Yeah, if I'm shite in the field to begin with (back when I played MVP) and I wasn't great at baserunning (I had problems with leads and retreats) should I get The Show? Or are the baserunning and fielding problems than small?

I'm currently debating which MLB game to get, so far everything I've heard points to The Show, but I want more than one rating for MLB 2k6. Has anyone played both of them? What have you thought?

Any sports game, my favorite is NCAA Football, but I'd suppose the college basketball games are quite popular at the moment. I hear tell the new Ghost Recon game is real good too. Pretty sure that's online.

The fight system for Def Jam Fight For NY is incredible. That and The Bouncer are two real great raw fighters.

NCAA Football 06 is by far the best football game I've ever played, hands down! I love the run and gun feel that anything can happen. It reminds me of HS football, and thats a quality Madden doesn't have, it has the structured feel of pro football. So, ahem, you could go with NCAA Football 06, however they don't have D-III.

Too bad, Chef was funny. But Trey and Matt have it right here, it's a double standard and always has been.

Fight Night Round 3 is one of the best looking games I've ever seen, it just looks great IMO. The motions on PS2 are a bit more fluid, but the game is really great if you're into boxing. CoDII is sooo much fun, I've played a bit here and there and loved it. Other than that I can't think of too much that interests me, but in the near future I'd expect some true gems to come out.

I actually liked the Jack Johnson, I thought the whole Curious George soundtrack was pretty good. As covers go, I really don't care about them, but Destinys Child's version of Tragedy was absolutly horrendous.

Yeah, for specials I ended up with the Buzzsaw Kick and the Rear Naked Choke. The kick combos aren't powerful enough... Here's my champs... All of Charle Daniels music has fiddles, espically The Devil Went Down to Georgia....that's actually about playing the fiddle anyway... But my favorite is Gaelic Storm, some great music and some real good fiddle.

Weirdest thing just happened to me, I was stomping on Samoa Joe with my Christopher Daniels CAW and out of nowhere Daniels pins him. Not only did this phantom pin happen, IT WORKED! Now, I was working over his head the whole match, but it was really cool because it felt like there was an actual injury to Joe and he had to end the match right away. I realize that more than likely isn't the case, but it seemed awesome.

I've been thinking about it, we'll see how it is 1st I imagine...Fight Night Round 3 comes first thought.

1) As far as Monk goes, it's a great show, but I liked Sharona better. Plus Tony Shaloub is from Green Bay, so that's cool. 2) House, in my opinion, is the best show on TV, and it hasn't been cancelled, it's just that American Idol is taking over the timeslot for the time being. So no new House unless they move it.

I still say my best spot is the corkscrew moonsault off the cage...that was awesome!

Chris Botti is very talented, but if you're looking for something uptempo, don't go for him. That said, he's still very talented.
