  1. Totally but if the run continues you are looking at the better players wanting away. It's not a terrible team but they spent alot of money buying players that are supposed to be the building blocks of the future. I think all of them could be sold in the future rather than be players you expect to be at the club for years. I just think Rodgers will be the same old. Certainly with City, United, Tottenham and Chelsea all strenghining their squads. This is kinda simular to hodgson. Did well with a smaller club and look how that turned out.
  2. It could be argued that there are 3 in London and looking at the table one from Liverpool.
  3. Not when Charlie Adam regains fitness and stewart downing and Andy Carrol come back with winners medals linekles.....
  4. Still see Liverpool finishing outside the top 4 with Rodgers in charge.
  5. Read lord sugars biography. Very good read. A long read but just a fascinating account of his life. And read the hunger games trilogy which I couldn't put down.
  6. Thats Superb. Wouldnt happen to be the sun would it? Rumors abound that guardiola could be tempted to go to chelsea and that Man United would like him to succed Sir Alex. I know Fergie said he had 3 years left last season but if he were to go a year early to allow Pep to have his year long break with the chance to take over United i could see something being worked out. I doubt Fergie will plan his retirement around what Pep wants to do, instead of, you know, what he wants to do. Fergie can stay until he's 80 if he wants. That would be fine. Brendon Rodgers to Liverpool. Think he would do well but will he really be able to push them to a top 4 finish I'm not sure. And we all know that's what they want. And rather quickly.
  7. Never been to a midnight screening before but I might be tempted to do it for this
  8. That can't be true. He's not at arsenal so there's no way they are buying him. On a serious note I don't think city are interested in Dawson or Defoe but I could be wrong. Other than that it's not a bad list.
  9. United only really need a few tweaks here and there and kagawa would be a great and affortable addition so I hope they land him.
  10. Give him a chance. He will prove his worth.

  12. There have been a fair few. I asked for tomorrow never dies for Christmas on Playstation and it was a mess of a game. Awful. I would also say True crime on PS2. The first one. Went and paid a full 40 quid for it from woolworths and that was also a massive disapointment. Lost world Jurassic Park and parappa the rappa which while the latter was excellent it ended far too soon. Overall id say I lucked on getting great games. I wanted Tomb Raider 2 back in 1997 and had blockbuster vouchers and I went up to get Raider and it came out a week later and my mum suggested Final Fantasy 7 if I couldnt wait. She knew nothing of games and I had no idea what it was. So I bought it and grew to love it with each passing week. And got Tomb raider for christmas anyway.
  13. Seen It. Loved it. It Just blew my mind. Figured it wasnt going to live up to expectations but it did and more.

  15. Not Impossible but i cant see it happening. They can attract players by offering high wages but why would quality players wanting to win things join Malaga. I agree 100%. I can't think of any time that an average side has attracted quality players by offering high wages and then going on to win things in a relatively short amount of time. Yes but Madrid and Barcelona will be more difficult to dislodge than United and Arsenal and Chelsea. City were very lucky to win the title this year but in the end they did. I wouldn't say they were particularly lucky, certainly no more than Man Utd would have been had they won it. Madrid and Barcelona probably will be more difficult to dislodge than the English sides but it won't stop them being able to sign quality players. With the financial fair play rules coming in it will be alot more difficult to spend large amounts for Malaga whereas City Had 4 years to build a team without that threat hanging over them. Now its a case of sorting out the wage bill. My other point when you look at Citys team they should never have let Man United get a 8 point lead in the first place and really should have won the league alot easier than they did. Man United with that Squad shouldnt have really been able to keep pace. Although yes over the course of the season with the way they played they did deserve it.

  18. Such a shame on Spurs. The champions League places are always hyped up and to achieve it and not get champions league football will sting. Hope that doesnt mean that Bale will bail so to speak.
