Well, from what I have seen, Disgaea 1 is selling for around a $100 on ebay so if you can pick it up for $50, I say go for it. Storyline wise, D1 is in no way related from D2 but there are some characters that crossover. It won't affect you understanding the D2 storyline, but it is more of a "Hey, that person was in D1!" feeling.

Are you kidding me? The Wii will rkOWN the PS3 in Japan. Hell, why do you think they are lowering the prices in Japan for the PS3? Nintendo owns the Japanese market.

I love playing as Balthier. In fact, that guy is prolly one of my favorite characters in any FF game. He is charasmatic, sophisticated, and has just the right amount of arrogance in his character. Plus, he has a gun. Blast those mofos

Game is f'ing awesome. I really love the battle system as it is unique and fun. Only about 4 hours in but so far, so good. Also, to me at least, leveling up takes a lot longer. You need to put in more effort to get to the higer levels.

Just got the guide and it's aight. I think I'm gonna return it and get my money back. I already threw down $60 for the game and the $20 I paid for the guide is making me cringe.

If you head to Circuit City, they are selling the game for $37. At that price, it would be dumb not to get the game
