My Dad said earlier that Maccarone is shit, and then he went and scored two goals, cracking.

To do it in two different rounds, to score 4 goals to come from behind, Maccarone scoring in the 89th minute in both...amazing.

So, a pretty scintillating game all-round. I'd saw Boro have the best chance if Schalke advance, as Sevilla can be a real handful. Schalke aren't a bad team, but they're not exactly the most offensive of teams.

Arsenal vs 'Boro would be a nice European Super Cup thingy match. Maccarone would probably get the win at the last minute after a Senderos/Campbell mishap.

The best thing with Middlesborough for the future is how many good young English players they have. If they can stay in Europe over the next couple of seasons, it'll get them some good experience, and we could have some good future internationals on our hands.
