...Actually exists. It's fan made and, obviously, low budget. After watching 15 minutes, I'm thoroughly impressed.

I really liked the look of the CGI Robot Masters and to an extent, the human ones too, though Fire Man's helmet was a bit weird. It made him look like a paintballer or something rather than a robot. His actual character was hilarious though. 'THE EVIL ONE MUST DIE!' Dr Wily is cool too, if you look past his greasy, spotty face. Man was that unpleasant. His AI system was weird too, it gave off this weird sexual vibe that was never really explained.

The effects can be a bit off in places and the fighting is horrible in most parts but I guess you can't ask for much since he was working on a budget.

Having seen a fair number of amateur films (and acted in a few... hmm, this sentence could be misinterpreted) I have to say that this one is pretty decent. The shots are mostly decent and I can look past a few of the "ACTING!" and bad CGI moments. If this guy got to put forth a version of this with a larger budget it would be pretty nice. Definitely the best fanmade film I've seen and this makes me want to see some more video game movies, ha. Maybe Prince of Persia will have a "Pirates" vibe?

Just watched it all the way through. Enjoyed the fuck out of it. There's the obvious low budget problems, like low quality acting and special effects, but this is probably the most faithful video game film I've ever seen. I find most low budget films to be very charming anyway and this is about on top of the pile. This probably cost a few thousand to make, yet it's much more likable than a Transformers 2 or another heavily budgeted, explosive crock of shit. I hope there's a sequel, or Capcom take notice and actually make a professional film out of it. That'd be sweet.
