I'm higher in the normal list than the PPG list, is that a good or bad thing?

Bad. People who play a lot will naturally score more points. See Ace Players who play better per game but have less games will do better in PPG. Here's an easy example.

You've played 60 games and score 60 points for 1 PPG.

Someone else has played 20 games and has scored 30 points for 1.5 PPG.

On absolute numbers you're twice as far ahead (60 is twice as much as 30), but if that player maintains a 1.5 PPG average through 60 games, they'd have 90 points in the same amount of games. Or if you'd only played 20 games, you'd have 20 points total. In short, you're way ahead because you've played more, not because you've played better.

Note: Get back to playing Mayor in Alias and try to score points for a win there.
