I always find Evra the most effective player when playing as United, his pace is amazing and some of the n00b players never really expect him to make a run.

If you play as United, you either suck or care too much about you're ranking. So either way, most games against United end with them quitting after going more than 1-0 down.

I played a ranked match yesterday as Spurs, beat some guy as Man Utd 1-0, scoring shortly after the restart with Pavlyuchenko. He didn't quit which was a nice surprise.

I'm fucking sick of playing against Man U, I think the last time I played someone who wasn't Man U was Baddar in the tournament.

A good way to not play Man Utd is by picking a team that is not playing Man Utd that week and say no to "also include rivals in search" when you search in Interactive League. This is how I managed to play Liverpool with Wigan, every other time I included rivals I got West Brom vs. Man Utd.

Really though, I hate people. This time I picked FC Vaduz who are like half a star. Arsehole on the other end takes note of this and picks Man Utd.

Anyway, as of now my online record is:

Anybody here (preferably from the US) have problems with Disc Read Errors on this game?

Bought it yesterday, took it home and went to play it, got a disc read error and it wouldn't work brand new out of the box. Exchanged it for another copy today, brought it home and had the same problem. It's not my 360 either as all my other games are working, and the disc doesn't looked scratched to me.

Target are shit.

I've gotten quite good at Fifa but it's backfired. Now everyone just quits once I get a lead. Online my last 5 matches have been blowouts but none have been finished.

Aye, it's ok. Probably just the PSN being gay. A mate said he kept getting signed out earlier when he tried having a chat with his mate. It was fine when I was playing Burnout earlier.

I doubt anyones as bad at Fifa 09 online as I am. Lost every game online and the lowest losing margin was 3-0. Usually I lose like 7-0 and have done on multiple occasions but my DNF record still stands at 00% never quit a match. Anyone ever fancy giving me a thrashing my PSN ID is Burnsy08. (Y)

Oh and I was about to legitimately win my first ever game as I was up 2-0 against Man Utd but the connection was lost after I scored my 3rd. So obviously not an accident then. Obviously the only possible course ofa ction was to send the bastard an abusive PM, which I duly did.

Cool. Just to let you know I support Man UTD but being a Leeds lad I usually play as them online. If I'm playing a team thats of a higher level then I'll play as simularly matched team. Never use any big teams, its pointless. I guess PSN is being a bitch tonight then?
