Draftee Number 1

June 6, 2005

The 2005 Draft Lottery begins tonight on RAW as Chris Jericho will be opening up RAW with the Highlight Reel welcoming draftee Number 1 to RAW from Smackdown! This man could be anyone on the Smackdown! roster so in any event it will be a huge surprise.

The last couple weeks the Intercontinental Champion Shelton Benjamin has been having troubles with the two Arab Americans on RAW of Muhammad Hassan and Daivari. What will be next for Benjamin as he will be in action tonight defending his IC Title, but against who is still the mystery.

The Master Lock Challenge will also continue this week on RAW and who will be the next victim as Chris Masters says to tap out or give up to the best finishing move ever!

Also, what is next with Paul Heyman and the ECW Alumni as this is the last RAW before ECW One Night Stand? What will Eric Bischoff do tonight to try and stop Heyman and the ECW Alumni and what will Heyman do to bring down Bischoff and the RAW superstars?

Cena is Welcomed to RAW

Not one person in the whole crowd and most likely not one WWE fan expected the WWE Heavyweight Champion, John Cena come over to RAW as the first draft pick in the 2005 Draft Lottery. Cena was welcomed to start RAW with Chris Jericho having the first draftee who was Cena on his Highlight Reel. Jericho welcomed Cena acting all kind and polite, but that changed quick as Jericho wouldn't let the guest speak as Jericho said he was the host and he controls the show. Jericho got in the face of Cena during the Highlight Reel and told Cena he better hold onto his title tight here on RAW as he and many other RAW superstars are wanting gold. Cena didn't back down to Jericho though and said that he wanted Jericho in the ring now. Before the two men could battle, the World Heavyweight Champion came out and Batista had something to say to Cena and Jericho. Batista first welcomed Cena, but then it seemed he was on Jericho's side until Batista turned on Jericho as Jericho was acting like an ass clown to both Champions. Batista and Cena had a beat down on Jericho until the General Manager, Eric Bischoff came out. Bischoff said Cena will be getting his first match on RAW tonight as he will team with Batista to face Jericho and Triple H. Fast forwarding to the main event, we saw the two big Champions that were crowned their titles at Wrestle Mania defeat the challengers of Triple H and Chris Jericho. This would have helped out Jericho and Triple H in the rankings, but they did make this a close match. We saw the Champions win the match with Batista nailing a Batista Bomb on Triple H and John Cena nailing the FU on Chris Jericho. Cena and Batista made a double cover and they won the match to end RAW celebrating holding up their titles.

This wasn't all that big this week on RAW. As this was the last RAW before ECW One Night Stand, Eric Bischoff and the ECW Crusaders didn't want any ECW Alumni looking to good going into One Night Stand. After the Highlight Reel, Bischoff with Christian, Tomko, Snitsky, and Edge called out Paul Heyman and he came down to the ring with Tommy Dreamer, Sandman, Rhino, and Steve Corino. The five men of ECW got in the RAW superstars faces and Bischoff challenged Heyman to a four vs. four match. Heyman had a little huddle with his men and then the ECW alumni attacked the RAW superstars. Bischoff and Heyman were at ringside for the match and Bischoff just saw his men get ripped apart by the ECW alumni with a whole bunch of weapons. After about eight minutes of absolute chaos with weapons, the RAW superstars left the ring and headed into the crowd and vanished. Bischoff couldn't believe it and this gave the ECW Alumni a win.

After this match we saw Eric Bischoff in his office on the phone with Smackdown!'s General Manager, Theodore Long. Bischoff told Long what happened and Long said that he didn't care that much before with Paul Heyman and the ECW Alumni, but now he that they have taken apart RAW and even though RAW and Smackdown! were meant to go against each other, Long said that he will work with Bischoff and will give the ECW Alumni a challenge this week on Smackdown!

This wasn't all the action for the night though, as Muhammad Hassan begged Eric Bischoff for an Intercontinental Title match, but Bischoff wouldn't give it to him as Benjamin won a Handicap match last week. Bischoff said that he could help out Hassan though and that was giving Daivari a shot at Benjamin's title. Hassan accepted, but before Hassan left the room, Bischoff told Hassan that he was the Special Guest Referee as well. During this match Hassan just totally didn't follow the rules of being a Referee and it was basically again a Handicap match. Finally Benjamin was able to fight back by using his Intercontinental Title as he smashed it over the heads of Hassan and Daivari. When Hassan got back up he delivered a Superkick to him and then Benjamin rolled up Daivari. Another ref came running down from the back and counted the three for Benjamin to retain his belt again. After this match was over and Hassan recovered he said that he had something promising. Hassan said that at Vengeance he will be in a match with Shelton Benjamin along with one or two more men. Hassan promised that since he has gotten cheated out over and over again. Hassan said that next week someone will be coming to RAW to help him out to become Intercontinental Champion.

Chris Masters' Master Lock Challenge also continued on RAW as he was looking to put another contestant to tap out or give up when locked in, in the Master Lock Challenge. Down came Eugene to the ring to answer the challenge and Masters just was laughing. Masters locked it in, but Eugene put up a fight. Masters couldn't believe it, but after Eugene got his head smacked against the turnbuckle, he had no choice but to give up.

Also another big happening tonight was HBK Shawn Michaels had a surprising promo in the ring. HBK said that he was very happy to see two Heavyweight Champions on RAW so he has two champions to pick from. HBK then said that he isn’t worried about going after any title now though as he wanted to help Cena take down Chris Jericho. Then for some odd reason down came Randy Orton. Orton got in HBK’s face and said that he would have to be taking down him too because he too wants Cena’s title. HBK didn’t back down though and both men had a staredown. HBK said that next week on RAW he challenges Orton to a match. Orton didn’t say anything, but he did hit an RKO on HBK and then finally said he is on.

June 9, 2005

Tonight on Smackdown! the 2005 Draft Lottery continues as John Bradshaw Layfield introduces Smackdown!’s first pick. This past RAW we saw WWE Heavyweight Champion, John Cena get drafted to RAW. With Smackdown! without a Champion what is in store for them? Will Smackdown! be able to get a Champion from RAW?

“The Future” Frankie Kazarian will be making his Smackdown! debut as he will be facing any cruiserweight on Smackdown! This man has been very good in OVW and should be a huge add to the cruiserweight division.

