  1. Tinsley has gotta be pulling for Most Improved honours this year, he carried the Pacers to a decent record (for what it was) when JO was out for those 15 games...and is playing well recently. Ginobili has been the man for years internationally, just none of you Americans take notice until the Olympics.'02 World Champs he dominated, and played injured and still dominated Peja, Jaric, Divac, etc in the Final.Thats when Jaric was good, too.
  2. Team 12 for Jimmy, I still see him somehow pulling what he wants and going to the Heat... Heh, Elden Campbell gets traded, Darko is one place ahead now, but still has Coleman, McDyess and the Wallaces ahead of him. Arroyo I thought was ready to have a breakout season this year...guess he got a ego after his games in the Olympics, huh?Pistons will use him as Mike James 05 or something probably. Memphis has snuck up on everyone with Fratello, bout time they gave Pau Gasol some more minutes, the guy should be a All-Star, same with Elton Brand.Elton Brand always gets left out.
  3. It's tough for a 19 year old 7-footer to develop without getting game time, though, isn't it?I read stories about the Pistons hyping up how good he is and how good he could be, but they never give the kid a shot, and when they do, it's 2 or 3 minutes. 'Melo would have probably got more of a chance than Darko though, but he'd probably be forced to play 6th man.
  4. Ben Gordon goes ahead of Smith, if Smith could score consistantly, I'd agree, but Gordon is a monster in the 4th. Kings with Mobley are gonna get more wins than with Christie.I dunno why, I just have that feeling...Magic are gonna win more with Christie though, too, even though I thought the trade was fucked to begin with. Why have the Magic only realised now that Turkoglu is worth playing? Larry Hughes (despite his injury), Arenas and Jamison should all be All-Stars, especially ahead of fucking Vince Carter....seriously, how the fuck is he leading the votes? Same goes for T-Mac (Although his is a bit more acceptable) and Yao.They play like shit and still get leading votes.Amare should start Center anyway, even though he's down as Forward. Heh, Baron Davis is gonna be stuck with the Hornets until his contracts up at this rate...And I laugh as the Suns are forced to play Joe Johnson at the point, if both Barbosa and Nash are out. Darko's got a decent offensive game and could score well (Like all the Serbs) but his defence is terrible, I wouldn't call him a bust yet though, he's 19 and he's learning off The Wallaces, Campbell, Coleman, McDyess, all great players (in their prime atleast) Darko's gonna be a force some day. And I want a Spalding Jersey ball, for some reason.
  5. TP knows...Game's the hottest thing out right now, whether you like him or not.He was gonna be sucessful anyway, even with all this stuff revealed, because he still rolls with G-Unit and Em which means he's popular to mainstream fans. Look at Jay-Z/Nas...Nas won the battle, Jigga won the war.Who is CEO of Def Jam?Who's record sales shit on the other?Who's got the hotter girl on his arm? Beef don't mean shit in the end, except bragging rights from what I gather.
  6. Yuk killing him on diss tracks is true, but Yuk getting tricked into doing a track with him where he's getting dissed is even worse, from the way I see it.That makes him look like a complete fool, and an idiot for even giving it a thought. 50 don't care for Yuk, he's going for the bigger Joe and Jada and such.Although, I wouldn't be surprized if he goes at him just to get more people buzzing over his new album, just like they did with Flex and the "Piggyback" track..
  7. D-Wade gets first career triple-double....gee, LeBron and Melo are really lagging behind, aren't they.
  8. Yuk got shitted all over big time by Game though, when Game said the beef was squashed, they did the track together, and Game was dissing him on the track while Yuk thought it was over.Dumbass. Game's album is pretty hyped from what I've seen, and this interview is weeks old, start of December, or it seems like that long to me.People are really waiting on this, and he's right, more people are buzzing about him than Yuk and Bleek, although a few places Buddens pretty on par. Game's really fucked himself over though with the whole, Chsange Of Heart/Tongue Ring/ etc ripping up his cred. He's still go platnium though, just like Banks and Buck, purely on association with 50, Em and Dre.
  9. I can't be the only one that thinks the Nets are the new Wizards.... RJ and Jamison are tied, I wouldn't mind either of them, but right now I'd take Hughes over Carter and Kidd over Arenas despite him being the way he is, the only difference is the Wizards have a slightly better front court, with Haywood in the middle. when do the Heat and Suns play?Thats the only interesting game yet to happen right now to my knowledge.
  10. Start or Smash Sumthin by Redman, I heard the track ages ago but cannot remember the name, and remembered it again when Ray Sefo came out to it at the K-1 Grand Prix Tear it Up by Yung Wun.
  11. EDIT - Disregard this, I forgot about the second page....
  12. The one's that came to my head were "How long will they mourn me?", "Me and my Girlfriend", "Hail Mary" and probably "Only God can judge me". EDIT- And "I Ain't Mad at Cha"

    Black Eyed Peas

"Weekend" and another song was before "Request Line", I think, I can't really remember. They've done alright considering they are just breakdancers trying to get somewhere singing, thats where they started out.But BEP has gone way down IMO since they got Fergie.
  14. Of course he has when it's "St. Valentines MASSACRE" sounds like him really in touch with his female side... and Banks > Buck.
