Hey guys. So, I only recently got into cutting worker photos. But I have noticed that my photos come out blurry and foggy.

For example:  into . 

 

As you can see, the KyKy image comes out foggy and blurry.

Even if I cut Title belts onto an already-existing Kyky photos. 

For Example: . As you can see, the title belt looks blurry and foggy compared to the rest of the photo.

 

I use GIMP to cut my photos. And all of them basically come out like this.

Is there any advice to offer? To not make it so blurry and foggy?
