Sarah McLachlan released a Christmas album a few months back that is pretty damn good. Sufjan Stevens usually releases one (I know there's atleast 3, not counting the forthcoming one this December).

Fairytale Of New York is all you need. It's THE Christmas song. I guess you could also go with "Merry Christmas (I Don't Wanna Fight Tonight" by The Ramones, or "Please Let Me Sleep, It's Christmas Time" by Pearl Jam, though. And I can't remember the name of the band, but they did a parody Christmas song called "Holiday Season", sung by Tom Waits and Peter Murphy impersonators, which is fairly amusing.