  15. Man, Billlups played well in the 4th, shit, the only real reason the Pistons had a fighting chance was because of Antonio McDyess energy off the bench. Heh, sucks to be Dan Dickau, is he ever going to be able to stay in one place? When doesn't this kid get traded.Although I'd expect him to stay with the Hornets for awhile, seeing as they got rid of the veteranship of Armstrong for Dickau.
  16. I had a feeling the Pacers wouldn't do too badly, despite losing Jackson, Artest and O'Neal, but there gonna hurt when their 10 games away from getting Jackson or O'Neal back. The teams running on emotion and the hope that this may be the kids best chance to solidfy their place at least off the bench, for any NBA team, they know this is their shot, and they're doing a good job of taking this chance.
  17. Woah, you mean they didn't pay no attention to the game like they have in the past.Rugby 2004 compared to all the other EA Games fucking sucked ass, atleast they're taking a few seconds to do more work, but I still bet it'd be gay.
  18. Bucks and Magic, maybe even Washington as a surprize ahead of Cleveland, Tornto in the East. Dallas finish first, having finally got some D, because if Stackhouse can play the 6th man like Jamison did, they've got the top record in the league, IMO, beating out the Spurs who'll be second.Of course, the whole situation depends on if Stack can accept his 6th man role, if he does he definately has that title. But I'll go safe and chose the Spurs to top. West 1st Spurs 2nd Dallas 3rd Minny 4th Kings (who have the potential to also top, if they trade Peja for Artest) 5th Houston 6th Grizz 7th Denver unsure about 8, either Lakers or Jazz or the Suns could knock out Denver, Grizzlies, to take the final 3 spots, which are up in the air IMO. East Conference Pistons Pacers (if they do get Peja, they'll get top, IMO, and strengthen the East further) Heat Knicks Bucks Celtics Magic Bulls 8th seeds, with the possiblility also being Cavs, Washington, or the Sixers, actually. Magic I have a feeling will end up higher than the Rockets, and show that the Rockets got the wrong end of the deal, but with Francis, Mobley, Hill, Turkoglu, Garrity, Howard, Nelson and Battie, I reckon they have a good shot at causing a upset if the matchups are right maybe even sneaking into 5th seed. Conference Finals: Spurs Vs. Minnesota or Kings (if Peja's traded for Artest) Pistons Vs. Heat or Pacers (if they get Peja) NBA Finals Pistons Vs. Spurs, with Spurs winning, actually. 4-3
  19. The Celtics have so much potential to blow everyone outta the water IMO, their draft picks were great, and if moulded right, could be what they need off the bench, I'd put them ahead of the Sixers personally. And Jefferson handling the pressure? When Kidd & K-Mart were out for 10 games, he stepped up big time.I don't see Mercer being any good though. Raptors have the potential to be that high, or slip back to 4th IMO, Knicks easy winners, with any one of the Sixers, Celtics and Raptors filling the next spot, Nets finish last unless they can pull of a trade or something.
  20. Honestly, he should beat De La Hoya first, just for the fun of it. Then, he can fight Hopkins, I think he'll need just a bit more prep for Hopkins, as Mayorga just seemed like he'd try KO him early but instead gassed out, and Trinidad capitalized. Tito being sucessful opens up a few more higher profile fights though, which is a good thing with Boxing in such a horrid state.
  21. RJJ KO'd makes me happy.I hate him alot more than DLH, who I've never liked. Johnson's only stoppage has come at the hands of Hopkins, in 94, they may rematch, which could be an interesting fight, I don't really wanna see Tito Vs. Hopkins, I'd rather see him fight Tarver or Johnson, moreso Tarver than anyone else. Boxing is in shambles, I haven't heard of anything in the Heavyweight Division as of late....
  22. I'm sure he said he'd fight past his 40th, I musta heard him wrong.
  23. De La Hoya's gonna rematch Trindad, or Mayogra whoever wins outta those too, not Bernard. B-Hop'll get either Roy Jones, or Tarver, which would be a great fight, and I'd also love it if he killed Roy Jones, I just hate him. After beating Oscar, Hopkins has all of the Middleweight titles now, IBF/WBO/WBC/WBA(thats it, isn't it?), he should go for some big paydays before retiring, whether it be on top or after losing his titles. The man has held the Middlweight World Title for nearly a decade, hasn't lost in a year longer than that, and he's pushing 40 now, he's more amazing than the Golden Boy imo.
  24. I know a little bit here and there, heard of Game(quite like Westside Story with 50), heard of the name Yukmouth, but never really ventured into actually listening to one of his tracks. His flow is good though, care to give me a few tracks to obtain, from Yukmouth if you can?
  25. De La Hoya fought well, but once Hopkijns quit playing round, and turned things up, he had everything under control. Hopkins wins by KO 1 min something into the 9th, after a nice body shot, followed by a little present left hook to the head to put away the golden boy, who lasted/got more offence than he should have, for my liking anyway. Who's next for Hopkins, Jones Jr?Returning Trindad? his options are getting limited, but he said he wants that 20th defence of his titles, before he retires, which I'm guessing won't come too early, as he's still going strong and Middleweight Kingpin.
