Extreme TV

Date: July 23rd, 2005

Place: MCI Center in Washington DC

Rating: 4.45

Attendance: 9,097

The opening video plays highlights of last week's main event between Rhyno and The Sandman for the Television title before moving on for the normal opening video package. When that finishes, the camera goes around to catch all of the fans chanting E-C-W as we come to the announce table where Joey Styles is mysteriously flying solo.

Joey Styles: Welcome everyone to this week's Extreme TV and what a show we have planned for you people tonight. Paul Heyman has announced that 6 team tournament has been put together and all three 1st round matches will go down tonight. All the teams dont know who they are facing and neither do we, so tonight will be something special.

Paul Heyman's theme music begins to play as the crowd gives him a great pop. He has a microphone with him as he stands at the top of the ramp.

Joey Styles: So that's where he has been, I wonder what else he has to say?

Heyman is out

Heyman: And now to start off Extreme TV with yet another huge announcement. The Sandman and Rhyno will not, I repeat will not be the main event at Summerslam for the Extreme Brand. I want this to end and I want to end soon, so I am here to announce that The Sandman & Rhyno will go at one on one tonight and hope that this will end soon enough. Now than, I have set up a 12 man tournament to become the #1 contender to the Extreme Heavyweight Title at Summerslam.

The crowd pops pretty well here as Heyman continues on.

Heyman: Now the first round will feature four three way dances, in which the winners will go on to the semifinals. The finals will feature an ECW Style Ladder Match, where you dont have to climb the ladder, but a ladder will start out in the middle of the ring along with 4 others placed at ringside to be used at their own will to beat the living out hell out of their opponent. So, suck on that Mr. Monday Night GM!

The crowd pops again as Heyman's music kicks up again and moves on to his seat at the announce table as we get set for our first match after the commercial break

OR: 94

Paul Heyman gained 4 points of overness from this segment.

Commercial Break

We come back to see Charlie Haas & Robert Conway are already in the ring getting ready for their opponents in their upcoming tag team tournament match

??? vs. Charlie Haas & Robert Conway - First Round in the #1 Contender Tag Team Title Tournament

The fans are waiting for Charlie & Robert opponents as the Chair Swinging Freaks come out with their custom spray-painted chairs. The fans pop hard as they coming out holding their chairs high in the air as they walk down towards the ring. Axl starts things off against Robert Conway as the brawling begins as soon as the bell rings. Charlie eventually gets control with a vertical suplex and follows that with a German suplex. Axl starts taking a beating as Charlie tags in Robert and heeling it up begins as Robert takes every shortcut in the book. Low-blows behind the referee's back and choking. He tags Charlie back in as Charlie comes in with stomps before Axl finally starts fighting back with huge right hands and follows it up with a ddt. Axl inches his way over to his corner as he makes the hot tag to Balls. Balls comes in on fire as Robert & Charlie get knocked down with several right hands as the crowd chants "Balls" everytime he connects. A big Explosion Suplex on Charlie tags him out of the match as Axl and Balls use their spray-painted chairs in Con-Chair-Too form. Robert is out as Balls coming flying off the top rope with a big splash and stays on top of it for the 3 count to move on to the next round of the tournament.

Heyman: The Chair Swinging Freaks move on to the finals where we will have all three of the winning teams in that ring next week to decide who will face off against the Tag Team Champions, Doring & Roadkill.

Styles: And the mystery surrounding the randomly drawn opponents for the matches are driving the teams and the fans nuts. Lets go on to the next match.

??? vs. ??? - First Round in the #1 Contender Tag Team Title Tournament

The Mystery surrounding the next match in the tournament is catching up to the fans. First to come out is Chris Chetti as he waits for his tag team partner to come out. Spike Dudley's music plays as the two come down to the ring together and the fans go wild. About half a minute goes by before the Dudley Boyz music hits and the fans go wild as Joey lets out an "OH MY GOD! THE DUDLEY BOYZ WILL FACE OFF AGAINST THEIR HALF-BROTHER!" Spike and D-Von start things off with the classic brawling around the ring and ringside. Chetti & Bubba Ray climb into the ring and start going at it inside the ring as Spike gets waffled over the head by a huge chair shot from D-Von. Bubba hits the Bubba Bomb and goes for a quick pin only to come away with a 2 count. D-Von goes back to his corner as Spike climbs his way back to his corner. Chetti hits a couple forearms and jumps over to his corner to tag in Spike. Spike comes off the top rope with a missile dropkick that sends Bubba to the mat. Spike tells Chetti to grab a table and gets to work with that as Bubba gets back up and attacks Spike from behind. D-Von comes around and whips Chetti into the steel barricade and hits Chetti over the head with the ring bell. Bubba Ray suplexes Spike down and starts stomping away until D-Von brings the table into the ring. Bubba Ray lifts Spike's legs up as D-Von climbs the top rope. The crowd goes along with the Dudley Boyz as they scream "WAZZZZZZZZ UP!" before D-Von comes of the top with a headbutt to Spike's balls. D-Von gives Spike the last rights as Bubba sets up the table. Bubba sends Spike to the ropes and D-Von jumps in the air... 3-D through the table! The crowd goes wild as Bubba goes for the pin... 1, 2, NO! Chetti makes the save just in time as D-Von slams Chetti hard in the middle of the table rubble. Bubba throws Spike over the top and The Dudley Boyz hit the 3-D on Chetti! D-Von goes for the pin, 1, 2, 3! The Dudley Boyz move on to the finals next week as Extreme TV goes to another commercial break.

~Commerical Break~

Styles: Welcome back everyone to Extreme TV and our next match is the last in the tournament in this round. I cant wait to see who is going to be in this next match.

Heyman: Your guess is as good as mine Joey, lets get this match started, I want to see some blood!

??? vs. ??? - First Round Match in the #1 Contender Tag Team Title Tournament

A little while goes by as the b.W.o music plays as Big Pappa Chump & Da Blue Guy come out from the back as Big Pappa grabs a microphone.

Chump: "WHERE ARE ALL MY FREAKS!"

The crowd goes wild as the music cuts off for a little while as Big Pappa Chump & Da Blue Guy wait for their opponents. About 15 seconds of anticipation later, the b.W.o music kicks up again as Hollywood Nova & Big Stevie Cool come out to the surprise of the fans and a stunned Joey Styles as Heyman just laughs in an evil way.

Hollywood Nova: You wanna know somethin' dudes, the fact that the b.W.o brothers have to wrestle each other tonight dudes, doesn't matter, because the plan is to take over brothers! Tonight, 2 of the 4 b.W.o members will go on to the finals next week brothers and I can tell you dudes that somebody in the b.W.o will have gold come Summerslam!

The bell rings as the b.W.o members shake hands as Joey Styles is still in shock that the b.W.o is going to go at each other tonight. Big Pappa Chump and Big Stevie Cool start out with you guessed it, brawling. Hollywood throws Stevie a chair who then throws it to Chump which Stevie super kicks back into the face of Chump. Stevie than hits a ddt before tagging out quickly to Nova. Nova comes in with rights and lefts before sending Chump to the ropes to hit a boot to the face. Chump gets up pretty quick and stares down at Nova, who then receives a few rights to the face which is followed up by a suplex. Chump tags out to the Da Blue Guy. Da Blue Guy comes in with a clothesline and than knocks Stevie off the apron. He picks up the chair and smashes it over Nova's head before hitting a big splash. He goes for the cover but only gets a 2 count. Da Blue Guy makes another tag as he holds him in place before Chump hits a knee to the gut. We get into another brawling moment with Chump before Nova starts to fight back and manages to tag out to Stevie. Stevie comes in on fire now, beating Chump and Da Blue Guy down. Stevie hits a Stevie Kick on Da Blue Guy and goes for the pin, but Da Blue Guy isn't legal as Chump comes from behind and slaps on the Generic Sofa Recliner. Stevie screams loudly as Nova comes in with another chair and hits a huge shot to the back of Chump's head. Da Blue Guy comes in with a huge clothesline on Nova from behind before hitting a huge big splash on Stevie's back before Chump comes in for the 1,2,3.

Winner: Da Blue Guy & Big Pappa Chump

Styles: What an amazing turn of events in that last match, as Da Blue Guy and Big Pappa Chump are undefeated as a tag team and they just beat a much more experienced tag team in Nova & Stevie.

Heyman: Well that sets up Da Blue Guy & Big Pappa Chump versus The Dudley Boyz versus the Chair Swinging Freaks in a 3 Way Tag Team Dance to see who will face Doring & Roadkill in 2 weeks for the Extreme Tag Team Titles.

Styles: Rhyno is standing by in the back for an interview.

Rhyno Interview

Rhyno is the back with the TV title wrapped around his waist and microphone in his other hand.

Rhyno: Well, I have to wrestle The Sandman again... FOR THE THIRD WEEK IN A ROW! And you know something, I am glad. Because every week, my smile grows larger everytime I know I will get a chance to beat the living s*** out of you Sandman. When you took that Extreme Heavyweight Title from me, I lost apart of myself, apart of myself that can only come back when I whoop the living s*** out of you week in and week out. That gore threw the table last week Sandman, felt so good... the pain I have caused for the last 2 weeks has given me a pleasure that I could have never known before I lost my pride and joy, that Extreme Heavyweight Title. So Sandman, tonight after I beat you again, I will be coming after MY Extreme Heavyweight Title, and when I get back, I will make sure that nobody, not even you Sandman, NOT EVEN PAUL (insert f-word here but was bleeped out by Spike TV) HEYMAN WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE THAT DAMN BELT AWAY FROM ME AGAIN!

Rhyno drops the microphone and storms off screen while Extreme TV takes its finally break.

OR: 74

~Commercial Break~

Styles: Well, it sounds like Rhyno is ready for tonight and it sounds he wants his belt back Paul

Paul: Rhyno better watch what he says about me, because Rhyno, I have all the power I need to take that belt away from you and give it to somebody else, you stupid son of a-

Styles: LETS GO DOWN TO THE RING FOR THE MAIN EVENT!

Rhyno vs. Sandman - Non-title

Rhyno comes running out from the back with the TV Title. He lays it down on the match and starts screaming for The Sandman to come out. The Sandman finally comes out as the crowd goes wild. He steps out with his World title around his waist and a nice cold one (Tonight's Sandman Beer of the Week: Miller Light, ITS MILLER TIME!)in his right hand. He lights up and points towards the ring before taking a nice long puff. He throws it down and puts it out before starting to make his way towards ringside. He goes into the crowd and bashes the beer against his head before spewing it all over the fans. The fans go crazy as the Sandman walks towards the ring before climbing in and bashing the World Title across Rhyno's face as he charged at him. The bell rings as the Sandman starts stomping away before picking Rhyno back up and hitting a ddt. Rhyno rolls to the outside holding his head as the Sandman goes after him in pursuit. Rhyno grabs a chair and smashes it over Sandman's head before going under the ring looking for something. He finds a table and holds it up on its end. He smashes his hand over it, calling for another gore threw this table like he did last week. Rhyno puts it in the ring before picking Sandman back up and running him back first into the ring post. The camera gets a good shot of Sandman, who is now bleeding even more after bashing the beer can againest his forehead. Rhyno sets the table up in the corner before going back outside and starts laying on the punishment with right hands on Sandman's cut from the chair/beer can. Rhyno throws the chair back into the ring and than grabs a trash can from under the ring. He rolls back into the ring and sets the trash can in-between the turnbuckles in another corner. Sandman inches his way back up, using the apron as Rhyno hits a... baseball slide? Something rather uncharacteristic of him as Rhyno rolls Sandman back into the ring and grabs the TV and World Title and sets them side by side on the mat. He slams Sandman down hard on the belts and grabs the chair. Rhyno is waiting for the Sandman to get back up. Sandman gets up slowly and ducks the chair shot before kicking Rhyno in the gut and hitting a ddt onto the belts. Rhyno is now busted open as Sandman sends Rhyno into the trash can who runs into it chest first. Rhyno staggers backwards holding his chest as Sandman brings him over and hits the White Russian Legsweep into the table. Pinfall, 1, 2, NO! Rhyno manages to get the shoulder up and Sandman can't believe it. Rhyno manages to get up while the Sandman complains to the referee. GORE! Sandman is down and Rhyno goes for the pin and comes away with a 2 count! Now Rhyno can't believe it and starts to complain to the referee. Sandman gets up and cracks Rhyno over the head with a steel chair. Rhyno is down and out again it appears as Sandman picks him up and nails the White Russian Legsweep onto the chair! Sandman goes for the pin, 1, 2, 3! Sandman has won and its looks like Rhyno wont get a chance at the World Title anytime soon.

