August PPV Poster Contest

We had a good thing going for a while when JTE started up the monthly PPV poster contests so I thought I'd try and get them going again with an August competition. Just like the old contests, there will be two sets of rules. You can do either or both. If you do both, both entries will be judged separately. You can only enter one poster for each set of rules though (editing them is allowed up until the deadline). Here's August's rule sets:

WWE SummerSlam

Create a poster advertising the SummerSlam PPV event. The focus should be on one of the following:

• Rey Mysterio's return

• Triple H's return

• WWE Championship match: John Cena © vs. Randy Orton

• World Heavyweight Championship match: The Great Khali © vs. Batista

Size: 400 x 500 (W x H)

and/or

TNA Hard Justice

Create a poster advertising the Hard Justice PPV event. The focus should be on the 'Winner Take All' match between Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe.

Size: 400 x 500 (W x H)

DEADLINE: AUGUST 31, 2007

Are we allowed other stuff in the background?

Just wondering, as I wouldn't mind getting some Morrison/Punk stuff in there.

I don't see why you would, there's no Morrison/Punk match scheduled for SummerSlam, at least not yet there isn't.

But yeah, if you want to you can fit other matches in the event in but the main focus, ie. the majority of the poster, should focus on one of the four I listed above.

No he didn't. I thought it was awesome too but my view went down a little when I saw a PSD of it on PSD Protocol

You can edit as many times as you want until the deadline.

This would look better if the actual SummerSlam logo was used. Nice effort though, definitely one of the best so far I'd say.