Lastly, this is the last WWE Show until ECW One Night Stand. So what does Teddy Long have in store for Paul Heyman and the ECW Alumni?

The Game is on Smackdown!

After the WWE Heavyweight Champion was lost the Smackdown! crowd was not happy to start off the show, but when Triple H's music hit, the crowd went nuts and Triple H didn't get heel heat. So Triple H was in the ring to start off the night with John Bradshaw Layfield. Triple H said that he was now on Smackdown! and he was ready to control Smackdown! Triple H said that he wanted to challenge the best man on the roster. JBL got in the face of Triple H and said that if he wanted to be the best he had to beat the best and that was him. Triple H said that this was going to be easy and challenged JBL for a match tonight. JBL had no problem and it was settled that the two will be fighting in the main event. Before the main event came around Triple H had a little talk with General Manager, Theodore Long and said that he was making sure that if Smackdown! doesn't get a Champion drafted back over, he will be Champion. Long didn't really give Triple H a full answer as all he said was that he will have to earn it to win it. When the main event was ready to start JBL came down with The Cabinet by his side and Triple H had no Ric Flair by his side as he was still on RAW. Triple H had an up-hill battle the whole match, but that didn't stop Triple H from being himself. JBL at one point hit the Clothesline From Hell, but the ref was down at the point and couldn't count the three. Triple H overcame the odds though when he threw the Basham Brothers out of the ring and hit a Spinebuster on Orlando Jordan. Triple H then nailed JBL with a Jumping Knee and finished him off with the Pedigree to get his first win on Smackdown! from being drafted over from RAW.

Just like on RAW, the main event wasn't the only big thing. Smackdown! opened this week with Paul Heyman coming down to the ring with Sabu, Justin Credible and Lance Storm. Heyman said that he had one more man to come to this ring and that was Tazz! Tazz came into the ring and took his suit off and had his attire on ready to wrestle. Heyman said that on RAW, their superstars ran off like little babies and now the ECW Alumni wants to see what they do with the Smackdown! Superstars. Teddy Long soon came out with The Cabinet of Orlando Jordan, Basham Brothers and then Matt Morgan. The Smackdown! superstars got in the ring and Long said that he wants his four men in a match and Heyman didn't hesitate at all to except as Heyman was real confident in his men. This match was just like the match on RAW and the ECW Alumni just used weapons. Whenever the Smackdown! superstars tried to use weapons the ECW Alumni just teamed up on the superstars. After enough pain The Cabinet took, they left the match and headed backstage and left Matt Morgan on his own. After a brutal beating he took, Tazz locked in the Tazmission and Morgan quickly tapped out for the ECW Alumni win once again heading into ECW One Night Stand.

This wasn't it for the ECW Alumni and the WWE superstars though. After the main event match between Triple H and JBL, the ECW Alumni were going to leave, but right there were the Smackdown! superstars. Then in a limo showed up the RAW superstars. The ECW Alumni were out numbered badly until another limo came up and the ECW Alumni from RAW showed up. The eight men from each side started a huge brawl. After a few minutes of total destruction, the ECW Alumni were the only men standing with the WWE superstars down and out.

All the matches weren't done yet though. There was no doubt more action. Last week on Smackdown!, Kurt Angle defeated Sharmell and then Booker T was promised by Teddy Long that he will get a match against Kurt Angle if they survive the Lottery. Before the night though and even on the Smackdown! preview, Long promised that match tonight just in case if they don't have a match. Before this match started Kurt Angle got on the mic and said that if he wins the match Booker T can't fight him once again in 2005 and also can't put a lawsuit on Angle, but Angle would stop. In this match though, Angle was still acting like his perverted self even though what he said. Once Angle was getting beat down badly and it was almost time for Booker T to put him away, Angle started his run at coming back in the match. Booker T was looking for the Scissors Kick, but Angle ducked it and hit an Angle Slam. Angle then locked in the Ankle Lock and Booker T tapped out so Booker would never be able to fight Angle again.

"The Future" Frankie Kazarian made his debut in the WWE by coming out and saying that he was the future and the future look good. Kazarian then went on saying that soon he will be getting gold even though this is his first ever appearance on a WWE TV show. Kazarian then said that he will show why the future looks so good as he challenged any cruiserweight from the back and out came Shannon Moore. Kazarian really dominated Moore, but Moore did have a chance to do something after hitting a Tornado DDT, but then Moore missed a Moonsault. Kazarian then quickly put Moore away when he hit the Wave of the Future. After the match was over Kazarian got on the mic again and said that The Future is now 1-0! In other Cruiserweight action, we saw another Cruiserweight debut. It was Juventud who was supposedly doing a stable with himself, Super Crazy and Psicosis, but that didn't wind up working. Juventud debuted against the man who he was going to team with in Psicosis. Psicosis (with his mask) was also debuting so that made three Cruiserweight debuts in one night. This match was a very good Cruiserweight match and these guys will really help out the Cruiserweight division. Juventud was acting like a super heel and Psicosis was acting like your normal face. During the match Juvi tried to rip Psicosis mask off, but it didn't work as Psicosis reversed it with a DDT. The end came with Juvi reversing a DDT of some sorts into the Juvi Driver for his first win in the WWE and giving Psicosis his first loss in the WWE.

Also, Eddie Guerrero cut an important promo about his feud with Rey Mysterio. Eddie called out Mysterio and he came down to the ring. Eddie said that he enjoyed the many battles the two men had and said that it might come to an end if one of the men get drafted to RAW. So Eddie said that next week he wants to go out and win some gold, but Mysterio just seemed lost. Eddie told Rey that he wants to team with him again and face MNM for the Tag Titles! Mysterio wasn’t sure what to do, but it seemed as Eddie was for real and maybe turning back face. Eddie offered out his hand, but instead Rey went and hugged Eddie and it seemed Rey and Eddie were back together!

I like what you are doing up until now but I'm a bit confused about what has been happening; is Triple H face, or was he just playing a face for one night? Either way it would be nice to see him as a face since he has done nearly everything he can do as a heel.

I hope you're not turning Eddie back to face, since he was only heel for about a month and a half there.

As fourstarfizzle said you NEVER mention OVW on a WWE show, it's like an unofficial rule. I like you pushing the cruiserweight division, but didn't really like the debut of Psicosis and Juventud, it just seems that Juventud could have debuted as a super over heel.