Winner: Sandman

Styles: OH MY GOD! What a match! I can't believe that the Sandman, no matter how much of a beat he would take just wouldn't stay down and he came away with a huge victory over Rhyno.

Rhyno stumbles his way over to the announce table and takes Joey headset!

Rhyno: SANDMAN! THIS ISN'T OVER, WE WILL FINISH THIS NEXT WEEK FOR YOUR WORLD TITLE AND I WANT IT TO BE A CAGE MATCH! YOU AND ME, 1 ON 1, WITH NO WHERE TO RUN AND NO WHERE TO HIDE. NEXT WEEK, I WILL GET MY BELT BACK!

Rhyno throws the headset down into Joey's lap, which just happens to hit him in the balls.

Paul: Uhhhh.... Well for Joey Styles, I am Paul Heyman and next week Rhyno and The Sandman will go at it inside of 15 foot Steel Cage! Goodbye everyone!

This time Batista goes behind and Angle counters by grabbing Batista’s leg and pulling him off balance and down to the mat. With Batista down Angle drags him by his leg to the ropes and places his leg on the bottom rope before jumping and crashing down on Batista’s knee. Angle does it again before sliding out of the ring and dragging Batista to the corner and rams his knee into the steel pole. Batista screams in pain as Angle slides back in the ring. Angle picks Batista up and chops him in the corner. Angle whips Batista to the other corner. Angle chases him in and gets kicked in the face. WWE Smackdown

July 28th, 2005

Louisville, Kentucky

This final Smackdown before this Sunday’s Great American Bash pay per view kicks off live from Louisville Kentucky. Pyro explodes and the camera scans the crowd holding up their many signs. We then go down to ringside with Michael Cole and The Coach.

Cole- Ladies and Gentlemen thank you for joining us here on Smackdown! This promises to be an amazing night, because this is the final stop for the Smackdown brand before we go live this Sunday for The Great American Bash!

Coach- Finally Cole got something right! Tonight is gonna be huge. I can’t wait to see how the punk team of The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels work together here tonight.

Cole- Yes indeed Coach, a huge tag team match is planned tonight, as HBK and the Dead Man take on The Cabinet...Ok folks it appears we’re going backstage, as something has broken down back there.

We get a shot of somewhere in the backstage area. We see WWE Champion John Cena down and out, with JBL standing over him.

JBL- Cena, I’ll see you Sunday at the Bash. I just hope you can walk into the ring like a man, and give back what is mine! If you don’t go quietly, we’ll see a repeat of this right here!

Finally road agents make it unto the scene, and get JBL away from Cena, who has not moved an inch.

Cruiserweight Title Match: Paul London© vs. Mikey Whipreck

The Start

As we return from break action kicks off here on Smackdown with a Cruiserweight Title match. Whipreck, the heavier of the two has trouble in the early going keeping up with Paul London’s agility. But soon, Paul is knocked down to size with a vicious clothesline while attempting a shot from the top turnbuckle.

Mid-Match

Due to that clothesline really taking it out of London, he is forced to take his lumps courtesy of Whipreck for several minutes. Mikey totally changes the style of the match from high flying and risk taking, to a ground and pound he feels more at home with. In fact most of his attack were axehandle and elbow drops to London’s lower back. Soon Paul can’t even lift himself from the mat. This is when Whipreck feels it’s time to end the match off with a victory.

The Finish

Whipreck surprises everyone by heading up to, with London face down on the mat, looking as though he could be pinned right then and there. No one is quite sure what Whipreck is thinking here, as he perched up there so a while, making sure he has his balance right. He then leaps off, going for a legdrop on the back off London’s neck. Just in the nick of time however, London rolls out of the way, and Whipreck comes crashing down. London seems to have gained a second wind, as he runs off the ropes, and smashes Whipreck’s face, who is still in a sitting position, with a dropkick. The sound echos throughout the building, and the fans let out groans as if the feel the pain. Speaking of which, London’s back is still in lots of it, but he is able to climb up to the top. He hits his 450 splash, and makes the cover. 1-2-3!

London picks himself up, and screams for a mic. When he gets it, his music stops, and he has something to say.

London- Billy! You want a shot at this? This Sunday, bring whatever you got, and we’ll finish this once and for all!

Out from the back comes Kidman with a smirk on his face. He has a mic in his hand, and now it’s his turn.

Kidman- London, obviously your not playing with a full deck. You just got your back broken by Whipreck, and now you want a match with the greatest Gruiserweight of them all? You’re on! I’d love an easy victory, and a trip to hospital for you!

It seems both of these men have let their hatred for each other lead to a verbal contract for a match this Sunday!

We then head backstage where in the interview area we have Todd Grisham with Muhammad Hassan.

Grisham- Muhammad last week you had a bit of a run in with Mark Jindrak. Tonight you hope to make an example out of him, and further your career here on Smackdown.

Hassan- You know Todd you’re right. Tonight I make an example out of Jindrak. This is yet another chance for the great Muhammad Hassan to prove just how great he is.

Grisham- Are you hope that your performance tonight will get you a match at the Great American Bash this Sunday?

Hassan- You know what?! I’ve been overlooked way too long to receive anything less. If Theodore Long doesn’t give me a match, there will be hell to pay!

With that said Hassan walks off leaving Todd to stand there alone. This leads Smackdown into another commercial break.

Mark Jindrak vs. Muhammad Hassan

The Start

As Smackdown returns, Jindrak is already in the ring awaiting Hassan’s entrance into the arena. Soon Hassan’s music hits, and he heads to the ring. He stops and raises his arms, and looks to the heavens before stepping through the ropes. Before Hassan can even get all his stuff together, Jindrak wastes no time jumping him, and getting this match started on an unfair playing field.

Mid Match

Jindrak’s assault continues for quite some time, he refused to let Hassan get any kind of offence. He sends Hassan over the top rope with an atomic drop that had some major force behind it. However, he is able to beat the count early, making his way to the apron, breaking the count. This doesn’t stop Jindrak, as he walks over to the downed Hassan, but gets thrown through the ropes by Hassan, who seemed to be playing dead. The action then spilled out to the floor, where Muhammad used everything he could get away with to wear down his rival. He then tossed him back inside, to try and obtain a victory. However, only a 2 is scored, Jindrak shoots his shoulder off the mat.

The Finish

It seems like Hassan can’t keep this match under wraps, as once again Jindrak takes over. Now taking a second wind, he is even more relentless. He is a house of fire who pounds Hassan to the point where only the ropes are holding him up. Jindrak decides to finish this off with a cross body. As he is in mid-air Hassan falls. Whether he collapse, or knew Jibdrak was coming is debatable, but none the less, it benefits him. Because Jindrak nailed the ropes throat first, and is favoring his neck. Hassan recognizes this, and begins to use the second rope to choke Jindrak out. At the four count, Muhammad picks Mark up, and hits a swinging neck breaker. Then it’s pretty much over, when the camel clutch is locked in dead centre of the ring. Jindrak can’t take it and waves for the ref to ring the bell.

Winner: Muhammad Hassan

Backstage we see Edge and Christian hanging out in their dressing room, watching Smackdown on a TV in their room.

Edge-You know I don’t blame Hassan one bit. I hate Americans too. Especially these Kentucky hillbillies! You know why?

Christian-Well I thought I smelled ass when I came to the building today. Is it because they smell?

Edge-The ass smell was me I think. Damn that KFC! But I was thinking…it’s because their not Canadian

Christian-Yeah Canucks rule! You know who else rules?

Edge-Who?

Christian-Us! You know why?

Edge-Because we’re Canadian?

Christian-Well that too, but it’s really because we’re taking out Michaels and Undertaker this Sunday!

Edge-Plus, you’re gonna win the US Title tonight from Booker T!

Christian-Then I’m totally changing it to the Canadian Title!

Edge-Then you can put a Canadian flag sticker on it!

Christian-That’s a great idea! That’s never been done before! We reek of awesomeness!

They continue talking like idiots as the camera fades.

Tajiri & The Mexicools vs. Carlito & MNM

The Start

Tajiri heads down to the ring to join his partners The Mexicools, who are just getting off their lawn mowers. Then out comes Carlito, with bodyguard Matt Morgan in toe. He stands behind Morgan, staring up at Tajiri, who he hanging over the ropes. Finally, the red carpet is out and the threesome that is MNM make their flashy entrance. During this time Cole announces that this Sunday MNM will defend their titles against The Mexicools. Which makes this match even more entertaining.

Mid Match

Mercury starts with Juvi. Then as Juvi cleans house with him, Nitro is tagged in. He charges at Juventud, but is hit with a back body drop. Nitro backs into no man’s land, holding his back in pain. Juvi tags in his Mexicool partner Psychosis, and throws Nitro into the ropes. He is hoping that Psychosis can hit some sort of attack, however Carlito blindly tags himself in, and takes Psychosis down before damage can be done. As CCC kicks away at Psychosis you can clearly see that Tajiri is growing anxious.

The Finish

Throughout the rest of the match, the heels take turns beating on Psychosis, always keeping someone fresh. Psychosis is very weak because of the beating he has taken, but he is still able to muster a desperation dropkick to the jaw of Nitro. This results in a race to the two’s respective corners. First Carlito is tagged in, and he fears right away that Tajiri could be tagged in. He tries his best to stop Psychosis, but his nightmare comes true, and in comes the Buzzsaw! He unloads on Carlito, and as MNM tries to get involved, The Mexicools don’t allow it. The two tag teams fight out unto the floor, as Tajiri continues his assault he has been building up while standing on the apron. He even takes a shot at Matt Morgan who gets on the apron for just a brief second. Carlito is out in the middle of the ring on his knees. Tajiri take one look at him, and nails him with the Buzzsaw kick, damn near killing him. The cover, 1-2-3!

Winners: The Mexicools & Tajiri

Backstage Todd Grisam is standing outside Edge and Christian’s locker room, apparently awaiting an interview with one of them. We can hear parts of their conversation, which is still on how cool Canada is. Then one voice gets louder, as he approaches the door. The door opens, and Christian steps out.

Grisham-Chri…

Christian-Holy Chumpstain you scared me! Never do that again to the Captain!

Grisham- Ahh sorry captain…Tonight Christian you have the chance to take away Booker T’s US Title. Then go on to pull double duty at the Bash, facing Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker, and Randy Orton!

Christian-Music to my ears. Don’t you worry young peep, your hero will make you proud, and take that punk Booker T to school tonight like only I can!

Christian leaves Todd, and heads to the ring. His match is next!

US Title Match: Booker T© vs. Christian

The Start

Christian is out first by himself, as Edge is shown in the back watching on. As he enters the ring, out comes the US Champ Booker T! His signature pyro blasts behind him, as he gives the raise the roof sign. He continues into the ring and hands over his title to the referee, who after showing it to both men, holds it up for all fans to see. The bell rings, and the match is on!

Mid Match

In the beginning stages it stays pretty evenly based with both trying to gain control. But neither was willing to give it up. Thanks to a few thumbs directly into Booker’s eyes, Christian eventually turns the tide. He stands behind Booker who has been blinded, grabs with dreads, and drives Booker’s spin into his own knee. He then drives his knee into Booker’s lower back, who is face down on the mat. Christian then mocks The Book by staring at his hand with a crazed look in his eyes. By doing this, Christian turns his back to the champion, and is scooped up into a pin. 1-2-kick out!

The Finish

Christian feels very robbed, and lets the referee know about it. However there’s nothing the ref can do about, but tell Christian to get back to his match. Christian would have been smart to listen, because it seems Booker is getting his wind back. Finally Christian turns himself around right into Booker T, who sets up a Book End. However Christian is able to fight it off with multiple elbow shots to the ear. Booker is forced back holding his ear in pain. Christian takes a run at Booker, and runs right into a super kick. Then he goes up top, looking to put this thing to an end. Christian is up, turning around, as Booker flies. Christian sees him, and boots him in the gut. Then it looks like the Unprettier is coming, but Booker shrugs it off, and hits the Book End when Christian turns around. Cover, 1-2-3!

Winner: Still US Champ, Booker T

After the match, out comes Legend Killer Randy Orton. He doesn’t even go to the ring however. He and Booker just lock eyes, and burn holes into each other’s souls. Then we cut to the backstage area.

Backstage Todd Grisham, who has been hard at work tonight, is standing by with JBL and his Chief of staff Orlando Jordon.

Grisham- I’m standing by with the #1 Contender, and his Chief of staff Orlando Jordon. JBL, this Sunday it’s you and Cena, one more time. The final chapter should be intense!

