This game was free last weekend so I downloaded it, and by God Sierra has done it again. It's very addictive, and I've gotten pretty good at it. Anyone else have it?

Well, as a couple of people have mentioned here, it's a board game. The general premise of which is far too lengthy and confusing for me to explain (Let Wiki try though). It was made into a game for the Xbox Live Arcade earlier this year. It gained some noiteriety last week when it was availible for free over two days to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the inception of Xbox Live.

What's everyone's top score? I've been trying for that damn 150+ achievement, I thought I had it a couple of days ago, but only 147. THREE FUCKING SHORT!

I think my best score was 197, with the baron/king expansion pack on.

The trick is to have like 3-4 citizens for a single city. If you play on easy, the AI generally doesn't bother to block you, so you can just sit there pumping up huge cities and roads.

Settlers is OK in the beginning, but at a certain point you know who is going to win but it still takes forever to get there....

Ever played the civilisation board game? It takes days, but it´s FUN!

I just won Khronos (second edition) at a Munchkin 5 release tournament last weekend (owning only one munchkin game myself beating all the nerds, hahaaa!), still need to test that.

Khronos is supposed to be pretty good so nice one!

Yeah I own Civilization - definitely the longest game I have though Die Macher can run it close.

I THINK I prefer Antike to Civ though - shorter, punchier...