Keep this up man, it's getting good, hopefully you can save the pathetic year that WWE had in 2005.

Well with Triple H, he will seem like a tweener. Some nights he will be hating the heels like JBL, but some nights he might be on his side. Depends on what his mood is. With Eddie, you will find out what I am doing with him. You might like it a bit. And asfor the OVW thing, I am sorry as I no doubt about it did wrong and next time I will sure not to mention OVW. I am glad you are liking the diary so far though.

INTERNATIONAL TRIPLE THREAT MATCH

Super Crazy defeated Little Guido and Yoshihiro Tajiri

Super Crazy overcame the odds as all by himself defeated Little Guido who had JT Smith, Tracy Smothers, Tony Mamaluke, and Sal by his side and Yoshihiro Tajiri who had Mikey Whipwreck and Sinister Minister by his side. In this match Super Crazy hit moves that Joey Styles were even amazed of. The one way to describe this match is Super Crazy!

Early on of course Super Crazy was having trouble with him at a disadvantage with the FBI and Whipwreck also getting into the action. Super Crazy was down and out early on when Tajiri spit out the green mist and that made Super Crazy go over the ropes and then got beaten down by the Full Blooded Italians. This lead to just Tajiri and Little Guido going at it. Tajiri was the one who was controlling the match at this point as he nailed Little Guido with a bunch of stiff kicks. The match almost ended with Tajiri nailing the Brainbuster on Little Guido, but the FBI helped out Guido by breaking up the pin.

At this point Super Crazy was up and feeling better and cleared his eyes from the mist. From this point on the match got crazy. Super Crazy nailed Tajiri with a Tornado DDT and then did the same to Little Guido. Both Guido and Tajiri rolled to the outside and were standing near each other. Near them was the FBI and Whipwreck. Super Crazy then bounced off the ropes and came running and jumped up, hoped off the ropes and did a Shooting Star Press into all the men! Everyone was down and out.

The first one up was Super Crazy and he brought Tajiri into the ring. Super Crazy threw Tajiri into the ropes and came back nailing Tajiri with a Flapjack with Tajiri's chest nailing the ropes backing up into a Neckbreaker by Super Crazy. Super Crazy then headed onto the apron and was looking to flip onto Tajiri, but Tajiri got up before Crazy jumped. Tajiri followed Crazy onto the apron and it was a bad move as Super Crazy hit a Suplex on Tajiri to the outside!

Super Crazy then got back in the ring and Little Guido was back in the ring and up. Crazy charged at Guido, but Guido stopped him and tripped him up with a Russian Leg Sweep. Crazy then got up and Little Guido looked for a Fisherman Suplex/Buster, but Super Crazy amazingly reversed it and hit the Crazy Bomb! Super Crazy then jumped onto the top turnbuckle and hit an amazing Asai Moonsault as he was so high in the air. Crazy landed right on Little Guido and covered Guido to pick up the victory as the FBI was slow to react and break up the pin.

Rey Rey the Better Lucha Libra

IPB Image

LUCHA LIBRA SHOWDOWN

Rey Misterio defeated Psicosis

In a match that showed another showdown between the long lasting feud of Psicosis (with mask) and Rey Misterio happened with both men acting respectful in shaking hands before and after the match as they were just looking to put on a good match. Rey was the better Lucha Libra tonight though, as both men put on an amazing match, but Psicosis just came up a bit short.

This match started off with a handshake and then after that it was total high flying action. Psicosis got off to an early start by hitting a Dropkick on Misterio making him go over the ropes and to the outside. Psicosis then got on the top rope and flew to the outside nailing Rey with a Crossbody. Both men were down here, but Psicosis got up quickly and picked up Rey and lifted him up and threw him into the crowd.

As the match progressed Rey starting fighting back and at the midpoint in the match Rey took control of the match. Rey hit a Hurricanrana followed by a few ground moves until he flipped Psicosis over the ropes and out of the ring. Misterio then got on the ropes and bounced off them and flew to the outside landing on Psicosis' shoulders and dropped him to the ground making a loud thud to make the crowd give Rey a huge pop.

Now late in the match Misterio was looking to put Psicosis away as he just hit a Split Legged Moonsault. Rey then tripped up Psicosis and his head fell in-between the ropes. Misterio called for the 619 and on the run the crowd was booing Misterio for trying to do the move, but Misterio didn't hit it as Psicosis caught his feet and lifted him all the way up and slammed him down with a Powerbomb. This made the crowd go crazy as they were happy Rey didn't hit the 619.

With Rey Rey down from the huge Powerbomb Psicosis headed up high and he was looking for his signature Leg Drop. Psicosis jumped from the second rope and nailed it on Misterio! Psicosis covered, but somehow Rey kicked out! Psicosis couldn't believe it and went back up to the top, but this time on the top rope. But before Psicosis could look for the Leg Drop again, Rey Rey got up and ran up to the top and jumped up nailing Psicosis with a huge Super Hurricanrana! The crowd went nuts for Misterio, but he didn't cover Psicosis, instead he went on the apron and hoped up onto the ropes and Dropped the Dime on Psicosis! This was allowed Rey Rey to cover Psicosis and pick up the victory.

Brothers, Tables, 3D=Dudley Boyz

IPB Image

BEST ECW TAG TEAM ELIMINATION MATCH

Dudley Boyz defeated Spike and Balls, Impact Players, Hardcore Chair Swinging Freaks, The Network, and Gangstanators

In a long lasting Hardcore Battle to being crowned the best ECW Tag Team we saw the Dudley Boyz and D-Von and Bubba Ray. The Dudleyz outlasted five other teamed for three reasons. They are brothers and have been working together the longest. The used their trademark weapon, the table a whole bunch of times. And the final reason is the 3D which the Dudleyz gave at least one to a member of each team.

After a few minutes of crazy hardcore tag team action we got to see the first team to be eliminated. That team was the team of New Jack and John Kronus also known as the Gangstanators. They were going well early in the match, but when Danny Doring and Amish Roadkill took out Kronus with a Double Chair Shot, New Jack was all alone. He went on a good run stapling some people’s foreheads with a staple gun, but once he turned to D-Von, he ducked down and lifted New Jack up and Bubba finished it with the 3D. Bubba then covered New Jack to eliminate the Gangstanators.