JBL- Intense Todd? You damn right, this Sunday I make sure John Cena can never again make WWE the dirty place it has become since Wrestlemania! Tonight I gave Mr. Champion just a little taste. It seems I’m the last man standing tonight. This Sunday, you’ll see me standing tall once again. So John, if your watching this somehow, take notes. Because the Dead Man and HBK are going down, just like you this Sunday!

The duo just simply walk away, and heads to the ring ending the interview. Smackdown’s final break is taken. The main event is next up!

~~

The Cabinet vs. Shawn Michaels & The Undertaker

The Start

JBL’s music sounds throughout the arena, as Orlando Jordon walks out from the backstage area. JBL is nowhere in sight, but soon his longhorn limo is. It comes to a stop, Jordon opens the back door, and out comes the man himself. After giving the longhorn sign, they continue to the ring. Then we hear girls screaming their hearts out, as HBK Shawn Michaels makes his entrance. He begins by dancing, then he drops to his knees, and thanks the good lord above, while pyro shoots up behind him. He stands finally, the stops at the ring. The lights go out, and the lighters come out. The bell tolls, and the Dead Man comes out slowly, to meet up with his partner. They look at each other for a split second, then it’s all business!

Mid Match

The match started with all four men in an all out brawl. Then JBL decided to bail out, leaving Jordon by himself. One clothesline by Shawn Michaels later, and The Cabinet are on the outside together. As things begin to look like a match, Michaels starts with Orlando. Jordon pokes Shawn’s eyes to gain control over HBK. From there he took his shots, then tagged in JBL. JBL also took all the cheap shots he could. But no matter how hard he tried, Shawn always kicked out of the counts. Back in comes Jordon, who decides to use his amateur boxing background to keep Shawn grounded. Shawn takes two hard shots to the chin, then ducks a third. Jordon is then nailed with a few closed fists, before being tossed into the ropes. He rebounds just in time to meet up witrh a flying forearm. Nip up by Shawn, and in comes The Undertaker.

The Finish

Jordon tries to tag out, and get JBL in. But the millionaire from NYC wants no part of what ‘Taker is offering. This forces Jordon to fend for himself for several more minutes. But soon he regains control in the match, by taking Undertaker down at the knees. He drops a few elbows to the targeted right knee of ‘Taker, before tagging out to JBL, who now seems more than happy to take over. With his good boot, Taker takes JBL’s head off with one hell of a boot. In a daze, JBL bumps the referee pretty hard, sending him down face first. All hell breaks loose, as Jordon and Michaels find their way into the ring. Taker takes on Jordon, and they spill out of the ring quickly. Then all of the sudden the lights go out. They are out for quite some time, but when they return John Cena is in the ring! A bandaged and bruised Cena gives JBL the “You Can’t See Me” sign, then tells him to turn around. He turns right into a Sweet Chin Music. Cover, 1-2-3! The Cabinet have just been embarrassed beyond belief!

Kid Kash vs. "The Crippler" Chris Benoit - 1st Round Match in the #1 Contendership Tournament

We cut to the ring where Benoit makes his entrance to a large pop and Kid Kash comes out to a good amount of heat. Man, can you say squash? I am sure this shouldn't have been a squash, but most of the matches are being shortned due to time. 1 hour isnt a lot to host a show with a huge main event like tonight. Kash goes for the Kash Flow, but Benoit breaks out of it and hits a hooked clothesline that sends Kash down fast. He climbs up to the top rope and flies off with a huge headbutt to the chest of Kash. Benoit slaps on the Sharpshooter as Kash inches his way over to the ropes. He does manage to grab them, but can't get back up after Benoit releases the hold. Benoit drags him back to the center of the ring and applies the Crippler Crossface for the very quick submission from Kash.

The bell rings and the Chair Swinging Freaks come out with their spray-painted chairs again. They raise them up in the air and walk down the ramp, but get attacked from behind by the Dudley Boyz, another time saving move for the cage match later tonight. Bubba starts taking it to Axl as D-Von hits a kick to the gut on Balls. D-Von uses Balls own chair againest him and smashes over his forehead. He goes over to join his brother in attacking Axl. The b.W.o music finally kicks up and Big Pappa Chump comes out with a microphone. Da Blue Guy comes running down to join the fray as Chump says his new catch phrase, "WHERE ARE ALL MY FREAKS?" "Lionheart" Chris Jericho Interview

Jericho: That's right Joey Styles, the lion has returned to where he truely belongs, back in the coliseum where a true lion belongs. I have a chance to bring about change to the Extreme brand right now and that, I can become the next Extreme Heavyweight Champion after I beat 3 guys that in no way match up to me, Chris Jericho. I don't plan on doing it again. Anyway, Hollywood Nova gets up on the apron after Jericho applies the Liontamer. Jericho drops it and floors Nova, but Stevie is up and hits the Stevie kick. Sandman: Rhyno... you can talk all you want about this belt and myself, but the fact of the matter is that you have yet to prove that you can get the job done. You may have pinned me to keep the Television title, but it seems that fate has left you to be a 1 belt champion. Rhyno, tonight, you and me inside a 15 foot steel cage. You and me for the fourth week in a row, the 2nd time this title has been on the line and all I have to say to you, is that you better getting used to a little less weight on that shoulder of yours, because come tonight, I will see that you only have 1 title and I will make sure that you, me, and your little quest for this belt of mine will come to an end. Rhyno... tonight, I may even end you carrer and if I dont, count your blessings and thank god for the fact that I dont want your television title.

Joey: Well, after tonight's great night of action, what could possibly be left? We have seen the return of "Lionheart" Chris Jericho and "The Crippler" Chris Benoit, we have seen that amazing three way dance tag team match for a tag title shot next week, what could possibly be left Paul?

Paul: The Sandman and Rhyno promise to finish this thing tonight and it will be inside that 15 foot steel cage that you see being lowered before you.

Joey: Lets go to the ring!

Rhyno vs. Sandman - World Title Cage Match

The cage has been lowered as Joey said and Rhyno clamly walks out threw the curtain with the TV Title around his waist as Rhyno. The fans give him some huge heat as he keeps walking down to the ring and runs his hands across the steel mesh that is the steel cage. The anticipation is rising in the arena as The Sandman comes out threw the fans to a huge pop. He raises the Extreme Heavyweight Title high in the air as he smashes the beer can on his forehead. He is already bleeding as walks threw the fans to ringside. Rhyno is already in the cage and just stareing a huge hole right threw The Sandman who raises the Extreme Heavyweight Title in the air again to the amusement of the fans. Joey and Paul have been quiet the entire time.

Sandman slowly walks towards the door but reconsiders real fast and grabs a steel chair and throws it threw the ropes outside of the door. He than pulls out a table and pushes it into the ring and throws the belt inside the cage as well. Rhyno unstraps the TV Title from his waist and lets it drop down to the canvas. Sandman finally gets into the ring as the referee climbs into the ring as well, while a road agent locks the cage door.

Joey: Pin, submission, or climbing out of the cage is the only way to win this one. That door will stay locked for the rest of the match.

The bell finally rings and this baby is under way. Sandman and Rhyno come out to the middle of the ring and have a good trash talking session before Rhyno gives a huge forearm to the face of the Sandman. Rhyno starts hitting some lefts and rights before he throws Sandman into the steel cage. Sandman bounces off the steel cage and Rhyno grabs the Extreme Heavyweight Title. He stares at it for a little while before he smashes it over over the downed Sandman's open wound from bashing the beer againest his head. Rhyno picks him up and scoopslams him in the middle of the ring. Rhyno sets the table in the corner and than walks back towards the Sandman. Sandman gets up and hits a low blow on Rhyno and than clotheslines him back down. He picks up the steel chair and holds it up in the air as Rhyno is clutching his balls. Sandman screams at Rhyno saying "THIS IS WHAT YOU WANTED RHYNO!" Rhyno gets up and Sandman smashes the steel chair over his head that releases a sicking thud. Sandman throws it down as the camera gets a shot of the huge dent in the chair as Sandman circles the ring and grabs the TV title. Sandman waits for Rhyno to get up and runs at Rhyno, TV title in hand, but Rhyno side steps and throws Sandman face first into the cage. Rhyno has the TV title now and smashes it across Sandman's back before picking him back up again. Rhyno gets Sandman into a fallaway slam position and throws him into the cage. Sandman slides down the cage and hits the ring hard. Paul says he was surprised that the Sandman didnt go threw the cage as Rhyno starts choking Sandman with his foot. Rhyno picks Sandman back up and sets him in the corner with the table. Rhyno gets into position in the opposite corner and slaps his chest a few times before pointing to the corner at the Sandman. Rhyno runs toward the Sandman who side steps and Rhyno runs threw the table, his shoulder smashes into the steel post and his face mashes into the cage. Sandman is down on the mat and Rhyno is in all sorts of trouble laying between the cage and the ropes. Sandman gets back up and runs towards Rhyno and does a baseball slide right into Rhyno sending his back into the cage. He picks him back up and throws him into the cage as Rhyno bounces off and falls down to the mat hard. Sandman calls for the White Russian Legsweep but Rhyno boucnes up and uses his last amounts of strength to push Sandman into the cage. Rhyno picks up the World title and smashes it right into the face of the dazzed Sandman. Rhyno drops the belt and runs off the ropes. Rhyno hits the Gore and the crowd is going wild as Rhyno goes for the pin.

2!

KICKOUT!

The Sandman kicked out and Rhyno is stunned. He gets up slowly and stares a hole threw the referee. The Sandman is up as Rhyno is holding the referee by the coller. Sandman grabs the steel chair and smashes it across the back of Rhyno. Rhyno falls foward as the referee manages a quick side step to avoid the contact and Sandman drops the chair behind him. Sandman gives Rhyno the White Russian Legsweep onto the chair and Rhyno is out. Sandman grabs the Heavyweight Title and raises it into the air as he puts his hand on Rhyno.

And the Sandman retains as Joey makes a quick sign-off for Extreme TV. Sandman climbs to the top of cage and holds the Extreme Heavyweight Title high in the air as the fans go wild. Coach- Your right monkey, Smackdown is without a doubt the best wrestling today. We have Edge and Christian, who I know will wipe the mat with those old men tonight! But you know what else Cole? Smackdown has the best color man in the business today too! Me!

Suddenly some familiar music plays. The camera zooms in on the entrance way, and out comes Tazz!!! He stomps his way to the announce table, and grabs The Coach by the scruff of his neck, and forcefully removes him from his chair. Coach runs scared, leaving Tazz to take a seat beside Cole.

Cole- Partner, what are you doing here?

Tazz- Teddy Long did me the biggest favor he could have. He got me out of that hell hole known as Raw, and back here where I belong! Now let’s call some action!

The Mexicools music hits and they come out on their lawn mowers. While they make their way down, Cole directs our attention a short video package…

Mexicools vs. MNM

Clips are shown of a few weeks back. Psychosis is standing in the ring following a match with Billy Kidman. The referee tries to help him out. However MNM hit the ring, out of nowhere, and attack. Melina shouts out orders to her guys, as they lay a monster beating on Psychosis. They set him up for the snap shot, but are sent into retreat by Juventud running down with a steel chair in tow. MNM bail as Juvi leans on the ropes screaming in Spanish. The fans go crazy for the Mexicools as Psychosis makes it to his feet. That’s just a little bit of what led to this match tonight.

The Ross Report

Greetings from under the 200X black, Resistol hat from an Oklahoma Sooner who is counting the days until this years SummerSlam pay per view event. Let’s get this Sooner Schooner rolling…

SummerSlam is shaping up to be a good card.  Batista vs. Triple H is already booked, but Eric Bischoff hasn’t announced the stipulation yet.  I know I’m anxious to see what stipulation Mr. Bischoff can come up with.

I’ve also heard rumors of their being a Rey Mysterio vs. Muhammad Hassan match, as well as The Bashams representing the Raw brand by facing the Dudley Boyz.  If these rumors come to fruition or not is anybodies guess.

I’ve been watching the tournament on Extreme TV closely and I think a smart man would put his money on Chris Jericho being the one to face The Sandman at SummerSlam.

I’m really looking forward to Barely Legal in September and it should be a great weekend for all of the fans of the Extreme Brand.

I’ve also heard rumors about a hardcore version of a hell in the cell match at Barely Legal.  If anybody can make a hell in a cell match more lethal, it’s Paul Heyman.

Extreme Brand on pay per view will be the only way that Paul Heyman can recreate the msture atmosphere of his former promotion.

After watching the Great American Bash, I just want to comment about how succesfult Edge has been recently.  This young man has a bright future in the WWE, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in the main event soon.

