Can you not transition from side mount directly to full mount anymore?

I think that's the big thing, the changes are all positive, its just going to take time to get used to. Overall, I'd say the game is WAY harder this year. even on experienced it was a challenge. Sway system isn't my favorite, I doubt I'll use it much in the long run.

Finally found a way to submit...granted it was a flash sub and was with Machida, but it was pretty cool. Spent 2 rounds destroying the body and then hit a hard takedown which rocked Rua and then threw on an armbar. Pretty cool stuff, happy with the changes. Much faster than last years, the hits feel harder too. Not a huge fan of the sway system yet, but maybe I'll just get used to it. Anyone have any advice on how to improve my shining skills?

The one thing that hasn't changed, however, is that I cannot pull off a submission. I never figured out how to "shine" quickly.

Love it. Feels like last years game but everything that needed to be improved upon has been. Haven't figured out how to sway yet, but I'm sure to be spending a lot of time with this...

The Intervention stuff was kind of lame, but some of the cutaways had me laughing pretty good.

The community site is acting odd. They understandably shut down the forums, but the main page links to the exercises page and other links aren't working quite right. Anyone know what's going on?

Yeah, Gus is generally play by play, but I would assume they'd replace the whole booth because Gus has never worked with Collinsworth as far as I know.

Its probably just back ups from them being overloaded with registrations...hopefully it'll get there before the demo comes out.

IGN.com has their initial hands-on preview...here. Locomotion in both games (NCAA being the other) sounds awesome. Also, from what I heard in the background of the Drew Brees interview, Gus Johnson IS the announcer in this game. I'm 100% sold, the more Gus Johnson in my life, the better.

Alot of those sacks were his fault for holding onto the ball too long. Frankly I think Rodgers is being over-rated by a lot of people. Don't get me wrong he's very, very good, but he's not shown enough and has displayed too muchy immaturity to be considered in Manning and Brees' company. I mean the guy has played for two seasons and people are putting him over Brady? I'm not buying it. In 5 years time, Rodgers will be the best in the league I'm sure, but he's not elite right now. I too feel Rodgers is overrated by many, I rate him 4 mostly has a homer. I love the guy and can't wait to see where he takes it. The sacks were probably 1/3 his fault I'd say, especially against Minnesota when I think the pressure of facing Favre got to him.

Tebow and most of the upper 1st round are overrated by 3-5 overall points. As a Packers fan I went straight for their picks. Bulaga seems about right, but I think Mike Neal is better than a 65. I wasn't crazy about the pick, I feel like they should've traded up to get Kindle or Misi, but I still think he's better than a 65. Also, I watched every Packer game last year and Aaron Rodgers could be in the discussion with Manning and Brees if he had the chance to build his confidence up instead of being sacked all the time. Finally, really dig the Card's new jerseys....I think.

James McSweeney, Brendan Schaub, Marcus Jones and Roy Nelson. Just like the PS3 Collector's Edition. I'm pretty sure that's for pre orders.

The CBS presentation is the reason I ALMOST bought NCAA Basketball this year (I probably will get it once it's super cheap, somehow Gamestop still wants full price for it). The thought of Gus Johnson announcing my video game is the greatest thing known to video game-kind. The ESPN presentation doesn't get me quite as stoked but its nice to see them put the effort in to make it realistic. I'm really excited for the locomotion running, from what I can tell it's going to make the whole thing a lot more realistic. And from my experience, the NCAA game has felt more like controlling real players for awhile now. Your move, Madden.

I believe this game was Kevin Durant's rookie year. I would go with the Seattle Supersonics to build a team around Durant. Plus, this is before the Sonics were ripped from Seattle so they were still kinda cool. I love the old uniforms there....go with Seattle.

Apparently on his tour, to avoid legal repercussion, the Masturbating Bear has become the Self-Pleasuring Panda. I can't wait to see how the rest of these characters all turn out.