Once again we had good wrestling, but it was time for another team to be eliminated. Rhino and Steve Corino were taking out everyone with huge Lariat’s making them fly out of the ring. The three men left standing with them was the Dudley Boyz and Lance Storm. Rhino went and charged at the Dudleyz for a Double Gore, but they moved. Corino then went to hit some sort of DDT on Storm, but he reversed it and dropped Corino to the ground and locked in the Single Leg Crab. The Dudleyz then hit Rhino with a 3D! Right before the Dudleyz went to pin Rhino, Corino tapped out and that made The Network to be eliminated.

For here on out the violence went way up. People were getting their heads BROKEN over chairs, going through tables, into the crowd. Everything was just wild. The next team was up to be eliminated though and that was Danny Doring and Amish Roadkill of the Hardcore Chair Swinging Freaks. They were swinging their chairs taking out everyone except for Spike and Balls. Doring then charged at Balls, but he ducked over and flipped Roadkill out of the ring to go crashing through a table. Spike then took Doring and nailed the Dudley Dog onto him on top of a chair and covered Doring to eliminate him and Roadkill.

It was now down to three teams and the next team to go was a huge surprise. That team was the Impact Players. Justin Credible nailed Spike with a Superkick, but then he walked right into a 3D. Lance Storm then locked in the Single Leg Crab on Balls and Balls was about to tap until the Dudleyz tried to attack Storm, but all he did was send them through the ropes and to the outside. Spike Dudley then got up from the Superkick and nailed Storm with a Dropkick to make him fly out of the ring. Spike then picked up Justin Credible and jumped up on him and spun around nailing a Tornado DDT on Credible on top of a chair to eliminate the Impact Players.

Finally it was down to two teams and three of the men were related, but Spike wasn’t on the Dudley Boyz side. Going back and forth both teams went as both teams were even coming down to the end of the wire. Spike went for a Dudley Dog on Devon, but Devon chucked Spike into the middle of the ring. Balls then went to hit Bubba with a chair, but Bubba kicked it back in his face. Then the Dudleyz left the ring and got two tables, some gas and matches. They set two tables up away from each other and poured gas on top of them. They then lit them on fire and the crowd went nuts. First up was Spike, but the Dudleyz hit the 3D through a flaming table on him. Next was Balls and they did the same to him! Bubba then covered Spike and D-Von covered Balls and this made the Dudley Boyz win and be named the best tag team in ECW.

Awesome Match, not for Mike

IPB Image

FINAL BATTLE

Masato Tanaka defeated Mike Awesome

In what said to be the match of the night Masato Tanaka and Mike Awesome fought an amazing battle. These two men had an awesome feud during ECW and here it ended with maybe the sickest match yet between the two. Awesome thought he had the match won a bunch of times, but Tanaka and his Roaring Elbow was just to overpowering for Awesome.

In the beginning of the match Awesome started it off brutal with nailing some stiff kicks and chops to Tanaka, but Tanaka came back and hit the Roaring Elbow early nailing Awesome out of the ring. When Awesome recovered he threw in garbage cans, chairs and slid in tables to the ring.

When Awesome got in the ring Tanaka charged at Awesome, but Awesome flipped Tanaka right into the turnbuckle! Awesome then set up a table and took a steel chair. Awesome nailed Tanaka in the head with a steel chair and he was dazed. Before he fell to the mat, Awesome grabbed him and lifted him up looking for a Brainbuster. He held him up for some time and then slammed him through the table!

Later in the match there were tables broken all around the ring, but neither man were giving up. Tanaka was going for Awesome's signature move of the Awesome Bomb, but Awesome reversed it and Awesome hit the Awesome Bomb on Tanaka through a table! Awesome covered, but Tanaka kicked out and the crowd erupted.

Coming down to the finish Awesome was looking for a Top Rope Awesome Bomb on Tanaka through a table, but Tanaka reversed it and flipped Awesome off the top and Awesome crashed through a table. Awesome then slowly got up near a table in the corner and when he did Tanaka charged and nailed a thunderous Roaring Elbow on Awesome through a table! The crowd once again erupted and then Tanaka covered Awesome and picked up a huge victory.

No Broken Neck and No Win

IPB Image

NO BROKEN NECK MATCH

Taz defeated Sabu

Sabu and Taz wrestled in a match where no one broke their neck, but both men definitely left with some injuries. Both men took some sick bumps especially Sabu. Finally when this match ended after total carnage, Sabu took one of the sickest bumps in the history of wrestling and somehow managed to get up and walk up the ramp and backstage.

The action started of early with both men trying to plant each other with Piledrivers, but Sabu would just also reverse Taz and Sabu didn’t have enough energy yet to lift Taz up. Taz took an early advantage though, as he lifted up Sabu and tossed him right into the turnbuckle and then lifted him up again and just tossed him out of the ring.

After a few minutes, Sabu was back and going and now had control as he brought in a steel chair and cracked it over the head of Taz three times before he flew out of the ring. Sabu then set the chair up to sit on it, but he didn’t do that. Instead Sabu jumped onto the chair, onto the ropes and jumped up and nailed Taz with a Triple Jump Crossbody!

Coming down to the end of the match both men were dead tired. Sabu nailed Taz with a chair shot and then laid Taz on a table on the outside. Sabu took a ladder set up on the outside and climbed up it. He got a third of the way up and then jumped onto the balcony! Sabu then stood on the edge of the balcony and jumped off it flying down crashing through the table onto Taz with a Leg Drop! The crowd went absolutely nuts and both men weren’t moving.

Finally, Sabu got up and went to lift Taz up for a Piledriver, but couldn’t do it so instead he hit a DDT on him. Sabu then set up Taz on another table and climbed the ladder again. This time Sabu went all the way up which was even higher then the balcony. Before Sabu could jump though, Taz got up from the table and started climbing on the opposite side. Once Taz got to the top, Sabu tried to punch him down, but he wouldn’t fall. Then Taz somehow turned Sabu around and locked in the Tazzmission! Sabu was dangling from the ladder as Taz had the submission locked in. Taz then let it go and Sabu just grabbed a hold of the ladder. He then went and jumped on Taz’s side of the ladder and Sabu was pretty much on Taz’s back. Taz then jumped off the ladder with Sabu on his back and both men crashed through the table with the crowd chanting, “Holy Shit” and “ECW” as the ref declared the match over as he counted it as a Reverse Piledriver.