The ranks of the college football world are dotted with wrestling heritage. Vader’s son Jesse White is a center for Oklahoma and may be redshirted, James Laurinaitis, the son of Road Warrior Animal, is playing some linebacker for Ohio State, Wild Samoan Afa’s son Afa, Jr. is playing defensive tackle for UConn, while Wild Samoan Sika’s son Joe Anoai is a defensive tackle for Georgia Tech. Do you know of others?

More rumors from SmackDown, I’ve heard that they may be adding more members to JBL’s cabinet in the near future.

Luckily we only have one major injury in the WWE right now, but Rob Van Dam is due back sometime near October.  I personally hope to see RVD showing off his skills inside a WWE ring sooner rather than later.

I would personally like to see more “Legends” utilized from time to time on both RAW and SmackDown. For instance, can you image the verbiage that would be flying if Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat were ever a guest in Carlito’s Cabana?

Enjoy SummerSlam Sunday August 28 on pay per view! I’m personally pumped about this event as it’s the first event I get to announce since the addition of the third brand.  Take care all.

Raw

August 1, 2005

Gaylord Entertainment Center

Nashville, Tennessee

Attendance: 8,023

Rating: 5.80

~ The show opens with the new opening video package followed by a slow shot of Raw General Manager Eric Bischoff is shown. We see a video of what happened last week on Raw. “Triple H drops the sledgehammer and beats on Batista, who is starting to bleed. Angle gets back to his feet and pulls Triple H off of Batista. Triple H looks confused as Angle helps Batista back to his feet. Angle then grabs Batista and hits the Angle Slam on him. Triple H and Kurt Angle then beat on a bloody Batista as we fade to black.” Following that the opening pyrotechnics screams towards the stage and the crowd in Nashville erupts for the start of Raw!

J.R.: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another edition of Monday Night Raw! As always this is J.R. and The King here to call all the action.

King: And what a night we have with the first ever edition of the Stone Cold Saloon.

~ We see a shot of the brand new set of the Stone Cold Saloon sitting on the opposite side of the ramp across from J.R. and The King. Batista’s music starts up and the World Heavyweight Champion walks out from the back and heads down the ramp towards the ring after his little pyro show with a large bandage over his forehead and the World Heavyweight Title placed over his shoulder. He climbs in the ring and addresses the audience using the microphone he obtains from Lillian Garcia.

Batista: I know everybody saw what happened to me last week when that son of a bitch Triple H beat me in the head with that damned sledgehammer of his! I know we have a match scheduled for SummerSlam but I think we can end this thing tonight right here in Nashville (pop)! So if Triple H wants this title so bad, let him come take it from me right now!

~ Batista looks towards the ramp and waits patiently until “I’m back and I’m better than ever” starts up. Batista looks confused as Eric Bischoff walks out from the back with a microphone in his hand.

Bischoff: I am sick and tired of you and Triple H coming out here every week and interrupting my show. I have booked you guys to have a match at SummerSlam, but apparently that’s not enough to keep you two away from each other. So, from this day on you two can have no further physical contact with each other until SummerSlam on August 28! I want you two to save up all of your frustrations, save up all of your anger, and beat the living hell out of each other on pay-per-view. Also, since I’m out here I might as well make this announcement. Last night at the SmackDown! pay-per-view Great American Bash, they announced that they had received Tazz in a trade with my Raw brand. (Smirking) I am here to announce the newest additions to the Raw roster. The first is former WWE Women’s Champion Victoria (small pop). Jannetty is back to his feet and Danny then beats him down with some clubbing blows to the back. Danny tags Doug back in. Doug picks Jannetty up and whips him to the ropes. As Jannetty comes back both Bashams duck their heads to back body drop him, but Jannetty DDT’s both men down to the mat. He walks around the set for a minute looking over the bar and stools with the door off to the side with a window on it with the Stone Cold Saloon logo etched in the window.

Stone Cold: If ya’ think this is the best damn looking bar in the world, give me a hell yeah!

Stone Cold: This being the first show of my new interview segment here, I figured I should start this sum bitch off right! I’ve been sitting at home watching Raw every Monday night, and I’ve been seeing this little piece of garbage running around here like he owns the damn place! So right now I’d like to bring out the man and woman causing so much trouble around here, Maven and Lita.

~ Maven’s new music starts up which begins with Lita saying the phrase, “It’s time for the big O!” Maven and Lita strut their way out towards the Stone Cold Saloon set. They arrive at the bar area and make out for a bit before Austin interrupts them by clearing his throat.

Stone Cold: Ahem!! Wait just a damn minute here! What the hell was that on your entrance music?

Lita: Well, Maven asked me for help in naming his new backbreaker move. So I suggested he name it after what he has given me every night, sometimes twice….

~ They kiss again.

Maven: So it’s called the Big O, baby!

~ Maven smiles as Austin looks at him.

Austin: You mean you named a wrestling move after the ability to sleep with a whore?

~ The audience starts chanting “She’s a whore”, before changing it to “You screwed Matt” Maven covers up her ears with his hands as Austin smiles.

Austin: Hell, son, I’ve been with my share of skanks, but I ain’t never named a wrestling move after one of ‘em.

Maven: Lita is not a skank! She is….

Austin: (interrupting) You disagree with me again and this microphone is gonna get shoved straight up your ass!

J.R.: Things almost got explosive on the first ever episode of the Stone Cold Saloon.

  • 4 weeks later...

The aftermath of Sunday’s Great American Bash pay per view kicks off with the typical Smackdown pyro. Then following the scan of the crowd we go to the broadcast table. Where for the first time in a long time Michael Cole and Tazz greet the Smackdown audience.

Cole- Welcome everyone to Smackdown! We are just off the heels of one of the greatest pay per views I’ve ever been a part of. We saw a lot of intense action last Sunday from the Smackdown superstars.

Tazz- You damn right Cole. Not only that, but I made my triumphant return, don’t forget that!

The in-ring action begins quickly as the red carpet is rolled out for the former WWE tag team champions.

Psychosis vs. Johnny Nitro

The Start

The trio comes down to the ring, in less than trilled fashion. Melina is still able to pull off the sexiest way to get the ring that anyone has ever seen. Almost immediately however, she is sent packing by the official. Not only her, but Mercury as well! This infuriates them, but they soon obey. Then finally the juan mowers are out, and the crowd roars for the tag team champions, The Mexicools! Juvi and Psychosis discuss some final game planning, before Juvi goes backstage without a fight.

Mid Match

Early on it seems the even playing field favors Psychosis, as Nitro can’t seem to gain any offence. The tide soon turns as Psychosis gets caught up on the top turnbuckle, as Nitro takes his feet out from under him, and he is left in a very uncomfortable position. Nitro then climbs up, and superplexes Psychosis down to the mat. 1-2-kick out. In frustration, Nitro chokes Psychosis for a four count. Then he pins him again, 1-2-kick out! Nitro freaks on the ref, only to get scooped up by the champ, 1-2-kick out. Nitro gets to his feet quickly, only to get knocked down by a leg lariat. He rolls to the outside for a breather, but Psychosis doesn’t allow it, as he dives through the ropes, sending Nitro’s lower back into the rail.

The Finish

Back in the ring, Nitro is favoring his back heavily. It doesn’t look good at all for the celebrity wannabe. It seems he notices this and wants to stop Psychosis’ run. As Psychosis whips him into the ropes, he hangs on to the top rope for dear life, forcing Psychosis to botch an attempted dropkick but landing on the back of his head. The referee does the right thing by checking on the fallen superstar. Nitro takes this time to go and get the tag title belt at ringside. He brings it into the ring, wanting to knock Psychosis out with it. The referee turns just in time to grabs the belt, and beginning a tug of war with Nitro. With both of his hands occupied Nitro can not defend Psychosis as he hits a standing frankensteiner. He grabs a leg as it comes up, and the count is made. 1-2-3!!

Winner: Psychosis

Out comes Juvi to celebrate with his tag team partner. This celebration is cut short however by The Coach. He comes out with a mic in hand, as Tazz grows madder and madder.

Coach- Listen fools, get out of my ring. I’m not in a very good mood tonight, and I don’t want to see anybody who is!

The Mexicools leave the ring, but don’t seem too interested in leaving ringside just yet. They stay on the outside, as Coach continues his rant.

Coach- Now. I’m sure you’re all aware that Tazz is back. The 280lbs midget has once again graced us with his presence. Which is fine, I’m all good with seeing him. There will be no confrontations between us backstage, that’s not my thing. However, when you come out here and take my spot at the booth, problems begin. So why don’t you just pick yourself off MY chair, and go home.

Surprisingly with a glare in his eye, Tazz gets up off the chair. He walks around the ring, and towards the ramp. He stops though, and looks back at Coach.

Coach- That’s right, leave! Do us all a favor and take those foreigners with ya too!

Coach shows off a toothy grin to the three wrestlers on the outside of the ring. They just look at each other, and all charge for the ring. Soon Coach is caught with nowhere to run, and is beaten down by all three. The Mexicools have their fun, then throw Coach over to Tazz. From there, the Tazzmission is locked in, until Coach is out cold. Tazz’s music plays as we head to our first commercial break.

As we return Todd Grisham is backstage at the interview area.

Grisham- Ladies and Gentlemen my guest at this time is the reigning WWE Champion, John Cena!

Cena walks into the view of the camera looking Todd up and down laughing.

Cena- What the hell kinda suit is that Todd? Did your mommy pick it out for you?

Grisham- No she didn’t. If you think this one is ugly, you should have seen what she wanted me to wear. But I said no way, I’… Uh anyway John, you have just came off a huge title defense. What are your plans now?

Cena- Oh I don’t know Todd. I really enjoy kicking people’s asses, so why not continue. I’m the WWE Champion, the WWE expects me to kick ass. More importantly, the chain gang expects it!

Grisham- Well rumor has it that Teddy Long has a plan for that WWE Title, involving a #1 Contender.

Cena- Whatever man. Just remember that I’ll be ready for anything!

Cena walks off with a very intense look about him. We then cut back to the arena.

Dupree vs. Juvi

The Start

Out first is the French phenom Rene Dupree. He sets his French flag between the ring steps and post, and then enters the ring. He grabs the mic, and yells at the fans in French. Until the sound of a lawn mower cuts him off. Out comes Juventud to a huge ovation. He rides down to the ring with his tag belt around his neck. As he enters the ring, Dupree jumps him, getting an unfair advantage as the bell sounds.

Mid Match

Clearly Juvi is outmatched in this one. The much larger Dupree grounds the high flyer and beats him down. Juvi does manage a few spurts of offense, but not enough to take control. Only about five minutes into the beating Rene feels it’s time to put this thing to rest. He sets Juvi up in a powerslam position. Rene takes a massive run off. Just as it looks like he going to make Juventud part of the ring, Juvi slips out the back. Dupree runs himself chest first into the top turnbuckle, then walks blindly into a spinning wheel kick. It looks like Juventud has finally found his groove.

The Finish

In order to remain in control, Juvi takes quite a few high risks from the top. Most connect perfectly. But his good fortune seemingly runs out when he tries a high cross body. Dupree catches him in mid-air, and squeezes down on a bearhug. Juvi grabs his head, and tries a DDT. In an attempt to break free from the DDT Dupree backs Juvi into a corner. The referee, who was watching the action from the corner, is now trapped in a spot he does not want to be. It gets even more uncomfortable when Dupree starts dropping shoulder rams into Juventud’s gut. The referee is quickly down, which brings out Sylvain Greiner. He gets right into the ring, and a double team ensues. La Resistance ends their attack by delivering Demolition’s old move, with Greiner dropping the elbow from the second turnbuckle. Greiner rolls out, and gets the referee revived. Dupree acts beaten up, as he crawls over to Juvi, and puts just one arm on his chest. 1-2-3!!

Winner: Rene Dupree

OR:73

CR:71

MQ:75

After the match however, Dupree seems just fine. He and Greiner walk backstage looking very pleased with their actions tonight.

~~

Backstage we get a peek into the Cabinet locker room. JBL and Orlando Jordon are talking about the events of the last few weeks.

JBL- You know Orlando, at one time I was king here on Smackdown. I was the longest reigning champion, I had tons of cash, and I had the respect of my peers. Now thanks to John Cena, I’ve got close to nothing.

OJ- Don’t worry boss, you’ll be back on top soon.

JBL- You damn right I’ll be back on top. I’m going to start by looking for some new secretaries of defense. I need more people watching my back! Then, once Teddy Long names me #1 Contender, I’ll get another shot at Cena.

OJ- Then what?

JBL- Haha, oh Orlando. Then I become WWE Champion. Then I’ll be known once again as the wrestling…god!

After the break, Teddy Long announces the #1 Contender!

OR:65

John Bradshaw Layfield lost 3 points of overness from this segment.

