  1. Timo doesn't realize he joined Spurs given what he's said, right!?
  2. This is an interesting one! A hire on Black Monday, and from the NBA!
  3. It's definitely a recency bias situation, but man, Sirianni has ruined almost all of his goodwill with a significant portion of the fan base. To the point that I'm seeing so many people wanting him fired because of how badly the Eagles have folded down the stretch.
  4. The Eagles should have to forfeit their playoff spot. Right now, the Panthers are probably the only team that wouldn't walk into the Linc and win. They are truly that terrible.
  5. I will always remember the name of Tyler Huntley... purely for last year's amazing tumble at the goal line and the Bengals running it all the way back for a TD. Absolutely amazing to watch live from the nose bleeds. This is so cool, while also showing how awful the Browns have been over the years.
  6. Leave it to me to fall asleep after lifting and forget about this again! I'll be better next year!! Chicago bears vs Green Bay Packers - 5 Seattle Seahawks vs Arizona Cardinals - 4 Buffalo Bills vs Miami Dolphins - 3
  7. Not sure what Ben Brereton is really going to do to help Sheffield United. He was good in the Championship, but when he stepped up to La Liga, couldn't barely get any minutes. Championship quality players is pretty much their entire team, and it's why they're in the bottom 3. If they want to somehow survive this season, gotta get some better players.
  8. Yeah, I don't think that's a penalty. Yes, there's contact, but Jota keeps going and only goes down when he thinks the ball has gotten away from him. I'm assuming VAR upheld it because the on field decision was penalty and there was contact. But I do not think it's the right decision at all.
  9. Unfortunately for you, the Eagles have the worst coordinators in the league, the most overrated QB in the league, a star WR who barely gets the ball thrown to him anymore, and the worst defense in the league.
  10. It's so frustrating watching this team. Being outplayed by two of the worst teams in the league. This defense especially is so fucking bad.
  11. Luton 1-1 Chelsea (Sat 12.30pm, TNT) Aston Villa 3-1 Burnley (Sat 3pm) Crystal Palace 1-0 Brentford (Sat 3pm) Fulham 0-2 Arsenal (Sun 2pm, Sky) Tottenham 2-1 Bournemouth (Sun 2pm)
  12. This move is being almost universally criticized by MLS fans and even some pundits. LAFC's current #1 is out of contract but easily a Top 7 keeper in MLS. Lloris isn't going to be much of an upgrade at this point, if he even is. This move only makes sense if Crepeau is asking for too much money or Lloris is willing to come in on a small salary to live in Hollywood. Because he's definitely not worth a $1m yearly salary for a team against the cap. Not even worth $750k in a salary cap league.
  13. He was not even supposed to be out there for the coin toss, is the big issue.
  14. Absolutely hate penalties like that one and it seems like City are the ones who always get those soft calls. Onana's arm is directly in front of his face. If it doesn't hit his arm, it hits him square in the face. He's protecting himself AND it's clear the ball wouldn't have been a shot on target if it doesn't hit the arm. If Liverpool got that penalty given to them in a tied game - even against Everton - I would still hate the call.
  15. I know that Newcastle have a fair amount of injuries, but I don't think that's the biggest issue going on here. Really does feel like teams have figured out how to defend/attack against them. The side that started today was arguably their best XI outside of two positions, and Forest have thoroughly outplayed them.
  16. Depending on where you're coming in from, I always support hitting up Dalessandro's for the best cheese steak in Philly.
  17. Don't eat the chicken fingers there! Worst case of food poisoning I've ever had was from Xfinity Live.
  18. The fact that the Eagles almost let the Giants win that game says everything about how overrated and mediocre this team is. Eagles may walk backwards into winning the NFC East, but they will absolutely be losing their first playoff game. Mental mistakes every game, turnovers, a shit defense. They're just so poor.
  19. Bournemouth 2-1 Fulham (Tue 3pm, Prime) Sheff Utd 2-1 Luton (Tue 3pm, Prime) Man Utd 1-2 Aston Villa (Tue 8pm, Prime) Chelsea 1-0 Crystal Palace* (Wed 7.30pm) Brentford 1-1 Wolves (Wed 7.30pm, Prime) Everton 0-2 Man City (Wed 8.15pm, Prime)
  20. Dallas Cowboys vs Miami Dolphins (5) Baltimore Ravens vs San Francisco 49ers (4) Jacksonville Jaguars vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3) Fuck! I thought I did this days ago! I've been cleaning all day since we're hosting Christmas at our house for the first time.
  21. A better referee would have sent him off well before the slip foul (I don't think he should have been sent off for that, btw. Clear slip). The dirty shove in the back on Tsimikas at the sideline was 1 of 4 yellow cards he should have had today, on top of getting a lot of fouls called for him that if it was Salah, the ref would never have given. He's definitely very, very protected by the referees in my opinion.
  22. Yeah, it's frustrating because after the first 5 minutes of Arsenal just embarrassing us, we were by far the better team. The handball call is hilariously bad, but fluffing a 5 on 1 breakaway is even worse. We should have won, but yet again, failed to take our chances. In a season where City are faltering some and the title is winnable, it's two very, very frustrating results. Also, I cannot believe how much Saka is allowed to get away with. My goodness.
  23. Create nothing in 90 minutes vs Manchester United. Let Arsenal come in and dominate you and score in the first 5 minutes. Anfield this season. Liverpool should be embarrassed with this start.
