  1. Dragon Age? I've played through repeatedly every different origin both male and female, just so I get all the story and all the conversation options. The Female version of the City Elf origin is much more badass. I recommend it over the male any day.

Fable 2 was the same bit.

If I play a game with options I'll replay every option.

  2. I believe that is infact Eric's plan. Seeing as the King was already doubled over in pain, and Eric was still able to be all badass and "We'll die together." He's able to withstand the sun's ravaging just a little longer because the King is much older and more vulnerable to it. Granted, the king only has to resist for a split second to rip off Eric's head and make a bee line for the door, but I'm thinking the pain he's feeling is a bit intense for thoughts more complex than "MOTHERFUCKER!" right now.

  3. I've tried innovation alot over the years. The day cult. An investigator that remembers every action that went through the night before. Seriously. He got a recap of every action that happened, but no specifics.

A 3 man mafia, consisting of a mimmic (who copied the protector, and used that ability to protect himself.), a night killer, and an investigator.

No don, just a night kill and lynch immunity that they could split between the three of them before the game started.

I've ran with one man mafias, evil twins, mason where both masons were members of a different mafia, the whole nine.

I can't say if any of them were ever successful, because all the games died due to my own inabilty to run a game, but the roles were always balanced out.

  4. I'm not sure how it would've worked because it was never used while the game lasted, but thus far my favorite role I've designed was a lie detector variation.

The player at night could send in a quote and receive the honest answer to any yes or no question asked THAT day period.

    If someone else asked it.

Perhaps a little too complicated, but I liked it, and it prevented him from claiming as a lie detector. I only wish I would've put a no claiming stipulation. I realized too late, it could easily break the game if he just instructed people to ask if someone is town every day period.