~~

As Smackdown returns, GM Long is standing in the ring. His music stops, and he speaks.

Long- Right here right now I announce the new numba one contender! Well sort of. Ya see I’ve decided that something as important as the #1 Contendership should be decided in the ring. So tonight, in your main event you will see Edge go one on one with…The Undertaker! Holla holla holla!!!

OR:68

~~

Hassan vs. Tajiri

The Start

As Teddy is leaving the ring, the music of Muhammad Hassan begins. He walks to the ring for his match against Tajiri. As he passes Teddy on the ramp, the two meet eye to eye. Then Hassan continues down to the ring. Then the music of the Japanese Buzzsaw Tajiri plays. He walks to the ring, and gets into the ring via leaping over the top rope. The bell sounds, and the two lock up.

Mid Match

Obviously Tajiri has something to prove after losing to Carlito last Sunday. In the early going of this match, he lets his feet do the talking all over Hassan’s body. The vicious kicks leave marks on Hassan’s legs, chest, and back. The pain finally gets to be too much for Hassan, as he drops down from his feet, to his knees. Tajiri sees this as a chance to end the match. He sets up for the Kick Of Death, but Hassan ducks it just in time. As quick as a cat Hassan is back on his feet. He hammers Tajiri with a clothesline to the back of the neck. He then drives the point of his knee into Tajiri’s spine, almost Ric Flair like.

The Finish

Hassan continues with moves directed to the neck. Most are legal, but others use the assistance of the ring ropes. Finally the referee takes things into his own hands. Hassan has Tajiri draped over the second rope throat first, and violating the five second count. The referee forcefully removes Hassan from Tajiri. While the two argue, Tajiri gets his wind back, and charges Hassan. Muhammad sees him coming, catches him, and hits a side walk slam. Then he flip the Buzzsaw unto his back, and locks in the camel clutch. It doesn’t take long before the referee calls the match, saving Tajiri from some permanent damage.

Following the match, Hassan boots Tajiri out of the ring, and demands a mic. His music quiets down as Tony Chimmel gives him the mic.

Hassan- I can’t believe what Teddy Long did to me! He kept me off the Great American Bash card! Well let me tell you something Long. I hope you know what your doing as far as my Summer Slam match goes. If you think your going to bring someone in who you think will rip me apart, think again! I hope you saw what I just did to Tajiri, because I’ll be doing a lot more of it until I get the respect I deserve!

He drops the mic, raises his arms in victory, and steps through the ropes as the fans let him have it. We then cut to another commercial break.

Booker T vs. JBL

The Start

Can You Dig It SUCKAAAA!! Out comes the Book Man first. He does his pose, with red pyro going off behind him. The fans are eating this up, as the go crazy for Booker. He enters the ring, and now we hear the beginning to JBL’s theme. It takes a little while, but soon here comes The Cabinet’s limo. The driver gets out, and lets JBL and Orlando out. JBL looks less than pleased. He yells at the driver for being late. Then he screams at Orlando for no reason at all. He then heads to the ring. He gets into the ring slowly, and yells for the bell to be rung.

Mid Match

The less than perfect attitude JBL came into this match with does him no favors early on. He ran right into Booker with thinking, and was met by a spin kick sending him down hard. Booker followed this up by chopping JBL’s chest raw in the corner. After the fourth chop Booker turns and plays to the crowd. When he turns back around to JBL, he is met by a thumb to the eye. The referee warns JBL, but Bradshaw doesn’t hear a word he says. He instead clubs away on Booker’s upper body. Starting from his face and ending with a near low blow. Booker has been reduced to his knees, and JBL takes a run off the ropes. JBL goes for the Clothesline From Hell, but Booker sees it, and ducks it. Bradshaw stops himself dead in his own tracks and adjusts his clothesline right into the back of Booker’s neck. Cover, 1-2-kick out!

The Finish

The shot to the neck seemed to slow Booker down quite a bit, and he is never really able to rebound. One thing is able to do, is kick out of everything JBL throws at him. Even a second Clothesline From Hell can’t keep the Booker Man down. JBL is flipping out. He goes to outside and grabs a chair. The referee goes down as quick as he can, trying to get the chair away from JBL. Booker comes outside, and takes JBL down. The fight as become almost too intense to handle. The referee can’t control it, and apparently neither can JBL. As Booker turns, JBL grabs the chair again. Booker turns back just in time to get the chair square in the head. The referee now has no choice but to call for the bell.

Winner Via DQ: Booker T

After the match, we cut to what seems to be the darkest, dimmest place in the building. The Undertaker is there, working on a wooden coffin. He looks up from his work, and speaks.

UT: Edge…last Sunday I showed you what the creatures of the night are capable of. And tonight, I do it again. After tonight, I become #1 contender. And you…you will rest…in…peace…

‘Taker lowers his head, and continues his work. We hear the loud thud of his hammering on the coffin, as the camera fades to Smackdown’s final commercial break.

Edge vs. The Undertaker

The Start

Smoke fills the entrance way, and out runs Edge. With briefcase in hand, he plays to the crowd as they hammer him with insults, and chants. He slides into the ring, and waits for the Dead Man. The lights in the arena go out, and the smoke is now floating at the bottom of the entrance way. Out comes Taker, looking as only he can. He slowly makes his way to the ring, and raises the lights as he makes it to the steps.

Mid-Match

In the early going Undertaker uses his supernatural ability of no selling to scare Edge half to death. At one point, Undertaker sends both Edge and the official to the outside in fear. But as Edge reenters the ring, he chop blocks Undertaker’s left knee. Now Edge is targeted in on Undertaker’s injured left wheel. He sets Undertaker’s ankle on the bottom rope, and then sits on his knee. This moves gains a few WOOOS from the crowd. Undertaker is quickly drug to the centre of the ring, and Edge’s backwards Figure Four submission is locked in. After a long struggle, Edge realizes this move isn’t getting the job done. So he switches to a Sharpshooter. Even this can’t keep Taker down. He powers out, sending Edge to the outside. In an act of total disregard for himself, Undertaker sends himself over the top rope, taking Edge out in the process!

The Finish

The action finds its way back to the ring. Even with the bad wheel, Undertaker is able to give Edge quite a beating. However, Edge soon returns to what brought him to the dance, that being working over Undertaker’s bad knee. Like the Supernatural beast he is, Undertaker just wouldn’t stay down. Grabbing Edge by the throat, he lifted him up, hitting the chokeslam! The thumb over the throat then signaled the end was near. Suddenly, the lights in the arena went out. For several seconds there was nothing to be seen, but just heard. A massive thud was heard, then the lights came back on with Edge’s arm over Undertaker. The referee isn’t sure if he should count the fall or not, 1-2-3!

Winner: Edge

Place: Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia

Date: August 6th, 2005

Attendance: 10,010

Rating: 4.18

A video is shown of last week’s epic cage match between Rhyno & The Sandman. The video ends with Sandman sitting on top of the cage, bloody, and holding up the Extreme Heavyweight Title before we cut to the normal opening video for Extreme TV. The fans are wild as the camera moves around the arena quickly, before going to the announce booth with Joey Styles and Paul Heyman.

Joey: Welcome to another edition of Extreme TV, I am Joey Styles, sitting with me as always is Paul Heyman. Tonight, the Tag Team titles are on the line as Danny Doring and Roadkill will finally be on Extreme TV since its debut, defending their tag team titles against none other than the Dudley Boyz.

Paul: That’s right Joey, we also have the remaining 2 matches in the #1 Contendership Tournament for a shot at the current Extreme Heavyweight Champion, the Sandman. Regretably, Mike Awesome is out on tour, so we have a special lined up for Masato Tanka tonight, and Hollywood Nova will face Justin Credible.

Rhyno likes to talk... alot.

Rhyno’s music picks up as Rhyno comes threw the curtain with the Television Title wrapped around his waist. The fans start chanting “Rhyno sucks dick,” but Spike TV has cut that out.

Rhyno: SHUT UP! I beat the hell out of the Sandman last week! I made him bleed, I took him to his limits and for that great match, you drunk-ass fans still come out here and give me crap each and every week. I have headlined Extreme TV for the last 3 weeks. I am done with the Sandman for now, let him have his glory. I still have the Television title boys, so tonight, I am issuing an open challenge for the belt tonight.

2 hot girls come out from behind the curtain as the guys are going wild for them. Some grunge rock music begins to play as the fans cheering stops. A familiar figure comes out from behind the curtain wearing some long cut up jeans. His hair is all messed up and covers some of his face.

???: Well Rhyno, it seems like you have already meet the ladies, this is Candice Michelle and this Rochelle Lowen. Enough with the introductions though, because that shiny Television title that is currently laying on the canvas is about to be mine you undeserving son of a b****!

Rhyno: Who the hell do you think you are? You come out here and attempt to accept my challenge without even announcing who you freakin' are.

???: What, you are telling me you can't tell who I am? Are you stupid or something? Look at me Rhyno.

The unknown man walks down to the ring with the 2 ladies following shortly behind him. He rolls into the ring and goes face to face with Rhyno.

???: It seems that you can't remember me, Its me Rhyno, Rob Conway. As you can tell, being around this hardcore environment has changed me for the better. There was Raven, there was Tommy Dreamer, there was Rob Van Dam, there was Sabu, but now, there is Rob Conway, the baddest mother on god's green earth and tonight Rhyno, I become the television champion.

Rob hits Rhyno over the head with the microphone as Conway scrambles around to get Rhyno back up. Rob goes to throw Rhyno to the corner, but Rhyno reverses and Rob hits hard in the corner. Rob starts stumbling out as Rhyno runs off the ropes. GORE! Rob is down as Rhyno goes to the outside and pulls out a chair. Rochelle and Candice are in the ring attending to Rob as Rhyno gets an evil look in his eyes. Rhyno grabs Rochelle by the hair and throws her aside as she rolls to the outside. Candice tries to run, but Rhyno grabs her and throws to the ropes, GORE! Candice lays on the canvas motionless as Rhyno gets some heavy heat. Conway has recovered and hits Rhyno with a low blow and than hits a ddt. Conway picks up the chair and levels Rhyno with it. Rhyno has been busted open as Conway checks on Candice. Rhyno gets up and waits for Conway to turn around, GORE! Rhyno grabs the chair and the Television title and walks up the ramp way, getting a 1 up on Conway.

Heyman: Welcome back to Extreme TV, lets waist no time and go to the ring for our opening contest.

Hollywood Nova w/ Big Stevie Cool vs. “The Impact Player” Justin Credible - Round 1 in the #1 Contendership Tournament

Hollywood Nova comes down with Big Stevie Cool to a nice reaction from the crowd as he walks down to the ring. The music stops quickly as Justin Credible’s music voice comes over the P.A.

Credible: IM BACK! The Impact Player is here to do exactly what his name’s says he is going to do. I am going to make an impact by whooping these rip-off's as back to next week. Nova, it looks like you are going to come out on the bad end of the drawing, as you fall victim to “The Impact Player” Justin Credible!

The bell rings and Credible rushes the ring as Nova starts off by stomping on his back. Credible rolls over to the ropes as Nova runs at him, but Credible lowers the top rope as he sails over the top rope. Credible nails a baseball slide right to the face of Nova as he falls back some. Stevie comes running around the ring and Credible nails him with a superkick. Credible rolls Nova back into the ring and climbs the turnbuckle quickly before leaping off the top rope with a splash. Nova rolls out of the way and distracts the referee as Stevie rolls back in and nails the Stevie Kick on Credible. Nova goes for the pin, but only gets a two count as Credible rolls over to the ropes again. Nova walks over and starts stomping away before Credible finally grabs his foot and pushes him back before getting up nailing a clothesline. Credible goes for the quick pin, but only gets a 2 count. Credible hits a few suplexes and slaps Nova around some before putting him in the corner and delivering some devastating chops to his chest. Nova finally decides he has had enough and turns it around on him before delivering some chops of his own. Credible scoop slams him down hard before he drops the leg. Credible calls for the end and sets up for That’s Incredible, but Big Stevie comes in and goes for another Stevie kick, but Justin ducks and he connects with a groggy Nova’s face. Justin superkicks Stevie again before hitting That’s Incredible on Nova for the easy 3 count.

Nice diary. Three way splits are always interesting. Lost a bit of credibility for me when ECW basically went after every guy they'd ever had - the brand did go broke for a reason.

That said, the writing is good and the storylines are enjoyable. Keep it up.

