Until the final 2 cases, I felt like this game was a vehicle for the unveiling of the new 3D facial graphics, and I was oddly OK with that. It just felt like a series of interrogations for the most part. The story wasn't fantastic, but it was really improved by actually being able to watch characters act. Hopefully, developers will start to use this sort of thing more frequently and we might see some truly awesome games coming out in the next few years. I think it deserved the 8.5 IGN gave it. Not really a story that was up to Rockstar's big May releases from the past few years (always a celebration of finals ending), but it was a huge leap forward in technology and the first time I felt that graphics could take me through a story as they have never been a major selling point for me. I never did get very good at questioning, but I did manage to average about 4 stars the whole way though. EDIT - Goddamnit. Sorry.

I suck at interrogations. Is there one key I should be looking for to get things right? It seems like every time I choose "lie" I accuse them of being the criminal so usually its between doubt and truth, right? It doesn't seem like getting interrogations correct is anything you have to do, but it would make it more fun.

IGN has a "5 new things in Madden" feature up. Some sound cool, especially better coverage and improved gameflow. Am I the only one who doesn't care about updated presentation though? Its cool for about five games and then I just want to skip it and get to the actual game.

Picked it up today. Good times, but goddamn I suck at putting. Caddy isn't much help.

Anyone who has this on PS3, is it worth getting? The desire to play it hasn't gone away yet and looking at what games are coming out between now and Madden isn't making me long for it any less.

I have no idea, but I would think that it would be a game-by-game setting. That's just how I would do it.

Watching the Masters makes me want this and Move. I'm assuming that will subside with the conclusion of the tournament.

Netflix streaming services are probably my favorite part of the 21st century, but sometimes it's a bitch to find something new. What have you been watching and have you found anything new that surprised you? Recently, I've been watching all the James Bond movies they have on instant stream. It seems like they have most of the Roger Moore and Sean Connery ones. I've just started watching Parks and Rec after I stopped keeping up with it when I didn't like the first season. The few WWE sets they have haven't been much good, but I've been looking forward to watching the Bobby Heenan one. What about you?

I think Savage might be my favorite character to use. HBK is almost unstoppable, no one reverses or blocks him, and Andre is just a monster; his jumping stomp is just devastating.

Once I learned the chains, it's actually a really fun game. I was already a fan of the art style, and it's been the first game I've actually enjoyed using Andre in.

The All Stars website has a couple full matches on it, they look pretty fun.

So. Got one of these newfangled ps3's for christmas. I put in Gran Turismo and it's currently updating, do all of these updates take like 80 minutes or just some? Anything to do with me downloading a demo simultaneously?

That's infinitely less fun that I had anticipated.

Seems like there are a lot of unlockable titles...I have the hardcore, cruiserweight, and ECW...I know there are the WCW and Million Dollar titles. What are the other ones?

Well at least I know the answer is "no" and I'm not just missing something. Not a fan of how they throw handicap matches into RTWM though. Can a wrestling game have a story line without them? I do like Universe though, the only thing missing is the customization of title matches and #1 contenders, otherwise I really like the mode as a whole.

Just bought the game because I could get it on the cheap. I entered my online axxess code, but I just keep getting taken back to the screen where you're prompted to either enter your code or buy axxess. The code was accepted and axxess was downloaded, but it just doesn't work. Happen to anyone else? EDIT: Also, do you have to save after everything? Specifically when I'm editing brands, it seems it takes longer to save than to assign people to their brands.

Spend as much time as you have to in the practice arena....that's all I did for like 3 hours. I'm only okay now...still suck. I had to just give Jordan the ball and use iso to open things up and give Jordan room to work from the elbow. REALLY cool part though was when I finally got to 63, Jordan slammed a dunk from the free-throw line. It was epic.

I swear to fucking christ that I'm going to be stuck on the 1st Jordan challenge the entire time i play this game. Insane, I can't get through the game without 20 turnovers.

THis game is tough. I'm going to be spending a few hours in the practice gym trying to completely switch to the shot stick and learn all the Iso and post moves. Also completely changing my style of play, since 80% of outlet passes are intercepted. Kevin Love has just become useless in this game. When you do something correctly, however, the game is really rewarding. This is going to take all the free hours I don't have away. Awesome game, everything feels the way it should, too.

The demo for Elite was awful. Really, just terrible. I hadn't read the Association AI blog post, but that makes me even happier.

Sense is not my concern. I'm concerned about adding all the best teams ever to a game and making sure there's a tournament mode. That's what I would love. And I hope myplayer is tweaked a little bit, it would be way more fun to come in as a 7th or 8th man and have to work your way up. The NBDL is just boring to me.

I hope the developers plan on throwing in a couple teams that Jordan DIDN'T have moments against. I understand that the game revolves around him, but I still want Magic v Bird ('91 Magic just isn't the same). And as I said before, I want me some Dream. Good to see 'Nique will be in though.

We're merely over a month away from the release of the yearly NBA franchises. Lately, concensus says it hasn't been much of a battle with the 2K series on a fast break with both sales and critics alike. This year both games are attempting to create a more user controlled experience and eliminate many of the "canned animations" players hate. Personally, with the addition of the Michael Jordan game modes, and their reportedly seamless integration to the game, 2K gets my purchase once again. Even more important to me is the ability to play with all the classic teams they pit you against when you're in the Jordan game modes, I can't wait to play with Hakeem The Dream, Larry Legend, Ewing, Magic....oh my. The one think that makes me consider Elite is that it's packaged with NBA Jam, which is something I'm very hopeful for.
