That's why he would be perfect for the Niners, as they run the same system (or are trying to) as the Ravens, so it wouldn't be that big of a reach. The only way he works as a FA is if he's signed to a 3-4 team, otherwise he won't have as much success.

Just imagine having Manny Lawson and Adalius Thomas at each OLB spot, that would be amazing.

I'll laugh if Turner guides San Diego to the Super Bowl. But since he won't I just will sit here and wonder what the hell they were thinking.

I really fail to see how firing a coach who admittedly can't seem to win in the playoffs, but at least knows how to guide a team TO the playoffs, and hiring a coach who's never really proven that he can be even a DECENT head coach, can be considered an improvement. Just makes no sense whatsoever to me.
