The Henrikh Mkhitaryan/Aston Villa transfer thread

The Toxic Avenger has been quoted as saying that he'd 'luv to 'av 'im at QPR'.

We tried to get a quote out of Joe Kinnear but he attempted to pronounce his name, swallowed his own tongue and his aorta exploded. Again.

Henrik Mkhitaryan is flying to London, possibly to have a medical at Tottenham Hotspurs.

I'd be shocked if the Mkhitaryan to Liverpool deal has not been done for ages now and is just the final bits and pieces being sorted.

The mail thing is lazy weekend reporting.

Blimey. Someone needs a hug i think.

Dyslexic Scouse fans could do with a hug if Mikhitaryan or whatever his name it signs. Actually, I don't think many of them can read so it's not a big a deal as I first thought... :shifty:

The irony is not lost on me.

Can we just refer to Mkhitaryan as "Dave" or "John" from now on, please?

Thanks.

"Dave" is taken.

I don't find the name hard to remember. Okay, maybe the first two letters (MK) strike a particular chord of familiarity with me because I live in Milton Keynes...but beyond that, what's forgettable about the suggestion to "hit a Ryan"? :shifty:
