David and Goliath

I might find a stream if I'm still on shift when it starts.

I can't see how Haye can win though, he almost certainly can't knock him out and I would be very surprised if he can pick up a decision in Germany unless he absolutely massacres him for the entire fight and then it would probably still be a toss up :/

Haye looks like a machine right now, I think the fact that his biceps are only 1 inch smaller than Valuevs gives a good indication of how much muscle he's got in his arms.

I don't doubt that he has, but the angle at which you have to punch at to make up a 7 inch height difference draws a lot of the power from your shots. Also, Valuev's head is bigger than my house.

I will be rooting for Haye all the way to win and add some much-needed excitement to the heavyweight division. While I have no doubt that he has the skills to outbox Valuev, who was outworked by a 47-year-old Evander Holyfield in his last bout, he will definitely be hard pressed to knock him out. Despite all the hype, this fight could end up being much more boring than the "David vs Goliath" billing would suggest if Haye cannot find a way to take out Valuev in the early rounds.

I literally did not here about this fight until today when my mother told me about it.

I had a stream but it went off in the second round, can't be bothered to find another one. Apparently Valuev started slow, picked up and pounded Haye for two rounds, and is now tiring.

I'm shocked by anybody who thought Valuev won that fight. Haye went in with pretty much the perfect strategy against a guy like him, stuck to it and did a pretty damn good job. Valuev took a few rounds, but I honestly didn't even feel like that could ever of swung towards him, because Haye just looked so much better. Certainly nice to see him pick up the title.

The look of elation on Haye's face as they announced "London, England" was amazing.

A boxing mastercalass in beating a guy 7"2 & 24 stone.

Oh and JohnnyPerfect, yr not allowed in this forum man.

People had Valuev up purely because he was always pushing forward, but that was expected, Haye could not have stood toe to toe with him. The look on Valuev's face after they announced the winner was priceless, he couldn't quite believe it.
