I believe it's in South Kensington. If you go where they have information about the Star Trek auctions here, and select International Tour (international, being outside New York), that should help.

Underground: South Kensington station - Circle, District and Piccadilly Lines

Bus: 14, 22, 49, 70, 74, 345 and C1

The road is quite long, and South Kensington tube is located at one end of it, but I don't think there's really any better option even if it does end up being right down the other end.

It's not just the original series. Well, I'm going by the line on the Star Trek website about "them having Major Kira's orignal earing". Yeah, that's my basis for that fact.