We see a video of what happened last week on Raw. “Bischoff: I am sick and tired of you and Triple H coming out here every week and interrupting my show. I have booked you guys to meet at SummerSlam and from this day on you two can have no further contact with each other until SummerSlam on August 28! I want you two to save up all of your frustrations, save up all of your anger, and beat the living hell out of each other.” Following that the opening pyrotechnics screams towards the stage and the crowd in Memphis erupts for the start of Raw!

WWE Smackdown

August 11, 2005

Nashville, Tennessee

Smackdown kicks off with its trademark pyro coming from the giant fist. We are live from Nashville tonight, with Michael Cole and Tazz at ringside.

Cole- Welcome everyone to Smackdown! Tonight we will see Sylvain Greiner take on one half of the tag team champions, Psychosis!

Tazz- Plus Cole we have one hell of a main event. Tonight Booker T takes on #1 Contender Edge! Also, and correct me if I'm wrong Cole, but I heard a rumor that JBL has a huge announcement.

Right off the bat, JBL's white limousine makes its way out to the arena. Perhaps this is the big announcement. JBL and Orlando Jordon get out of the limo, and enter the ring. JBL grabs a mic.

JBL- Its no secret that I've been having my share of bad luck against certain superstars here on Smackdown. First it was that punk John Cena; last week it was Booker T. Well for all you JBL haters out there that thought I was going to curl up and die, I've got some bad news. You see at one time I had a group of men who would die just so that I could succeed here on Smackdown. I had my own little Cabinet. So I've decided to reform that once famous Cabinet. Alongside me is my Chief of Staff, Orlando Jordon (boos). Out next is my own personal Problem Solver, Tyson Tomko!

Christian's old music plays, and out comes the Problem Solver Tyson Tomko. He walks up the steps and into the ring. He shakes hands with Jordan and JBL. Then Bradshaw puts the mic to his mouth once again.

JBL- Finally, I've brought one more man to this elite group. This man is by far the most impressive force we have on Smackdown! He's only young, so he'll be carrying the name of the Cabinet for years to come. In his short career he has taken out many top names, past and present. And it's no where near done for him. With a leader like JBL in his corner, the sky's the limit! Ladies and gentlemen, the Legend Killer, Randy Orton!

OR: 71

~~

Orton's music plays, and out comes the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in history. He does his pose on the stage, with pyro going off behind him.

Orton- I've been given the chance of a life time by Mr. John Bradshaw Layfield. I intend to make this my most successful run yet! The legacy of the Legend Killer Randy Orton has just begun! The legacy of the Cabinet has just begun. Both will begin to blossom soon in the WWE!

The newly revamped Cabinet stand tall in the ring, as Smackdown goes to its first commercial break.

Sylvain Greiner vs. Psychosis

The Match

The music of La Resistance plays and out comes both Rene Dupree and Sylvain Greiner. Before the can even get into the ring, the referee sends Rene and Fefe back to the dressing room. Rene is fighting mad after being told to leave, but eventually; he takes his dog and goes. Out next are the tag team champions, The Mexicools. They bring their Juan mowers out to the arena and have some fun with the crowd. Then Juvi takes his mower backstage without a fight, making this encounter a straight up one on one bout. Sylvain foolishly rushed into the match, and right into Psychosis' main expertise. Following a drop toe hold, Psychosis hits a wicked dropkick that catches Greiner square in the face. From there, more high tempo type moves help Psychosis take over. Head scissors take downs and frankensteiners are just some of the moves Psychosis used to daze Greiner. Sylvain is litterly on Dream Street, and even collapses in the middle of the ring. He falls at a perfect time, as Psychosis was going for a cross body. Instead he flies into the ring ropes! Just then from the back, Rene Dupree returns. He revives his partner with a bottle of water, and points out that Psychosis is hurting. The referee notices that Dupree has returned, and yells at him, as he backs away. The wake up call Greiner got from his partner seems to have really helped him out. Psychosis has never really recovered from his collision with the ropes, and he’s paying big time for it. Greiner uses a ground and pound tactic to weaken Psychosis. Dupree has yet to leave the ringside area, as he watches the match from the ramp way. He inches ever closer to the ring each time it looks as though Psychosis could mount a comeback. Psychosis is on his knees trying to pound at Sylvain's gut, and then he moves his attack to the legs. Psychosis has now gained a vertical base, and hits a fisherman's buster on Greiner. He heads up top, where he is met by Rene, who is on the apron now. Dupree grabs Psychosis' boot, as Greiner charges towards him. At the last second Psychosis frees his boot, and sends Greiner head into that of his partner. Dupree falls from the apron, as Psychosis hits frankensteiner on Greiner, 1-2-3!

Backstage we see Edge standing holding his briefcase. He is standing beside Todd Grisham, who has him for an interview.

Todd- I'm here with #1 Contender, Edge! Edge, ever sense you came back to Smackdown due to the draft, you've been on a role. You're Mr. Money In The Bank, but yet you managed to get yourself another shot at the title anyway.

Edge- You know Todd, I am doing quite well here on Smackdown. That punk John Cena has no idea what he's got coming his way. At Summer Slam, I will become the new WWE Champion! I mean, come on Todd, having John Cena as champion is just disrespectful to our brand. We need a worthy champion, that man is me! John, in three weeks time, that belt is coming home with me. Can you feel that John? It's your grip of the belt slowly becoming weaker. Have a nice three weeks Cena!

With that Edge leaves the interview area.

OR:80

~~

Back in the arena we hear the music of Muhammad Hassan. He and Daivari grant us with their presents. Neither man looks too thrilled as they head to the ring. Hassan grabs a mic, and stomps back to the center of the ring.

Hassan- The last week has been one big injustice. Hell, the past few months have been a living hell for me! But this last week has been more than I am able to take. Last Monday on Raw I hear that Eric Bischoff and that no good Teddy Long have struck a deal. Now these are two men who are in a war for supremacy in the wrestling world. But yet, they are willing to combine forces just to take me out! If this is not a huge slap in the face of my people, I don't know what is! Worst of all is Kane! That big red freak is willing to come to Summer Slam just to face me. Kane doesn't know me, he doesn’t know my people. Nor do you filthy people! But Kane, if it's a fight you want, I'm ready for you!

OR:78

~~

Just then the lights in the arena go out completely. They stay like this for quite a while, as the fans start to cheer. The sounds of fire coming from the posts bring the lights back to life. But Kane isn’t in the ring like expected. Instead we have a referee, and Scotty 2 Hotty standing behind Hassan and Daivari. The bell sounds.

Muhammad Hassan vs. Scotty 2 Hotty

The Match

A dropkick to Daivari sends him sailing out of the ring via the top rope. Scotty turns back around to attack Hassan, but Muhammad is ready for him. Hassan starts to beat on the back of his neck like a mad man. He hits a vicious clothesline, followed by DDT that turns Scotty inside out. With Scotty face down on the mat, Hassan sneaks up on him and hooks in the camel clutch. Scotty's neck is in so much pain that he has no choice but to give up. Hassan makes short work of Scotty 2 Hotty here, and lets his frustration known to the entire world!

For the second time tonight the music of JBL’s Cabinet hits. The limo doesn’t come out however, only the leader himself, JBL. He gets in the ring, and grabs a mic.

JBL- I'm feeling just way too damn good to stay backstage tonight! Apparently I was scheduled for a match against The Undertaker. But I've heard he's not here. Are you here Taker? Come on out!

JBL waits for a while, but the lights in the arena don't dim one bit. Its obvious Edge did quite a number on Taker last week.

OR:74

The Undertaker lost 4 points of overness from this segment.

~~

JBL looks pleased with himself now that he knows for sure The Undertaker isn't coming out.

JBL- Oh well. I've got a great idea for a match anyway. I want some action tonight, so I'm issuing an Open Challenge to any Smackdown superstar. Come get some of JBL!

The crowd starts to chant BWO. This gets JBL very pissed off.

JBL- I said Smackdown superstar! Those guys can't spell superstar! Come on, I want a challenge!

The music of GM Teddy Long hits. He comes out to the stage all gangster like with a mic in hand.

Long- JBL, you want action tonight? I was hoping I'd get a good chance to make this announcement. Your opponent tonight will also be the special guest referee for Smackdown's WWE Title match at Summer Slam. Ladies and Gentlemen, HBK Shawn Michaels!!

OR:74

Theodore Long gained 3 points of overness from this segment.

JBL vs. HBK Shawn Michaels

The Match

AW AW AW SHAWWN!! HBK comes out dancing to a thunderous roar from the sold out crowd. He gets on his knees, and allows the pyro to go off behind him, as he asks the Lord to help him out in this one. He gets in the ring, and soon the bell sounds to get this thing started! The two lock up in the middle of the ring, and Shawn grabs a side headlock. JBL sends him into the ropes, and Shawn comes back with a clothesline. JBL gets back on his feet quickly, and is sent down again by a second clothesline. As JBL gets up for the second time, HBK goes for a third clothesline. But Bradshaw hits a huge boot to the face, which sends Shawn to the mat hard. JBL drops an elbow on the downed Michaels, and stays on him for a cover. 1-2-kickout. JBL picks Shawn up by the hair and clubs him in the back with a forearm. He hits the ropes and knees Shawn in the face just as he was trying to get back up. JBL gets him up, and tries for a powerbomb. Shawn trips him up however, and locks in a sharpshooter on his tree trunk legs. Just then out comes Edge to watch the guest referee for his WWE Title match. After a short fight, JBL grabs the bottom rope, and doesn't let go. Michaels lets go of the hold, takes notice of Edge, and tries to lock it in again. But JBL thumbs him in the eye, blinding him momentarily. As Shawn stumbles around, JBL runs at him looking for a Clothesline From Hell. But obviously Michaels' vision is not as bad as everyone thought. Michaels is able to not only avoid the move, but hit the Sweet Chin Music in the process. Shawn can not capitalize, and both men are down. Edge slowly is getting closer to the ring. This brings WWE Champion John Cena out! The two begin to fight on the outside. The referee becomes distracted by the outside activity, and turns away from the match. All of the sudden, Tyson Tomko comes through the crowd. He gets in the ring, and boots Shawn Michaels as hard as he can. He puts JBL's lifeless body over HBK. The referee finally turns around and makes the count. 1-2-3!

Edge and Cena, who were fighting on the outside, are now in the ring. They are going at it tooth and nail. JBL soon gets himself involved in the beating of John Cena. This goes on for a little while. Then, finally, Cena gets some help. From the back comes US Champion Booker T! He gets in and takes out Edge. This allows Cena to regain his bearings, and clothesline JBL over the top rope. Michaels Cole sends Smackdown into its final commercial break. As the four men continue to beat the hell out of each other!

Edge vs. Booker T Non-Title

The Match

Coming back from commercial we see that the match is in progress. Both John Cena and JBL have been removed from ringside, we see a replay of that. In the ring Edge is beating on Booker. He moves the Booker Man into the corner, where he drills him with several knees to the gut. He then attempts to whip from one corner to the other. Booker reverses it, and sends Edge flying chest first into the turnbuckle. Edge stumbles backwards, right into a side suplex by Booker. 1-2-kickout! Despite Edge kicking out, Booker seems very confident. He lines Edge up for an axe kick, but Edge moves out of the way. Edge then nails a spear out of nowhere! 1-2-2 & ¾! Somehow Booker was able to get a shoulder off the mat. Edge can't believe it! He gets Booker back to his feet, and lifts him up for a vertical suplex. Booker does his best to wiggle out of it, and succeeds. He lands of his feet behind Edge and rolls him up. 1-2-kickout! Booker waits for Edge to get back up, and takes a run at him. Edge sees him coming and hits a spinning wheel kick right to the face. With Booker hurting Edge waits in the corner for the perfect time to hit another spear. As Booker begins to turn around, Edge charges towards him. At the very last second Booker moves, sending Edge into the second turnbuckle. Booker nails an axe kick. Instead of going for a pin, Booker stares at his glove, and does his trademark spinarooni. He doesn't get to finish it however, as now Edge is on his feet. He grabs Booker in a powerbomb position, and hits a Batista like sit down powerbomb. This match has taken a lot out of both men, and Edge decides it's time to end it. He sets Booker up for his Edgecution DDT. He lifts Booker in the air, then drives his head into the mat with the DDT. Cover, 1-2-3!

Paul: That's right, the Tag Team division here is hot and no-

The b.W.o music kicks up and interupts Paul midsentence.

b.W.o Interview

The 4 members of the b.W.o come out from behind the curtain to a pretty good pop. Da Blue Guy seems to be more serious than usual as the others kinda play to the crowd a bit more. Meanie is the first to the ring and asks for a microphone rather quickly.

