My bad, I forgot Tozawa wasn't in any updates. Off the top of my head, i'd give him a low brawl, speed in the low 70's, tech in the low 60's, around 8 overness, 60-ish for selling, 40-ish for stiff, charisma around the low 50's. Put Toryumon as his touring commitment.
