What the hell is the name of this band?

I can't for the life of me figure out the name of this band or the song. But the video has 2 guys in the screen and they are walking in a hall and then it has 2 little girls in white dresses singing a part of the chorus. It also has clear tubes with blood going through them, a weird video to say the least but I havent seen it for a while, anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks for any help!

Doesn't Like Toy Soldiers end with Em standing in front of a montage of Biggie, Pac, Big L, etc. though? I'm pretty sure he would have recognized Em, but perhaps not.

ya I would have, it was on a lot on Much Music here in Canada at least a couple months ago. Umm I cant remember much about the song besides the girls singing and that it was a rap/rock type song. The girls repeated "We are" a lot.....