The True ECW Legend

Triple Threat Match

Special Guest Referee: Dean Malenko

Chris Benoit defeated Eddie Guerrero and Chris Jericho

In another what has said to been the match of the night, maybe the three best superstars in WWE right now went at it in an ECW Style Triple Threat Match. All three men wanted this match especially with a very honorable man as the referee. The end came out with Benoit overpowering the two other men with his huge Headbutt and Crossface.

Early in the match Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero teamed up on Chris Jericho, but surprisingly, Dean Malenko stopped the double team as he helped out Chris Jericho beat down Eddie and Benoit. After Malenko helped out Jericho he knocked down Jericho with a DDT only to be fair as a ref so he wouldn’t be cheating anyone out in the match.

As the match moved on, Malenko didn’t do as much, but all three wrestlers worked harder. At one point Chris Jericho hit the Lionsault on both Eddie and Benoit, but somehow both men kicked out. After this happened Jericho got two garbage cans and placed them over the heads of Benoit and Eddie and just played around with them until he nailed a Dual Dropkick on both men.

Late in the match was when Eddie Guerrero came alive, but that was short-lived as Benoit and Jericho smashed Eddie’s face in with a Conchairto! Benoit and Jericho then had a chair fight with Jericho eventually winning by nailing Benoit in the feet with the chair and then over the head. This gave Jericho a huge advantage and was able to bring a table into the action.

Jericho set up the table in the ring and placed Benoit on it. Jericho ran to the ropes and jumped all the way jump to the top rope and did a third rope Lionsault on top of the table, but to no one as Benoit rolled out of the way. Benoit then headed up high and came crashing down nailing Jericho with the Diving Headbutt. When Benoit then got up, Eddie charged at him, but Benoit tripped him up and locked in the Crippler Crossface and it didn’t take to long until Malenko had to call for the bell as Eddie had tapped out.

Paul Heyman Promo

It is being said by everyone that this promo by Paul Heyman was one of the best promos ever performed in the history of wrestling. Heyman was in the ring for about eight minutes just talking about very important things about ECW and the WWE now.

Heyman started the promo off by he wanted to welcome someone to the ring. Heyman said that the man he is introducing is one of the best wrestlers in the history of ECW. Heyman then yelled out “ROB VAN DAM” and RVD came out from the back with Bill Alfonso. RVD had a short talking segment as he said that it is great to be back and RVD finished up with saying that he will be ready for some action whenever the doctor clears him up which should be around December.

Heyman took the mic back and started talking about the ECW Crusaders from RAW and Smackdown! Heyman said if they even thought about coming to the ring and start something; every ECW wrestler from the back would kick their asses!

Heyman then went on to talk about Eric Bischoff and how he is the worst General Manager in the history of wrestling. Heyman admitted that he had a nice run with WCW, but Heyman went on with saying that everyone knew that who was ever at the ECW shows they left happy by chanting E-C-W after seeing some amazing hardcore action.

Next he talked about Edge saying how he is a girl friend stealer and how he is probably cheating on Lita right now with someone else’s girlfriend. Heyman finished up with Edge by saying that one day Matt Hardy will return and beat the living hell out of Hardy.

The last man Heyman talked about was JBL. Heyman said that JBL was a no good piece of shit when he had his long black hair, drinking his beer, playing cards with Farrooq. Then he said since he got a hair cut and looks better, all of a sudden he is a rich boy. Heyman said that he totally ruined the WWE Heavyweight Title and was lucky that Cena took it from him as Cena brought the belts prestige back up.

Heyman finally finished the promo up by saying that this was a promotion made by Todd Gordon. It was meant to be a small Indy Promotion, but once he took it over and turned it to Extreme the wrestling business turned around. Heyman said that he doesn’t care who he is putting down and finished up with saying this. “Fuck any Indy Promotion, fuck Eric Bischoff and WCW, and fuck Vince McMahon and the WWE! Just fuck them! Because right here, this is what the fans want! Fucking Extreme Wrestling! This is not any of those shit promotions! THIS IS EC FUCKIN’ W!!!!”

Dreamer Shows What ECW Really Is

FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH

Tommy Dreamer defeated Sandman

In a match that went really everywhere in the arena, it ended up with Tommy Dreamer being the only man standing. This match went all through the crowd counting up in the balcony. Once this match finally ended, we saw Tommy Dreamer pin Sandman after Sandman went through six tables as well as Dreamer.

This match all started of as a usual one with some nice punches and kicks being hit until Sandman nailed Dreamer with a Drop Toe Hold into the turnbuckle. Then Sandman went outside of the ring and grabbed a Kendo Stick and the hardcore action was ready to begin.

Once the hardcore action begun, it didn’t stop as that’s what this match was all about, nonstop hardcore action. At this point in the match Sandman already broke two Kendo Sticks over the head of Tommy Dreamer and right now the action was right in the middle of the crowd. Sandman was going for a DDT to the concrete floor in the crowd, but Dreamer reversed it with a Suplex with Sandman going into a few people.

A little late in the match now, the two men were up on the balcony punching back and forth. They finally got towards the ECW Crusaders section and then Dreamer and Sandman stopped their fighting and took out all the Crusaders. Sandman and Dreamer then continued to go at it. Sandman nailed Dreamer with a DDT on a chair and covered, but Dreamer was just able to kick out.

The finish came when Sandman kept on trying to throw Dreamer of the balcony onto a whole bunch of tables next to each other by the ramp. Dreamer kept on holding onto the rail so he wouldn’t fly off. The two men then made it over the rail and to the ledge. Sandman was punching Dreamer in the gut, but Dreamer was holding on. Sandman then stepped on Dreamer’s feet and now he was dangling. Sandman tried to unwrap Dreamer’s hands from the grip on the rail, but Dreamer got back onto the ledge and turned things around by smashing Sandman’s head onto the rail. Dreamer then took Sandman by the waist and lifted him up and flipped him upside down. It looked like he was looking for the Dreamer Driver from the ledge. Dreamer hand him up and Dreamer was just barley hanging onto the rail. Dreamer then let go of the rail and both men came crashing down near the ramp crashing through six tables. Both men were laid out, but Dreamer was able to drape his arm over Sandman and the ref came down from the balcony and counted the three.

