  1. Not a bad haul for the Pelicans. Figured it was coming soon. Lakers are going to be a force next year. Until their bench comes in. Then they will suck.
  2. Guardians of the Galaxy.
  3. I feel the same about the Jazz. Bunch of talk out here about going after Tobias Harris, D'Angelo Russell, or trading for Mike Conley, but in the back of my mind, I know we're going to end up with Jeremy Lin.
  4. Jimmy Butler has declined his player option and will enter free agency.
  5. Due to not feeling well last night, I missed the game. Happy for the Raptors and their fans. Bummed out for Klay Thompson. Really happy got Jeremy Lin. This summer is going to be really interesting now. Does Kawhi stay with Toronto? What kind of contracts do teams offer to Thompson and Durant? And next season...is a team lead by just Curry and Draymond Green good enough in the West?
  6. KD posted on Instagram saying that he did rupture his Achilles and the surgery to repair was a success.
  7. Game last night was absolutely insane. Feel bad for KD, hate to see that happen to anybody. That last play, you could definitely see the difference I'm experience levels between the two teams. Raptors seemed like they had no idea what to do, Warriors pressured, and it was over. Not sure where the series goes from here. Hopefully, Warriors win game 6 and Toronto gets game 7 at home.
  8. Tony Parker has announced his retirement.
  9. I refuse to get my hopes up. If I do, the Warriors are going to find some way to come back and win this.
  10. Yep...I can easily see Durant sitting out the Finals and using the lost as an excuse to leave Golden State.
  11. It was nice of the Warriors to let the Raptors think they had a chance. Too bad that dream of winning a championship is going to be crushed with Durant and Klay coming back.
  12. Vince Carter announced that next season will be his last.
  13. Yep. It's all about the money. Plus, they think the more rest they give in between games, the better the games will be cause the players won't be as tired.
  14. Do it, @KJE! You will never regret it! I don't hate the Raptors. I'm actually glad they made the Finals. But, I don't see them putting up much of a fight. They might win one game, but I don't think the other four will be that close. I hope I'm wrong, however.
  15. I'm still rooting for the Bucks to pull it out, but watching Curry, Durant, or Green shut up Drake would be great.
  16. I got to go to a couple Finals games when the Jazz made it in the 90s. I was young but have never forgotten them. Amazing experience. Hopefully I'll get to experience it again one day.
  17. Saw it coming. Nurkic would have had to have been playing to even give the Blazers a shot at winning even one game. Hopefully the Bucks can close out the series against the Raptors ASAP so that the Warriors don't get too much rest. I'm finding this post season a lot more enjoyable since I don't really mind if the Warriors win again. I did the same thing with the Patriots winning the Super Bowl this year. I figure it's pretty much a foregone conclusion, so I can't be upset when they do win.
  18. So...Magic Johnson is saying that he was backstabbed and that's one of the reasons he stepped that. I hate the Lakers, but it's a shame to see the organization turning in to a mess.
  19. Defending the 3 point line against the rest of the NBA is one thing. Defending it against Curry, Klay, and Durant, in the Finals, with the whole world watching,is another.
  20. The referees when they face the Warriors.
  21. Tyreke Evans has been dismissed and disqualified from the league for violating the antidrug policy. He can apply to be reinstated in two years.
  22. Knicks can still get RJ Barrett. Who might just end up having a better career than Zion. And I'm willing to bet one of Durant or Kyrie still signs there
