Collaborations between Mainstream and Underground

I just listened to Spur of the Moment by Ludacris and DJ Quik (pretty cool song by the way) and I got to thinking about if there are any other collaborations between mainsteam bands/artists and ones that are considered underground (not played on the radio/television and dont get exposure except for a small amount of people). Can anyone think of any other songs like this?