Advantage…ECW

WWE and ECW Brawl

This was something that the WWE did to try and shit on ECW. To end One Night Stand for ECW we saw the WWE Crusaders come down to the ring and try and attack a hurt Sandman and Tommy Dreamer. But coming to the save was every single ECW Alumni in the back. The WWE Crusaders and the ECW Alumni had a brawl in the ring with the ECW Alumni coming out on top with the finish seeing Stone Cold Steve Austin coming out and Stunning Eric Bischoff.

This all started since Dreamer and Sandman attacked the Crusaders during their match. They were able to get backstage and come down to the ring. First they went to where Dreamer and Sandman crashed and burned. They started attacking them even though they were already in pain. That stopped once the whole ECW Alumni came out from the back and scared the WWE Crusaders to the ring.

The WWE Crusaders tried to beat down the ECW Alumni in the ring, but the Crusaders were just out numbered and they couldn’t do anything except to get beat down. The Dudley Boyz were controlling most of the beating, but a lot of other men were involved too.

The brawl came to an end once Stone Cold Steve Austin walked out and the Crusaders were all down outside the ring. Austin had a mic and told the ECW Alumni to grab Eric Bischoff. They took Bischoff from the announce table and got him in the ring. Austin said to Bischoff’s face that he better not ever mess with ECW because that is what started his career and mainly everyone else who fought tonight. Austin said he will be back in the WWE taking Bischoff down again. Austin then finished it with hitting Bischoff with a Stunner and grabbed a whole bunch of beers and the ECW Alumni just had a nice huge celebration in the ring to end the night.

WWE Heavyweight Champion John Cena vs. Chris Jericho vs. ???

June 26, 2005

Last week on RAW John Cena got drafted over to RAW as the first draft pick in the 2005 Draft Lottery. He was interviewed by Chris Jericho on his Highlight Reel to be welcomed to RAW. Those things didn’t work out to well and later that night there was tag team action with Cena teaming with Batista to face Jericho and Triple H. The two champions won the match and after the night was over it was announced that both men will square off at Vengeance with Cena’s title on the line. Then they remember that this week on RAW it will be Shawn Michaels against Randy Orton with the winner becoming the third man in this match. So it all depends on this week’s RAW on who will be the third man in this match.

Number One Contender

June 13, 2005

Last week on RAW John Cena, the WWE Heavyweight Champion, was drafted over to RAW to start the 2005 Draft Lottery. This took away Smackdown!’s Heavyweight Champion and gave RAW another. Tonight on RAW the Draft Lottery continues as Eric Bischoff is welcoming the second man drafted over to RAW and Bischoff says he has a match for the man being drafted over.

Also last week on RAW Shawn Michaels challenged Randy Orton to a match and Orton accepted it. Not to long ago it was announced that the winner of this match will be facing Cena and Jericho at Vengeance. So Orton is looking to go after Cena’s belt and HBK is on Cena’s side. What will HBK have to do to stop Orton from getting any closer to Cena’s belt?

Tonight on RAW we will also see a similar match to the one with HBK vs. Orton. It will be Christian vs. Chris Benoit in a Number One Contender’s Match with the winner facing Shelton Benjamin and Muhammad Hassan at Vengeance. It hasn’t been announced yet, but tonight on RAW the IC Title Match will be announced.

And also, Muhammad Hassan’s manager, Daivari will be in action facing Shelton Benjamin in a Non-Title Match. Hassan said that he is having some to come to RAW and help him out take down Benjamin so let’s see if the man will try and help Daivari win.

Tune in to RAW on Spike TV to find out!

HBK and Orton…Together

Just like last week on RAW, not one person in the whole crowd was expected to see actions by Shawn Michaels this week on RAW. HBK was set to face Randy Orton in a match where the winner faces Cena and Jericho at Vengeance. During the night we saw the World Heavyweight Champion, Batista talking to Eric Bischoff saying that since Triple H is gone and now on Smackdown! who will be next at his Title. Bischoff didn’t have an answer for Batista, but HBK did. Before the match between Michaels and Orton, HBK had something to talk about to Orton so he went looking for him backstage. Once he found him HBK told him that he has a great idea and has to hear this. They then walked off camera and no one knew what they said. Then once it came to match time it seemed that both men were ready to fight and that little chat they had was nothing. Both men worked very well in this match, but coming down to the end Orton started dominating and nailed an RKO on HBK. He covered, but somehow Michaels kicked out! Orton then went and grabbed a chair and pushed the ref out of the way so he had an open shot at HBK. Before Orton could do it, down came running John Cena and he made the save for HBK by nailing Orton with the FU! Cena then helped up HBK, but he wasn’t happy. HBK got in Cena’s face and then laughed and walked away. Cena was totally confused as was the crowd. HBK then turned back around and nailed Cena with the Sweet Chin Music knocking out the champ! HBK then dropped to the mat for some reason and took Randy Orton’s arm and put it over his chest. The ref got up and counted the three to let Randy Orton win the match for some reason and face Cena and Jericho. Everyone was confused except for the men who thought of the plan, Orton and Michaels. After the match HBK had some explaining to do and that is what he did. HBK got on the mic and said that come Vengeance the next WWE Heavyweight Champion will be Randy Orton! HBK then also said that next World Heavyweight Champion will be himself!? Still the crowd was confused, but HBK wasn’t done explaining. He said that since Triple H is now on Smackdown! he challenges Batista to the Hell in a Cell Match at Vengeance. That made the The Animal unhappy and out he came. He got in Michaels’s face and said that he was on and he was going down in the Cell! HBK laughed and then hit a Sweet Chin Music on Batista. Cena then got back up though from the Sweet Chin Music and got back in the face of HBK. Orton then made the save though as he pushed Cena away and then clocked him in the head with a chair busting him wide open. The show came to an end with Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels celebrating just laughing at the two Champions laid out.

There was much more then that controversy on this episode on RAW though, as we saw the second draft pick for RAW to be introduced. This started out the show with Eric Bischoff coming down to the ring with The Heart Throbs. Eric Bischoff said that there was a reason on why he brought The Heart Throbs down with him and that reason was because he wanted to see how good the second draft pick is. So Bischoff called him down and out came jumping from the ramp, REY MYSTERIO!!! Mysterio ran down to the ring and slid in the ring and attacked The Heart Throbs. Even with being two on one disadvantage for Rey, it was also bad since the size was a huge difference too. Rey didn’t care what the odds were though, as he overcame then by totally dominating The Heart Throbs in defeating them in just minutes. He hit a Double 619 on the two and the Dropped the Dime on both men and covered both of them and proved to Eric Bischoff how good he really is.

