Saha's always been a good striker and Spurs midfield with all due respect to Everton's is a lot stronger in terms of providing chances.

I thought Rio was wonderful. He still has a captain's heart, just the joints of an old woman. Yeah Rio was clearly having trouble moving all throughout the game, but he was good don't think he'll last much longer though(without doing lasting damage to his back).

I enjoyed Evra riling up the crowd, only to get moved away by officials...and then Rafael comes in and repeats the same motion that Evra was doing. Important win, now to hope Villa somehow nick something against City.

Cisse was looking like the best player in the field...then gets sent off for grabbing Roger Johnson by the throat after a poor challenge from Johnson. Fun match so far though, I can see another sending off on the horizon.

I think Ryan Nelsens a good signing, All of Spurs center backs are pretty injury prone and he's an experienced replacement who'll step in and do the job without whining about playing time. ...but someone should have bought Olof Melberg back.

Regarding Veseli, it's pretty weird to judge him and dub him fucking shit based on pre-season appearances, if we went by that Mame Biram Diouf would be all sorts of amazing. Never seen him play before but we've got it right when buying defenders recently let's hope that trend continues