Da Blue Guy: You know we come out here a lot, and from time to hear this from this tall dude over here. But, do we ever actually do anything about it? There were some things said at One Night Stand by one jackass, Mr. "Ima A Wrestling God!". Really, who the hell is he kidding? That moron that follows him around, probably his life partner that freaky som b****. I hear he is getting the Cabient back together and as you can plannly see JBL, the b.W.o is already assembled.

Hollywood Nova: YOU WANNA KNOW SOMETHIN' JBL! The b.W.o dude has been running around backstage and we happened to catch parts of Smackdown and watch your boring ass go out there and ramble on for about 10 minutes. You talk about Da Blue Guy being this and that, but lets look at you. JBL, hangs out with a bunch of no talent losers that are only there to job to whoever Smackdown is trying to put over that week. So lets get down to business JBL, you bring your cabient and the b.W.o will be at Summerslam. AND WHATCHA GONNA DO, JBL, WHEN THE b.W.o RUNS WILD ON YOU!

Big Pappa Chump: WHERE ARE ALL MY FREAKS? JBL, bring whoever you want, I just look foward to kick Orlando Jordon's ass around a lot, that skinny punk with the messed up head has got the ass-beatin' of his life coming to him.

Big Stevie Cool: JBL, when it comes to Summerslam and whooping your ass around this ring, the b.W.o is TAKIN' OVER AND THERE AIN'T A DAMN THING YOU CAN DO ABOUT JBL. We can't spell "superstar" JBL? I got bets that you cannot spell talent! Heyman over there at the desk had the best line ever at One Night Stand, and I quote "The only reason you held that title for 10 months was because HHH didn't work Tuesdays." Now, you have a choice JBL, you can come up to Summerslam and get your assed whopped Extreme style, or we can come over to Smackdown next week and take it over, b.W.o style!

Stevie drops the microphone and the b.W.o music kicks up as all four of the members stare down the camera, mouthing, "What is it gonna be JBL?"

~Commerical Break~

Joey: Can you believe what we have just seen? The b.W.o just called out JBL and whoever he can get to join the Cabient to a 4 on 4 match at Summerslam. That is a match I cannot wait to see.

Paul: I cannot wait to see how bad Smackdown gets their asses handed to them by the b.W.o and watch as they take that smug look off of JBL's retarted texan face.

Joey: Well, we have nothing but big time matches coming up and first up is Justin Credible vs. Masato Tanake, lets go to the ring.

Justin Credible vs. Masato Tanaka - Semi-Finals Match-up in the World Title Tournament

Masato comes out first, who is than jumped by Justin. Justin hits a nice drop toe hold on the steel rampway with a nice thud that echos threw out the arena. Justin sets up a chair on the rampway as Masato scrambles back up to his feet. Justin goes for a running bulldog into the chair, but Masato stops short and throws Justin into the chair as he goes sailing up the rampway with the chair. Masato sends Justin face first into the apron and then rolls him into the ring.

The bell finally rings and massive brawling ensues. Justin comes out on top with a nice suplex and appling a short lived boston crab. Masato fights back to his feet and hits a massive lariet on Justin. He goes for the pin, but only gets a 2 count. Masato starts to accend the top rope and flies off with a nice legdrop, but Justin moves and quickly gets Masato up into the That's Incredible. He gets the standard 1,2,3 after he goes for the pin.

Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, whoever the hell is in the finals match next week with me is going to be for one hell of ass beating, compliments of "The Impact Player" Justin Credible!

Crowd boos.

I have rolled over Hollywood Nova and now Masato Tanaka, can anybody stop me? The answer plain and simple is HELL NO! I AM THE NEXT EXTREME HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, ME, JUSTIN CREDIBLE, THE IMPACT PLAYER! And at Summerslam, I hope to god that you are ready Sandman, because that barbed wire kendo stick is just begging to be shoved right up your ass, you beer-drinking, cigerrate-smoking, FATASS!

Justin drops the microphone as he music plays again and he walks off-stage. We go back to the announce table.

OR: 77

Justin Credible gained 1 point of overness from this segment.

Joey: Well, strong words from the Impact Player, Justin Credible, but do you really think that he could be any challenge to The Sandman after this tournament, where the Sandman won't have to wrestle again until Summerslam, whether it be againest Justin Credible or not.

Paul: Well, 1 thing for sure, is that Justin has everything he needs to become the Extreme Heavyweight Champion, the passion, the skill, the attitude and the drive to go to Summerslam and walk out the champion, IF, he can get passed Chris Benoit or Chris Jericho.

~Commerical Break~

Rob Conway w/ Candice Michelle vs. Rhyno - Television Title Match

Conway comes out to a rousing amount of cheers and Candice is dressed in next to nothing, which might assist with that cheer. Rob climbs into the ring and starts taking off his shirt and leather jacket. Rhyno comes out to a loud boo with the TV Title high in the air. Rhyno runs into the ring and Rob jumps over him. Rhyno gets back up and gores him to the mat quick. Rhyno takes some time to talk some trash to the fans as Rob has been laid out on the map early. Rhyno picks him back up and throws him towards the corner and calls for another gore. Rhyno makes charges, head on toward Rob, but Rob sidesteps and goes for a school boy after Rhyno runs shoulder first into the steel post. Rob gets a 2 count, and hits a dropkick after Rhyno stumbles up to his feet. Rob pulls a table out from under the ring and tells Candice to set it up on the outside. She sets up next to the corner as Rob starts putting Rhyno up on the top turnbuckle. Rhyno tries to fight it off, but Rob nails a few shots to the face of Rhyno. Candice passes Rob a chair and than she grabs one. Candice holds it in front off Rhyno's face as Rob climbs out on the apron with his chair. Rob runs toward him and smashes his chair into Candice's! Rhyno falls off the turnbuckle after the shot and goes threw the table! Joey Styles is going crazy and the fans are going nuts as Rob and Candice strike a pose.

Rob rolls him back into the ring and starts to climb the top rope. Big legdrop connects and Rob goes for a pin. Rhyno somehow kicks out at 2. Rob complains a little to the referee. Candice is up on the apron, complaining as well. Rob throws Rhyno to the ropes and hits a nice powerslam, before locking on a Figure Four. Candice is still tied up with the referee! Rhyno starts to tap, but Rob lets go and tells Candice to stop. Rhyno gets back up and Rob turns around into a huge gore! Rhyno than grabs one of the chairs that was used on his face and comes off the top rope with a huge shot to a staggering Rob Conway's face. Rhyno with the pin and the easy 1,2,3.

Benoit's music starts up and he walks out in his old jacket he wore in WCW! Shots of the fans are shown as he they holding up the Four Horsemen sign. Jericho comes out, with his Lionheart gear on as the old school moments just keep on coming. A nice handshake before the bell between these 2 and were off.

Benoit goes for an armbar, but Jericho fights out and gets back up to his feet. They circle ring before they tie-up in the middle of the ring and Jericho takes him down by the leg and tries to take Jericho over in the Liontamer, but Benoit fights out and tries to put on the Sharpshotter. ~ The show opens with the new opening video package followed by a slow shot of Raw General Manager Eric Bischoff is shown. We see a video of what happened last week on Raw. “Batista then motions for the Batista Bomb. He picks Flair up and hits the Batista Bomb. He goes for the pin on Flair. 1………………..2………………Triple H pulls Earl Hebner out of the ring and punches him in the face. Hebner goes down as Batista looks at Triple H, irate. Triple H starts to trash talk with Batista as Flair reaches in his trunks and pulls out a pair of brass knuckles. Batista turns around and Flair nails him in the face with the brass knuckles. Batista goes down. Triple H starts to revive Earl Hebner as Flair grabs Batista’s legs and applies the figure four leglock. Triple H slides Hebner back in the ring. Batista is unconscious in the figure four leglock with his shoulders on the mat. Hebner starts a pinfall count. 1……………………..2………………………………3!” Following that the opening pyrotechnics screams towards the stage and the crowd in Atlanta erupts for the start of Raw!

~ “It’s time to play the game” starts up as Triple H and Ric Flair make their way from the back. Both men have on their suits and classy attire as Flair struts his way to the ring following Triple H. Both men climb in the ring and Triple H grabs a microphone from Lillian Garcia.

Triple H: As you saw, last week Batista lost to Naitch. Now I know Eric Bischoff made the announcement that I will lose my shot at the World Heavyweight Title at SummerSlam if I make any contact with Batista. But he never said I couldn’t beat up poor old Earl Hebner.

~ Flair “whooos” as Triple H starts to laugh.

Triple H: (chuckling) Did you see the look on his face when he came to? (bends over laughing) Oh man, that was priceless.

~ Triple H stops to regain his composure.

Triple H: The real reason I came out here….

Overall Rating: 93

~ Batista’s music starts up and cuts Triple H off in the middle of his sentence. Batista walks out in his suit and has the World Heavyweight Championship placed over his shoulder and a microphone in his hand. Batista stays at the top of the entrance ramp.

Batista: Yeah, Hunter, why don’t you get to the point?

Triple H: I was about to say before I was so rudely interrupted. August 28 at SummerSlam, you, my friend, have a date with destiny. You may have beaten me before, but I am giving you notice now. Start shining my belt up real nice, because at SummerSlam, it’s coming back to it’s rightful owner.

Batista: Hunter, the last time I checked this belt had the name Batista on it. And as you know, possession is nine tenths of the law and it would be more likely to get a fart out of a dead donkey than for you to beat me for this belt. So if you want this belt back, you can come take it from me right now.

~ The crowd cheers as Triple H starts to leave the ring and go after Batista before Ric Flair stops him and starts to give him some advice that seem to calm down Triple H. Triple H goes back to the center of the ring and starts to talk on the microphone again.

Triple H: You just dug your own grave my friend. At SummerSlam, not only will I end your title reign, but I will end your career.

Matthews: Now Kane, you are facing Muhammad Hassan at SummerSlam, live on pay-per-view. What are your thoughts?

Kane: What are my thoughts? I think it’s time that Hassan realized what I am capable of. See he likes to run around on SmackDown and talk about how Theodore Long doesn’t give him any opportunities. Hassan, you’ve been given your chance. Now it’s up to you to back up your talk, and beat the seven foot three hundred pound monster. I don’t think you’re man enough to take me down Hassan. Regal knees Romeo in the stomach before hip tossing him out of the corner and down to the mat. Regal jumps down behind Romeo and applies a rear chinlock. Regal picks Romeo back up to his feet and whips him to the ropes. Romeo bounces back and Regal tries to clothesline him, but he ducks under it. Romeo bounces off the opposite ropes and comes back to hit Regal with a flying crossbody into a pin. 1………………..2…………..kick out! Romeo climbs to the top rope and waits for Regal to stand up. Regal staggers back to his feet when every light in the arena goes out.

J.R.: Again?

~ The lights come back on to reveal Regal down and out on the canvas a table set up in the ring and Sabu standing near the table with a chair in his hand. Sabu throws the chair at the face of Romeo. The chair flies out of the ring and Romeo falls crotching himself on the top rope.

They shake and shimmy down the ramp before climbing into the ring. Disco Danny grabs a microphone and addresses the audience.

Danny: Well, looky here Doug. We must be in retardville USA. (boos) Everybody knows the only reason Florida doesn’t float off into the ocean is because Georgia sucks! (more boos) The only proof we need that this is the worst place in the USA, is that this was the home base of WCW! I know I would never live in a town owned by Ted Turner. Doug climbs out to the apron before Danny punches Rosey knocking him off the apron and to the floor. As he falls off the apron Doug jumps down off the apron and takes the steel folding chair that Lillian Garcia was seated in. Rosey climbs up into the ring and Earl Hebner tries to keep him out of the ring. While Hebner is turned around Doug slides in the ring and smacks The Hurricane in the head with the steel chair. Eugene: Oh my god! Stone Cold you are so cool! You member that time when you drove the ummm beer truck to the ring and sprayed ummm Mr. McMahon with the beer?

Stone Cold: Yeah I remember that….

Eugene: That was so cool!

~ Marty Jannetty grabs Eugene and talks to him away from the microphone and Eugene looks at his feet like he is about to cry and then heads to the back.

Stone Cold: What the hell was that all about?

Smackdown kicks off live from Columbus, Georgia! Before the pyro can even go off, we hear the music of HBK Shawn Michaels.

Cole- Welcome everyone to Smackdown!

Tazz- Cole, it looks things are getting interesting already. What is HBK doing out here?

After Shawn allows his pyro to go off behind him, he enters the ring. He takes a mic from Tony Chimmel, and tells him to get lost.

HBK- I'll be the first to admit that in my past I've done some pretty dirty things. The old Shawn Michaels was an uncontrollable cancer. He’d stab people in the back just to get ahead. Well that man is no more. But ever sense I was announced as the referee for the WWE Title match at Summer Slam, people have doubted me. Fans of John Cena think I am going to double cross him. Well guess what? Come Summer Slam, I'm calling the match right down the middle!