More action happening tonight on RAW was Christian facing off against Chris Benoit with the winner facing Shelton Benjamin and Muhammad Hassan at Vengeance for the Intercontinental Title. Christian had some words to say before the match and said his usual by saying that he is the best and all his peeps love him. Christian finished by saying that come Vengeance he will be walking out with gold around his waist all for his peeps cuz that’s how he rolls. On with the match though, Christian didn’t look like he was even going to make it to Vengeance to be in the Triple Threat Match. It was mainly Benoit dominating the whole match until Christian nailed the ref with a Clothesline when he missed Benoit. Christian then hit a low blow on Benoit and got a chair. He cracked the chair over Benoit’s head and finished him off with the Unprettier onto the chair. Christian covered and the ref turned over to announce Christian the winner and make him be the third man in the match for the IC Title.

Continuing with the IC Title, the IC Champion had a match as Shelton Benjamin faced Daivari in a Non-Title Match. Benjamin just totally dominated the whole match against Daivari and was ready to finish him off with the T-Bone until suddenly the lights went out for some odd reason. When they came back on a man was in the ring and Hassan said on a mic that this was his man and his name is SABU!!! Sabu went to attack Benjamin, but he ducked his Forearm and quickly nailed him with the T-Bone Suplex. Benjamin then grabbed Daivari and hit the T-Bone on him and covered him to pick up the victory. After the match Hassan got on the mic again and said that Sabu was done and fired from Hassan Services as he might have been good in ECW, but he did terrible in the Hassan Services.

Also on an earlier segment on RAW when Rob Conway just got out from Eric Bischoff’s office, Conway was pissed and down on himself. He walked into Orton, but Orton calmed him down and Conway told him if he lost one more match he was fired. Orton was surprised on what Conway said and told him we can’t let you get fired so Orton had an idea. Orton told him since come Vengeance he will be WWE Heavyweight Champion he has no time for being the Legend Killer so Orton took off his shirt and tossed it into Conway’s hands. Orton told Conway it was now his job to put the legend’s to sleep.

In tag team action to determine who faces the Super Heroes of Hurricane and Rosey, the Foreign Society of William Regal and Tajiri faced of against a new team in Snitsky and Tomko. Foreign Society was a little outmatched by size, but that didn’t stop them from wrestling this match. It was actually them controlling the match. This match ended once Hurricane and Rosey came out there selves though and got in the ring. Then the two teams attacked and the ref just called for a Double DQ and announced that both teams will be facing the Super Heroes at Vengeance.

As everyone knows, Vince McMahon wanted to make the WWE Roster bigger and get new guys in the WWE and bring old guys back. Well OVW has brought in a new face and an old one. Both of them for sure will be called up about after Vengeance as mostly everyone knows who they are. They are Goldberg and Samoa Joe. You might be asking why they are in OVW, but they will be in here for a little bit just to get them back with the WWE Regulations. Here are these two men pictures.

Handicapped?

June 16, 2005

Last week, Smackdown!’s first draft pick arrived and that man was Triple H and he defeated JBL in a one on one match. JBL wasn’t happy with his lose to Triple H and says that whoever is next to come to Smackdown! he challenges as he said that Triple H just got lucky and he will take out his anger on the next draftee.

This week, Eddie Guerrero’s partner, Rey Mysterio got drafted to RAW so that leaves Eddie by himself to face MNM for the Tag Team Titles. Eddie Guerrero will either be at a disadvantage as it will be a 2 on 1 unless Eddie could go out and find a new partner to take the spot of Rey.

Orlando Jordan seems to be serious with his United States Title and is open to any challenger. Tonight on Smackdown! there will be a Number One Contender’s Match with the winner facing Jordan at the Great American Bash next month at Smackdown!’s PPV. Tonight the match will consist of Carlito against Booker T.

Lastly, “The Future” Frankie Kazarian will be back on Smackdown! again and be making another Open Challenge. After last week victory by easily defeating Shannon Moore, Kazarian looks to do it again, but this time against a different opponent in the Cruiserweight Division.

Who will the second draftee? Will Eddie find a partner? If so, who? Who is next in the path for Frankie Kazarian?

Tune into Smackdown! to find out!

Returning to go to Eddie’s Hell

In a night full of surprises, the last big surprise was the return of The Undertaker! Eddie Guerrero early in the night had an interview saying that he has a great partner to replace Rey Mysterio so he can regain some Tag Team gold. Eddie said once everyone sees who his partner will be, they all will be shocked. It was then time for the main event which was the Tag Title Match. Everyone was in the ring and then down came The Undertaker who was Eddie’s partner! The crowd went nits and MNM went crazy as they were scared knowing their gold was might be gone. In this match, we saw the team of The Undertaker and Eddie Guerrero just totally dominated MNM. Coming down to the finished of this match, Eddie told Taker to finish off MNM himself. Taker nailed Nitro with a Chokeslam and then was looking for a Tombstone on Mercury. Before Taker could hit it on mercury though, Eddie came in the ring with a chair and nailed it over the back of Taker for some reason. Eddie then clocked Taker with the chair over his head busting him wide open. Eddie then threw Mercury on Taker and the ref counted the three to make MNM still champions. Eddie faked a face turn and turned on Taker too. After the match, Eddie had a mic and said that it was great that The Undertaker was back. The reason for that was so that he could bring him to his hell and kill him. Eddie finished up the show by saying that The Undertaker can never trust him because he has to remember that he lies, cheats and steals!

Another big surprise happening on Smackdown! was that the return of Chris Benoit on Smackdown! JBL came out to start the show and said that last week Triple H had a lucky victory over him as he came over to Smackdown! from RAW. JBL then said he isn’t going to lose to another newcomer to Smackdown! from the Draft Lottery. JBL wasn’t done talking, but Chris Benoit didn’t care and his music hit and he came down to the ring interrupting JBL. Once JBL saw Benoit he wasn’t happy at all as he was looking to face him. JBL tried to out talk Benoit in having a match against him, but Benoit didn’t care and just attacked JBL to start the match. This was a very good match and a great way to kick off Smackdown! JBL went back and forth with Benoit, but JBL again came up a little short as it just wasn’t his night. Benoit pulled away in the match after he nailed JBL with three consecutive German Suplex’s. After he hit those three, Benoit then hit a Tiger Suplex and then locked in the Crippler Crossface and it didn’t take to much time until JBL tapped out and Benoit was announced winner. After this match though, Chris Benoit got on the mic and said that he challenges The Game, Triple H to a one on one match next week! Benoit said that he wants to show Long that he is definitely better then JBL and better then The Game.

