He'd be simply unbookable?

I'm pretty sure it just knocks some out, in order to start new promotions... Don't think it has anything to do with how many sponsors are in the game, or being a financial/roster issue. Each promotion can have a max of 4 sponsors... With the game only allowing 35 promotions, the max amount of sponsors needed should be 140... But, most of the updates I do have 34 in them, so you only really need 136... I'm pretty sure there are 263 sponsors in the game... So about double the amount. -Bill Thanks for clearing that up Bill. I wasn't asking about increasing starting cash, on the contrary i'd suggest lowering the money sink that is production values or even wages before increasing starting cash. I just think a vaster pool of sponsors for the game to choose from may help them survive longer. I may end up having to test this in the future, if only for personal confirmation.

Hi Bill, do you have any other plans on replacing promotions? I know a few months ago it was discussed and Juggalo Championship Wrestling ended up being put in the game but if I could i'd like to turn your attention to my previous post in this thread, and possibly have your thoughts. Is it simply that the game will naturally fizzle the amount of promotions down to 15-20 and could this possibly be combated by adding more sponsors to help them survive, or is it an issue with them having unsustainable rosters/starting finances to begin with that see's them go out of business in the first few months? Any insight is much appreciated.

I'd like to give notice to the promotions in game, and directly that a set few ALWAYS go bust after the first couple of months. Shimmer, EVOLVE, Ohio Valley Wrestling and NWA-Hollywood always go after the second/third month. This has happened using Bill's data over the previous three months in every game i've had going (12-15 approx.). Maybe they need a rethink?

How about getting rid of the horrible red/blue blocks in the game so that overall skinning has a better effect?

As far as I know Bill still has some updates to do from last month on top of 13 pages for this month. Just gotta wait patiently.

It would. And to be fair i'm glad you've said the feature is available. Problem is only a certain amount of people own an iPod touch (i dont but my GF does), and only a small handful of those people use it as a proper gaming device, and out of that small handful of iPod gamers will you find few, very few, who will be interested in the game anyway. With regards to phones some of us use them only for calls and texts. Real world iPod/phone gamers play games like Bubble Bobble or something while traveling, or during work breaks. Some may be dedicated to the game (and I feel a game like this deserves the dedication of its player) but overall i'm not sure the platform could ever really be the right choice for this sort of the game. I know you have plans to expand but unless you bring in (in your own words) 50% of your financial investment you won't even try to put it on other platforms. Well, that right there is cutting your nose off to spite your face. Cross platform should be your #1 priority in my opinion. Regardless.

i'd debate at raising his brawl into the 80's, he's been on a great roll as of late That is madness. Mark Henry, while been pushed to the moon, doesn't have anywhere near the brawling ability as you're making out.

I'm not sure I agree. I, as do many others, like to book things in advance and/or have a fairly large text document/spreadsheet which covers pretty much everything thats happening in your save. That just isn't really feasible on a handheld... Unless they bring in something to help you plan alongside this game then I won't even give it another look.

I can't see it even competing against the likes of EWR and TEW. EWR has a community that is second to none - money cannot buy that.

+1 on that notion. Skins and GFX should be more easily noticeable.

The fonz factor point you made is irrelevant to my post so I won't respond to that but the war dance has been done for years and years and although it is traditional I don't believe it is menacing. Maybe its because I watch rugby and have seen it a hundred times... Either way, I was just putting my thoughts out there.

What AV do you use? Maybe add an exception to your AV that will allow/ignore Arsenic

Removing the NWA promotions would be a kick in the teeth to the heritage of wrestling. For me it's vital that they're kept in. As long as they're active and current I don't see why anyone would want them gone.
