someone reccomend a song or something?

He was getting attention before dating Kate Moss, but when that happened his fame has just gone up so much. Moss being the perfect model and him being some 'junkie' made it great for the tabloids.
They just write all the bad shit about him and totally ignore the good things.
