I do, every now and then. But there's generally no rhyme or reason to it (like special games or anything, I just tend to randomly bet at times), and when I do I generally just do it to have a bit crack with my mate who works in the bookies and put a few quid on some shit accumulators that have paid off like twice in my life.

I also, always go with #6 in Greyhound Racing...and choose the horse with the funniest name. I am currently 2p in profit with dogs and horses using this formula. :shifty:

Don't gamble at all, not really my kind of thing. I bet £1 on West Ham to win the Premiership at 500/1, but that's it. Doesn't really interest me, I don't like the fact that I'm reliant on something that's out of my hands. I love playing poker, which is more of an attraction then betting on someone else's success.

I am quite the gambling addict..

I put small bets on nearly all english, dutch and spanish premiership games.. bigger money towards cup games and champs league

Horse Racing and Greyhound not really my thing..

The occasional bet on some US sports as well.. so far I'm 8/8 on the Baseball Classic

I make a £1 accumulator on the footie every weekend and sometimes for midweek games as well. It's only a quid so I'm not spending much and chances are I'll win one eventually and break even. It tends to make Soccer Saturday a lot more interesting.

I don't really bet money. I am horribly unlucky and would probably throw that luck onto the team I picked. It helps being in an NFL pool though, as it gives me more interest in some games and I don't have to worry about wasting my cash when I inevitably fail.

I just find sports exciting enough, although I have no problem with people gambling (Within reason, of course).

I bet on horse races a couple of times. 2006 Belmont and 2008 MassCap most notably.

I generally pick some horse that's between 6-1 and 12-1, throw down a couple bucks to win... see if it lucks out. Bet on a few races on the day's card, call it a day.

There's two massive casinos in my state, so sports betting is legal. I just never done it on anything besides horses.

The only thing I used to bet on were weekly NFL office pools with spreads included. One season I won 4 times, with victories 3 weeks in a row (2 solo and 1 split). It was awesome. I usually win anywhere from 58-63% of the games during the season so I could make money if I bet on every game, but that's boring and tedious. I would never bet on anything but the NFL because there's too many random variables in the other sports mainly due to the length of the season and the number of games played.

I'm a mid range better, which is my own term for someone who isn't addicted or putting on a couple of hundred a week, but not a guy who puts a stake on once or twice a year. Basically I have one football coupon on a week, horses I'm not betting every day, I just look for the big races (Cheltenham, Royal Ascot, The Derby, Glorious Goodwood, Grand National) and put a pound on each big race on the card. Made quite a bit at Cheltenham this year, fifty pound profit I think. I then also have a pound on the four majors in the Golf, with it usually being someone between 20/1 and 100/1. Golfing is one of these sports where you are always unlikely to pick a winner, but when you do get one, it is well worth it.

I'm a pretty severe gambler. Sportswise, I usually bet on anywhere from 3 to 6 games a night. Of course, this depends on the season. During college football, I'll usually put 5 or 6 bets on the morning games, check results, see what I'm going to win/lose, then do another round of 5 or 6 for the afternoon. Repeat for the night games.

I'll normally bet the spread or the over/under though occasionally I do go into a prop bet. Parlays and teasers are always extra fun also, just because you've got that shot of hitting it big.

Just as an example, I bet on all four of the NCAA games tonight, just straight up spreads.