~~

As Shawn finishes up what he was saying, Edge's music hits. He comes out to the stage with a mic.

Edge- Gimme a break Shawn. We know you're not calling that match down the middle. But it's not John Cena who has to worry about that now is it? No, it's me! Everyone knows you can't stand me Shawn. That's why you went to Long and bagged for a tag team match tonight. You and Cena against Me and Christian. You're doing everything you can to build a friendship with Cena. After all, you guys are perfect for each other. You both suck!

With that the furious Edge goes backstage, leaving Shawn to look on in bewilderment.

Paul London vs. Johnny Nitro w/Joey Mercury & Melina-WWE Cruiserweight Title

The Match

Smackdown returns to catch London in mid-sprint. He slides under the ropes and enters the ring. Then the carpet is rolled out as all three members of MNM make their way down. They go through all of their pre-match festivities, then finally the bell sounds. Even though Nitro is a cruiserweight he is unable to keep up with the lighter London. Paul runs circles around Nitro, causing frustration with all three MNM members. Soon however, Nitro's outside help comes into play, as Melina distracts the referee. During this time, Mercury gets in the ring. MNM set London up for the Snap Shot. They hit their signature moves, as Nitro covers the cruiserweight champion. As the referee turns around, Nitro has London pinned. 1-2-3! New Champion!

As MNM celebrate, Smackdown goes to commercial. After the break, we open up in GM Teddy Long's office. He is standing there with Sylvain Greiner.

Long- Look playa, I know you guys had a tag team title match coming your way. But your partner is injured. I can't allow him to wrestle. Don't worry you'll get your shot.

Greiner- This is horrible Teddy. You are a horrible man. We were going to take those titles from the Mexicools. French people are cooler than those Mexicans!

Long- You know somethin' playa? The Mexicools thought you might be a bit upset. That's why Juventud is waiting for you in the ring right now!

Juventud w/ Psychosis vs. Sylvain Greiner

The Match

Indeed The Mexicools are waiting for Greiner in the arena. Soon he comes out, mouthing off to the champs all the way. He stops at their Juan Mowers, and spits on each one of them. Juvi climbs to the top turnbuckle and dives onto the floor, taking Greiner out with a cross body. He then pounds him with punches on the floor. As the action gets into the ring, Juvi remains in control. Greiner bags off in the corner as he realizes he really pissed Juvi off. As Juvi follows him in, Greiner pulls on his trunks, sending him face first into the top turnbuckle. Juvi stumbles backwards, and Greiner rolls him up for a pin attempt. He gets his feet on the second rope for extra leverage, but Psychosis is there to shove them off. Greiner doesn't let it get to him that much, because he knows he has Juventud right where he wants him. He even does his own French Tickler dance for his injured partner Rene Dupree. After the tickler he goes off the ropes, but nobody's home for his elbow drop. Both men get back to their feet, but Juvi knocks Greiner back down with a dropkick, then a second. He goes for a third, but Greiner side steps it. Juvi lands on his knee hard due to the botched dropkick, and Greiner notices. He works it over for several minutes, and then covers the helpless Mexicool. 1-2-3!

Backstage we have WWE Champion John Cena standing by with everyone’s favorite Todd Grisham.

Grisham- John earlier tonight we saw Shawn Michaels claim he is going to call your match at Summer Slam right down the middle. Do you believe him?

Cena- You know Todd, that might be your smartest question ever. Because ya see I'm stuck in the middle on that one. On one hand you have Shawn Michaels, the man who achieved his boyhood dream at Wrestlemania 12. On the other hand, you have Shawn Michaels. The man who backstabbed a fellow wrestler in 1997 just to become WWE Champion. I don't know what Shawn has planned, but I can tell him one thing. I'm not Bret Hart, and I won't allow you to screw me out of this belt. As for Edge, I've got something to say to him too. I'm not Lita, you won't pin me down that easily!

Cena walks out of camera view as Smackdown goes to a break.

Back from break we are treated to JBL's longhorn limo. All of the Cabinet members get out of the limo decked out in nice looking suits. They all get out of the limo, and head to the ring. JBL gets in the ring last, with Orlando Jordon holding the ropes for him. Then the ringleader himself JBL grabs a mic. His music dies down, and he speaks.

JBL-At Summer Slam, we get our hands on the bWo. Finally we can get these wannabe punks out of our lives. If these guys think a gay looking group like them can get away with calling Orlando, and more importantly me homosexual. They are dead wrong! I mean, I'm a wrestling...god. Orlando isn't bad either. I've molded him into a great wrestler.

Orlando does some shadow boxing to show himself off. After JBL finishes, Rando Orton takes the mic.

Orton- Nova! I heard you call The Cabinet a bunch of no talent losers. Tomko heard you too, and he didn't like the sounds of it at all. I don't think you boys know what you're in for. We are a fearless group of warriors. At Summer Slam, you boys better be ready. Because we're taking you to the woodshed.

JBL takes the mic back to make one final statement.

JBL- Now it's time for some sad news. The bWo has pushed us all to the point where we are willing to take some drastic messures. We've decided that this Saturday night we're gonna grace that bingo hall you call an arena. You boys are in for the whoopin' of your life. Good luck making it to Summer Slam!

As The Cabinet leaves the ring they give one final signal to the crowd, who boos even harder. It looks like this group of warriors means business.

As we come back from break we see Muhammad Hassan in the ring with Daivari. We soon cut to the back where Booker T is standing about to be interviewed by Smackdown's own Todd Grisham.

Grisham- Booker you are about to walk through the curtain to face Hassan for your US Title. How are you going to approach this matchup tonight?

Booker- Like The Book does every match sucka. I'm going all out. This America hating sucka in the ring right now makes me sick. He doesn't deserve this title. So I'm gonna make sure he doesn't get his hands on it. Now Todd...Can You Dig That...SUCKAAAAA!!

We see Booker walk through the tunnel as we cut back to the arena.

Booker T vs. Muhammad Hassan-US Title Match

The Match

Booker gets jumped right from the bell, even before the referee removes the title from the ring. Hassan takes an early advantage kicking and stomping away at the champ. Booker fights his way back to a vertical base, but is no sooner sent back down. Hassan uses a clear choke right in front of the referee. But he is smart enough to break at a five count. Booker is left gasping for air, as the referee tells Hassan to back off for a second. While the referee is talking with Hassan, Daivari is getting a few cheap shots in on Booker. As the match continues on Hassan remains in control. A few near falls make the crowd nervous, as they begin to get behind Booker. Hassan has Booker locked in a camel clutch, with the help of the thousands in attendance Booker is able to get to his feet while in the move. Booker then backs Hassan into the corner. Hassan has to let go of the hold, but soon is on Booker's back locking in a sleeper. Booker is able to escape this one as well by running towards the corner, dropping down, and letting Hassan's face to smack the top turnbuckle. After regaining his composure Booker hits Muhammad with a scissors kick. He then performs the Spinaronie for the crowd. He sets up for the Book End, but Hassan blocks it with several elbows to the ear. Hassan then charges at Book with a clothesline, nearly taking his head off. Hassan stands and poses for the crowd, rather than going for the pin. All of the sudden fire comes from the posts, an obvious message from Kane. This frightens Hassan, as he backs right into Booker. Book rolls up his opponent, 1-2-3!

Edge & Christian vs. “HBK” Shawn Michaels & John Cena

The Match

Out first is the brother tag team of Edge and Christian. Edge slides into the ring, and Christian uses the steps to make his entrance. They both get on the turnbuckles, Christian slapping his chest. Then the music of Shawn Michaels hits. Out comes the Show Stoppa to a thunderous ovation. His pyro goes off, and then he waits on the outside for his partner. After a short pause, the music of WWE Champion John Cena hits and the champ is here! He and Shawn just look at each other for split second, before charging the ring. The match starts off in complete mayhem. The four have paired off into two fights. Christian and Michaels are slugging it out, while in the other corner Cena and Edge are going at it. Michaels charges at Christian, taking him over the top rope with a clothesline. This leaves Edge and Cena in their. The two go back and forth with closed fist punches. Cena takes control after getting in a few consecutive shots in. He then whips Edge into the ropes, but Christian is quick to pull him out of harm's way. After a short timeout, sort to speak, Edge gets back into the ring with the Champ. Cena however tags in Shawn Michaels. This makes Edge furious as he tries to attack Shawn before he even gets in the ring. HBK tries to fight back, but is unsuccessful. For several minutes both Edge and Christian roll all over HBK. However, after getting beat around for most of the match, Shawn fights back. He hits Edge with a surprise superkick! But is unable to cover him, due to Christian coming in. Capitan Charisma grabs Shawn by the arm, and simply just drops down. Shawn is in obvious pain, but he still manages to make the hot tag to John Cena! Christian is sent flying over the top rope. Then Cena unloads on his Summer Slam opponent Edge. He gets Edge up on his shoulders, looking for an F-U. Edge gets out of it in unique fashion. He gets his arm around Cena's head, and drives him to the mat with a DDT. Edge then sizes John up for a spear, and hits it! Cover, 1-2-3!!

The b.W.o music starts up as all 4 members come down the aisle to a nice amount of cheers as they all climb into the ring and Stevie takes a microphone.

b.W.o Interview

Stevie: Here we are. I know you people out here know what has been going on around here. The b.W.o will take on the JBL and his little group of fluffers are going to take us on at Summerslam. Jericho than grabs a pan from under the ring and smashes Justin over the head with it before going for the Lionsault. Justin rolls foward enough to make Jericho land on his feet. Jericho runs foward at Justin, who is still on the ground and manages a drop toe hold that sends Jericho throat first across the middle rope. North Charleston Coliseum

Charleston, South Carolina

Attendance: 10,027

Rating: 5.27

~ The show opens with the new opening video package followed by a slow shot of Raw General Manager Eric Bischoff is shown. We see a video of what happened last week on Raw.

“Triple H: I was about to say before I was so rudely interrupted.

And as you know, possession is nine tenths of the law.

SummerSlam, not only will I end your title reign, but I will end your career.” Following that the opening pyrotechnics screams towards the stage and the crowd in Charleston erupts for the start of Raw!

~ “It’s time to play the game” starts up as Triple H and Ric Flair come out from the back. Flair receives a decent pop from the South Carolina crowd. They both climb in the ring and wait for the audience reaction to die down before Triple H holds the microphone up to his mouth only to be cut off by the sound of World Heavyweight Champion, Batista’s music. Batista walks down the ramp and enters the ring with a microphone in his hand. Batista and Triple H stare each other down with Flair standing behind Triple H.

Triple H: This is my time Dave, Eric Bischoff granted me this time….

Batista: (Interrupting) If you don’t want me out here, why don’t you do something about it?

Triple H: You know damn well if I hit you I will lose my shot at the World Heavyweight Title this Sunday at SummerSlam! After our match that World Heavyweight Title is coming home to me, where it belongs!

Batista: For you to be the guy I beat at WrestleMania for this title you sure talk a big game. For you to be the guy I beat at Vengeance, you certainly talk a big game. For a guy who has lost two World Heavyweight Title matches in a row, you talk a big game.

Overall Rating: 80

~ After that “I’m back, and better than ever” starts up and Raw General Manager Eric Bischoff walks out from the back and stops at the top of the entrance ramp.

Bischoff: I told you two that your match at SummerSlam would be one of the most innovative in the history of professional wrestling. Well I have finally finished finalizing the details for the rules of the match with Mr. McMahon. So at SummerSlam, the World Heavyweight Title will be on the line in the first ever Steel Domain Match. The World Heavyweight Title will be hanging twenty feet above the center of the ring. The only way to reach it is by climbing a ladder, but this match has an added stipulation. The ring will be surrounded by a fifteen foot high steel cage! (pop) The match will start with two ladders placed inside the steel cage. The first person to grab the World Heavyweight Title and bring it down will be declared the champion.

~ Big Show walks into the frame with Josh Matthews coming up to about his midsection.

Matthews: Well, Big Show, tell me your thoughts after you suffered that brutal attack at the hands of Maven two weeks ago on the Stone Cold Saloon.

Big Show: Well, that little bastard wants to wait until my back is turned and beat me from behind with a chair? He doesn’t know that he just woke up a sleeping giant. If he wants to protect his woman, he needs to keep her away from a lot more guys than just me. Because, Lita has been around the block more times than Jenna Jameson. She’s been around more (bleep)cks than a chicken farmer. If Maven wants to do something, let him bring it. I’ll step on his big fat head and crush him like the little peanut that he is.
