I recon that if NZ was the size of Australia, we would own you in sports and you know it. You guys have 5 times our population yet we still regularly beat you in Rugby, ODI cricket and other sports which I can't think of right now. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything but, yeah.

Right, out of peverse interest I'm going to research the medals won at the last Olympics by each country and do some kind of maths with country populations to work out which countries are the most Olympically talented per head.

The final score is the population divided by the number of medals won. This shows how many people the country has per one medal winner.

NZ is 1 medal per 800,000 according to the statistics I'm looking at, so we should be on that list but we're not. Another case of the big guys taking us for granted
