I'd have to agree with basically 'everything' on "World Waits" by Jeremy Enigk (Although I agree that "Been Here Before" is especially fucking amazing. When the organ comes in I get goosebumps). I know a hell of a lot of people who pimp his first album, but they are somewhat lukewarm on "World Waits", where I'd say it's a vastly superior album to "Return Of The Frog Queen".
