The lack of Uso's thing stuck out for me, but I could also see them doing a tag team themed DLC pack consisting of the Uso's and Wyatt Family. I say only those two teams because it'd consist of 5 characters, which is about on par for a "DLC Roster update" for them in previous years.

So looking at the 30 years of Wrestlemania mode screen shots: There's a pile of different versions of each wrestler in the mode, and I hope they're accessible in game. From Hollywood rock to Douche-mode Batista, or Big Show with hair and mutton chops n'stuff.

Don't they sometimes include alternate entrances as Create-An-Entrance Super Star # XXX or whatever anyway? (I think) DB's WWE12 entrance is in 13, for example.

This is the best thing to come out of a WWE Game ever.

So I just did a 2 day marathon of the first three seasons of the show. These are the thoughts I had after the final episode of season 3 and some time to read over season 4 changes. Honestly? At first it seemed like it was about kids getting super powers based on their biggest insecurities, and I wasn't a big fan of that concept. Thankfully though, I stuck around and by the end of season 1 and the start of season 2 I was pretty hooked. I'd also say Simon was by far my favorite character, his arc and honest development were pretty great. I'm not sure if I should even bother watching season 4 because of the huge cast change, and the way season 3 seemed to wrap everything up for the most part. So I ask the board: Is it worth a watch/download/stream?

I just beat it in one sitting. It's not terrible, but in the same vein as Lollipop Chainsaw, entertaining first playthrough, zero point in a second. And if you're afraid of Clowns, do NOT play a certain section of the game. It is pure nightmare fuel.

I just did a marathon of all 3 seasons in about a week, I may have gotten to the Game of Thrones party a little late, but I crashed it hard when I got there. So being caught up, I'd say my favorite characters are Dany, Jon and Arya. Also: The Hound is a badass. That is all.

I believe the arbitrary split is a necessity, however if you make all the titles the same for both brands, they should be competing on all of the shows for the most part.

So some NDA stuff was lifted today, some important things out are that the Championship Achievements from a while ago aren't for a Create-a-championship mode, but for "Championship Editor" Which lets you customize different elements of certain belts. You also can apparently change the name of titles, which also have their own announcer call-outs.

More info on the subject- Create a Show: Players now have the freedom to create their own shows while scheduling which day they appear on, from Monday through Saturday. In their show creation process, players will be able to choose the presentation graphics, the arena, which rosters appear on the show, and assign up to four Championships to be contested over. Create a Pay-Per-View: In addition to custom shows, players can also create a Pay-Per-View that can be held on any Sunday. Along with choosing the presentation graphics and arena, players can choose which shows participate in the Pay-Per-View, as well as the match-type theme. Statistics: Players can now view various championship and show statistics within their WWE Universe. Containing both historical statistics and statistics that update as your WWE Universe progresses, players can try to further one Superstar’s championship reign or try to beat it. Storylines: Superstars will enter into feuds against each other as part of a rivalry, while competing for #1 contender rights for a championship title, and more. Take part in 200 new storyline feuds and choose which Superstars stand out in your Universe. Surprised by the lack of conversation on this game. I personally skipped Diablo 3 just due to the bad press and terrible always-online factor, but Torchlight 2 has sucked up nearly 48 hours of played time, and I'm half way through act II on my second run through the game. That being said; the Engineer is awesome, but I've thought about starting a character for online play with various people (Most of my time so far has been soloing). What would some of you guys think would work? My interest in the Embermage is pretty high, but on the opposite side, I'm a bit skeptical of the use an Outlander serves.

It seems like they put a lot of effort into the game this year, I wonder if it's because THQ was threatened at the time, and genuinely wanted to make a final grab at a good wrestling game?

No Tyson Kidd or Natalya? Fuck this game. I kid, as much as that stings my Canadian love for terrible haircuts and awesome women wrestlers, I'll still get this just for the shear silly fun I can have with attitude clones.

The last two trailers have sold it for me, honestly (I'm not a fan of Ultimate, Carnage and Venom's use are a good reason for that.) But I was likely to see it anyway, but this might be another opening night thing for me now. As for Lizard and Connor's involvement: I'm hoping the potrayal of him being flatout evil is just wordplay/shortcuts for the trailer to establish who the villain is. The way it looks, the shots could be mid sentence, especially the "ready play god?" quote. It could've been cut from "Are you sure we're ready to play god?" At least that's my hope.

Actually, it's not just a boring American voice, it's a lame attempt at a Native American voice. So it's annoying to the demographic it's basing itself on. Good times. Seriously though, aside from the voice, it looks pretty good. I'd love it if Bears and Wolves and what not would randomly attack you during missions if you stay around dead bodies long enough though. Adds some form of urgency to get the hell out of dodge after assassinating an important public figure >_>

So there's a DLC story continuation coming out for Arkham City entitled Harley Quinn's Revenge. I haven't played the game in quite some time, but this is honestly got me interested in doing a new game+ thing with it. I've always assumed due to the random flocks of birds sitting on some ledges in the city that there was either going to be Nightwing or Robin related world exploration.

I've always been 'Ok' when I look into games before buying them, but the few times I've just said "Screw it, it looks good" I've paid for it. In recent memory, I can think of Elder Scrolls 3 and 4, Spider-Man 3 for PS3, Final Fantasy 13 (I even paid for the strategy guide, ugh.) and the last "Oh god, what have I done" game would have to be.... ....Brink. Good god, I thought it looked cool, and had interesting mechanics, I thought it would be a nice alternative to Black Ops on PC. I was wrong. Man, was I wrong. I barely got half way through the story mode before I said "screw this" and I spent a grand total of an hour fighting the netcode before I uninstalled and mourned my $60.

Just finished seeing this. Short review, spoiler free: Awesome, Avengers is worth every penny, even in 3D. Go see it if you haven't. I'm already debating if I want to re-watch it again this weekend.

So, I just started reading The Walking Dead volumes Wednesday. Picked up volume one, read through it...now I'm at volume 4, a little buyers remorse, but for the right reasons. I know I'm going to be blowing $30-40 a week on this to continue reading. Too bad the compendium1 isn't out yet around here, it seems to be quite a bit cheaper than the individual volumes.
