Luton in general isn't a nice place to be. That being said I have lived there my whole life and am used to it. You moving into Luton then 925? I like the ground, I think the atmosphere is great in there, the surroundings are god-awful though.

Speaking of tough jobs in football, the Luton job will be a tough one for the new manager. We expect success in this division, plus he is replacing a Luton legend in Mick Harford, good luck to them.

I was going to say....you must be crazy!

To be fair, i'm still under the belief that this WILL BE our only year in this league. We have the squad to haul in Oxford most definatly, but if we can't then i'm certain we can go through the playoffs. We've played most teams in the playoffs and only Stevenage have troubled us, and that was at our lowest point. If we don't get to the playoffs then alot of people need to be sacked!

  • 2 weeks later...

Notts County's takeover has now been approved by the Football League and Sven has decided to stay rather than become the new Sweden manager. On behalf of all Notts County fans, I would like to believe that The Sun, The Guardian and all the other rumour spreaders will now find it within themselves to focus on the on-field action rather than inventing stories from now on. Of course, such an eventuality is highly unlikely, but I just thought I would ask.