Later in the night Triple H came down to the ring and addressed the challenge that Benoit made earlier in the night. The Game quickly responded that he is fine facing Benoit and he hopes they have an amazing match showing Teddy Long how good both men are. Triple H then said that he has been thinking lately on how he behaved last week when he came to Smackdown! Triple went on saying that it seemed as if he were the good guy. Triple H said that he likes how it feels and plans on staying like how he is for a while because he said that he feels more comfortable on how he is as a person. Triple H finished by saying that he is the Good Game and that he is that damn good.

Also on this edition of Smackdown! we saw Carlito and Booker T go at it with the winner facing Orlando Jordan for his United States Title at Great American Bash. Before this match started though, Carlito held Carlito’s Cabana with Orlando Jordan and Booker T as he special guests. Carlito first talked to Jordan and asked him on who he rather would face. Jordan said that he didn’t care as he was going to kick either of the two men’s asses. Carlito responded with a “Das not cool!” Carlito then went over to Booker T and asked what is the actual percentage that he will beat him tonight. Booker T said 100% as he is totally better then Carlito. Carlito then responded the same way he did to Jordan to Booker. Carlito said that he had enough and said that he had to show both men what cool really is. Carlito then knocked both men down with a Double Clothesline and the match started with the Cabana still set up. This match was a very short lived match because of Orlando Jordan. When Jordan got back up he got in the face of Carlito, but then Booker pushed Jordan out of the way and it was a three way staredown. Jordan then charged at Carlito and clocked him over the head with his US Title and then did the same to Booker T. The ref had no choice, but to call for a Double DQ and announce that Jordan will face both men at Great American Bash.

In cruiserweight action, “The Future” Frankie Kazarian was back on Smackdown! saying that he was the Future and that he was the best cruiserweight around and soon will become the Cruiserweight Champion! Kazarian then called out any cruiserweight from the back and down came Super Crazy who was making his debut. Super Crazy got right in the ring and attacked Kazarian. Super Crazy gave Kazarian a much harder match then Moore did last week, but it didn’t matter as Kazarian still came out victorious. After a good few minutes of cruiserweight action, Kazarian rolled out of the way of an Asai Moonsault by Super Crazy and then picked Crazy up and nailed the for the victory and make Kazarian 2-0 and one step closer to the Cruiserweight Title.

A new tag team was also formed this week on Smackdown! The team is two big men of Heidenreich and Matt Morgan. Backstage Heidenreich was walking and thinking of some poetry when he bumped into Matt Morgan. Heidenreich recited a poem about Matt Morgan saying that being a big powerful mean monster isn’t always the best way to go. Heidenreich said that it is better being a nice poet that is fairly large. Morgan agreed with Heidenreich and said that he would like to team with him. Heidenreich agreed only if Morgan could think of a short poem. Morgan recited a halfway decent one saying that they are the new team in town and ready to take care of any business and they would go by the Friendly Freaks. Heidenreich liked the poem and said that they would team and be called the Friendly Freaks.

No DQ Match: Edge vs. Kane

June 26, 2005

Ever since Lita turned on Kane and started going out with Edge, Kane was never the same. Now this week on RAW, six days before Vengeance, Kane and Edge will wrestle a match, but not any regular match. It will be a vicious warm-up match for their newly assigned match at Vengeance. This week on RAW the two men will face off in a Cage Match which might be a better stipulation then the one for Vengeance which is a No DQ Match. But no matter what both matches will be violent.

Six Days Till Vengeance

June 20, 2005

With only six days away until the next WWE Pay Per View, the card is shaping up pretty well as tonight we will see a main event which will feature four of the five men in a double main event at Vengeance. Last week on RAW Shawn Michaels turned on John Cena and worked with Randy Orton. Now at Vengeance it is Cena vs. Orton vs. Jericho and Batista vs. HBK. Tonight on RAW Orton and HBK will now team up to face the two champions who were laid out last week to end the show. All Chris Jericho can do is sit and watch this match as he is the only man not in a match including the five men in the double main event at Vengeance on the last RAW before Vengeance.

Also this week on RAW, the draft lottery continues as this is the third week and the final week that RAW will get just a single man as next week is the last week of the Lottery and RAW will receive two men in one night. Eric Bischoff said that last week Rey Mysterio proved himself by defeating both Antonio and Romeo of the Heart Throbs, but whoever is drafted this week has a harder match as they will have to prove themselves as well. The next draft pick will also be in a Handicap just like Mysterio, but this time the man will be facing Simon Dean and Maven of the Simon System. Whoever gets drafted over might have a little bit of a tougher match then Mysterio did last week.

Just announced earlier in the day was that Kane and Edge will fight in a No DQ Match at Vengeance and a Cage Match tonight will face off in a Cage Match to get both men ready for the No DQ. The reason for the Cage on RAW and No DQ at Vengeance is because at Vengeance there is already a scheduled Hell in a Cell Match so it would be pretty unlikely to have a Cage and a Hell in a Cell Match the same night. Anyway everyone knows both of these matches will be a huge success as we all know Kane is still upset at Lita and Edge even more.

Last week on RAW Rob Conway was told that if he loses his next match he will fired. After Bischoff told him that he bumped into Randy Orton and Orton gave Conway advice. Orton said that since he is going to become the next WWE Heavyweight Champion he needs someone to take his Legend Killer spot. So he told Conway it was his job and Conway liked the idea. So tonight on RAW, Conway might be wrestling his last match in the WWE or it could just be a new beginning for him. Conway challenges any legend to a match on RAW to see if he can really take the spot of Randy Orton.

Will Chris Jericho get involved in the Tag Team Main Event? Who will be the third draftee for RAW? Who will get the advantage going into the No DQ Match at Vengeance? What legend will Conway face first?

Tune into RAW on Spike TV to find out!
