Best Football Manger type game...

So, I am a football fan and am wanting to purchase a football manging game where you do all the stuff mangers would do... zOMG!

So I was wondering what some of the members here, who know a bit about these kind of games, thought about them and what ones you guys would reccomend. Take pricing and gameplay into consideration.

Although personally, Championship Manager 01-02 season will always be my favourite. >_>

So I have a chance of getting "FIFA Football Manager '06" for cheap. The usual price is $80-$90 and I am able to et it for $40. Is this game any good?

If you want the 'Best' Football Manager game, wait till 20th October when 07 comes out and get that. Because it'll be the best, in fact, it already is and hasn't been released yet.

'Football Manager' is easily the best game of it's genre, there really isn't any room for discusion on the subject. It's cut and dried really.

If you live in USA wait for Worldwide Soccer Manager 2007

Ulitmate Soccer Manager 98 as well as the previously mentioned CM and FM games. USM games were great.
