CNN.com is reporting that pop star Brittney Spears has filed for divorce from husband Kevin Federline, who appeared last night on Monday Night Raw issuing a challenge for a one on one match against WWE champion John Cena on the 1/1/07 edition of Raw.

As mentioned yesterday in the PWInsider.com Elite Hotline, a number of Hollywood gossip websites had reported Spears left Federline several days ago, taking their children to a local Los Angeles hotel. The reason? Federline allegedly flew into a rage and destroyed property after Spears laughed at a tape of his WWE appearances.

CNN reports that Spears filed for divorce today, citing, "irreconcilable differences" and asked for legal and physical custody of their two children. The pair married in 2004 after meeting while Federline performed as a backup dancer for Spears on tour. They were featured in a UPN reality series.

The divorce filing was the latest in a string of negative Federline news, including poor reviews for his debut CD, canceled concerts, and a near empty performance at New York City's Webster Hall which saw Federline come on stage several hours late and only perform for 30 minutes.

Wait a minute, the girl who starred in Crossroads is laughing at Federline for being on WWE programming? He should have thrown that DVD in and laughed at that pile of shit.

Fuck em both, at least Federline has been hilarious in his WWE role.

Leno strikes paydirt by being the only new late night show tonight. He'll be first to get in his KFed jokes.

And, like always, his will be the least funny at the end of it all.

Oh, oh you know, it is so fashionable to take a shot at Jay Leno. The fact is the man's out there every bloody night, with fresh material, and he's charming.

Funniest Pre-Nup Ever:

* K-Fed won't touch a penny of Britney's money. All the millions belonging to Britney will stay that way.

* The mansion will be divided 50/50.

* Any gift given worth over $10,000 will go back to the original purchaser. This includes a custom-built motorcycle Brit gave K-Fed for Christmas 2 years ago.

* She will still support him for a little while longer. Brit will pay Kevin $30,000 a month for the period of time that is half the length of their marriage. Meaning he'll be well sneakered until at least a year from now.

* Spears won't pay child support. Federline is still responsible for supporting his other two children with previous baby momma Shar Jackson. Luckily, Britney should be able to put food on the table for at least another 200,000 more years.

Jon Stewart goes out every night and manages to stay funny. Why can't Leno come up with even one funny joke in ten years?

Because Jon Stewart's on cable and has a certain demographic to appeal to, as does Leno. Remember, Leno is on network TV and is appealing to people ages 25-54 while Stewart is aiming for 18-34. Leno has certain advertisers and restrictions he needs to answer to while Stewart is on Comedy Central. Not to mention, Leno has had plenty of funny jokes, just because you don't find it funny, doesn't mean lots of other people don't. Personally, I like Leno, he catches a lot of shit from people, but he's still way funnier than Letterman has been in the last ten years.
