  1. Spoiler: Click here to viewCarwin looked really impressive. I'm sure the claims of "fluke" will be abound, but I think of the two, if anyone is a fluke, it's Gonzaga. He talked so much shit going into the fight, it was pretty awesome to see him go down like all the rest. Gonzaga is supposed to be a monster on top of you, but Carwin just nonchalantly got up and knocked him out. Carwin, like Jardine, needs to learn to keep his hands up and block punches. He took a few big shots from Gonzaga. Speaking of Jardine, I think if he'd kept his hands up during that fight, he could've won or possibly drawn. He came pretty close to winning the fight in the final round until he got rocked by Rampage right at the buzzer. It's a shame, too, because I personally mark for the Dean of Mean. I can't wait for Rampage versus Evans. I hope Evans knocks his ass out. Rampage isn't going to be able to take Evans down like he did with Jardine, and Rashad has a much stronger chin than Keith, in my estimation. It should be an awesome fight with Rashad having plenty of time to knock Rampage out. Nobody can withstand a big shot from Evans, but plenty have survived Rampage's best punch... Rashad swings to kill. Pretty weak show overall to be honest, but mostly because of the weird Yves Lavigne moment and some general inaction on the card. I'm not a fan of UFC events that lack title bouts.
  2. Any help at all? It's been a little over a week. I hate to be annoying, but hopefully some more people will have visited the thread who possibly have a picture of any of these staff... I know staff pics can be the hardest, but really, this is for the 1998 scenario, so any help is going toward that. Thanks in advance.
  3. I too would really like some of these stats, for my 1998 scenario. I have Hector Garza for 1998, or at least what I gave him... Hector Garza Garza Male June 27 (in January 1997) Lightweight I don't know who he was employed with in 1997... Brawling: 33 Speed: 77 Technical: 55 Stiffness: 40 Selling: 69 Over: 40 Charisma: 68 Attitude: 90 Behavior: 85 I ticked high spots, but you may want to tick superstar look and fonz factor as well (that's what he has ticked in the current stats update, I believe) I gave him a $35,000 wage. Yes he speaks. He's Mexican. El Tornillo (Top Rope) Corkscrew Plancha (Top Rope Standing)
  4. Steiner does the Frankensteiner today. He could've done it back then if he'd wanted, but he stopped because of back problems and increased muscle mass. I still think 0 is way harsh for the guy. I think he should have speed around 15, because he was still doing the occasional double axe handle off the top, and I think the guy could've done a lot more than he did. It was his gimmick to be this muscly monster. I think Steiner's tech should be around 55-60 as well. He was still doing a ton of suplexes, butterfly powerbombs, submissions and stuff. The guy was a really good technical wrestler. It wasn't until around 2002-2003 when he was in such poor physical shape that what he could do in the ring became increasingly limited to today. I think he still has tech in the 40s in the current updates, even. Oh, and I'd lower Scott Steiner's stiffness to 85. Lex Luger should have higher tech than 0... He did piledrivers, suplexes, the torture rack... I'd give him around 10 tech and 5 speed, as the guy occasionally did basic moves off the top, like the double axe handle or clothesline - not often, but he was capable of it if the situation called for it. Rick Steiner's tech should be around 50, IMO. And his stiffness should be around 85 and selling of 55 to match his brother. They were about equal in that regard... Other than that, looks good.
  5. out of the who's photobucket My mistake, I didn't think he'd have one. Thank you for looking and nabbing that pic for me.
  6. Bob Artese (ECW announcer) from circa 1998-1999, por favor...
  7. Tommy Dreamer doesn't deserve a 0 for speed anyway. He was doing flying elbow drops, slingshot planchas, and stuff back then. He did a slingshot splash on CW Anderson in their I Quit match at Guilty As Charged 2001 (ECW's last PPV). I would give Dreamer around 15-20 for speed, personally.
  8. I would make sure Slim Jim, Castrol Syntec Motor Oil, Snickers, and all the old 1-800 and 10-10 numbers are in as sponsors as well. WCW used a ton of those... WWF used Super Soakers for a while and Milton Bradley.
  9. Not sure if it was just a typo, but some of the people you put under announcers are actually referees (Silverman, Robinson, etc.) And I think you meant to raise Scott Dickinson's age 2 years instead of lowering it (so he'd be raised from 33 to 35?) Also, if you wanna send me your sponsors.dat file when you get finished, that would be awesome.
  10. While you're at it, stop fucking triple posting and spamming. Anybody have a pic of Gary Juster? He was a creative guy for WCW, but the only pic I could get was from the first Clash of the Champions in 1988, and I was looking for something closer to 1998. Apparently he was in a segment with DDP in 1996, but I don't have any footage... long shot, but I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
  11. This is a long shot, but I'd like pix of the following staff members, please. They are for the 1998 scenario, so the closer to that date (if possible), the better... but I'm really not picky, about the quality, the background, or anything. Annette Yother (producer and assistant to Craig Leathers) Casey Collins (producer) Colin Bowman (editor of WCW magazine, as well as producer) Craig Leathers (producer) Jackie Crockett (son of Jim Crockett Sr. and cameraman) Keith Mitchell (producer) Ross Forman (producer and contributor to WCW magazine) Scott Cunningham (photographer and producer) Antonio B. Rego (writer/producer for WCW videos) Janie Engle (writer) Alan Sharp (road agent) Bill Busch (road agent/accountant for WCW) Mike Weber (road agent) Robin Shaw (road agent and PR person for WCW) Sharon Sidello (road agent/executive for WCW) That's all for now. Thanks to anyone who can help with even one of those... I've scoured the web unsuccessfully looking...
  12. These stats are probably off, but... Hulk Hogan (1993): Hulk Hogan Hulkster Male August 39 years old Heavyweight Employed by WWF on a Written Contract Face Main Event No Manager Hero Brawling: 60 Speed: 5 Tech: 5 Stiffness: 25 Selling: 44 Over: 100 Charisma: 100 Attitude: 20 Behavior: 45 Tick Superstar Look, Announcer, and Booker Wage of $300,000? Speaks: Yes Nationality: American Primary Finisher: Atomic Leg Drop (ground) Other Finisher: Atomic Leg Drop (ground) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Booker T (1993): I'm going to assume you mean the beginning of 1993... If he's in GWF, he should use the name Booker T. If it's later in 1993 after signing with WCW, then he's using the name Kole. Short name depends on the above info. Male March 27 years old Heavyweight He was working with his brother as The Ebony Experience in GWF until mid 1993, then moved onto WCW. I would give them the gimmick of blue chippers, probably. I don't think they had much of a gimmick back then. They were faces in GWF, though. In WCW, they were supposed to debut as a couple of black slaves (I'm not making this up) but it was axed due to racial sensitivity and they basically became angry young heels... Maybe angry minority? Anyway... Brawling: 77 Speed: 65 Technical: 60 Stiffness: 60 Selling: 88 Over: 40 Charisma: 85 Attitude: 90 Behavior: 80 Tick pretty much everything except for diva and menacing... Wages of around $35,000 Speaks: Yes American Primary Finisher: Missile Dropkick (Top Rope Standing) Other Finisher: Crescent Kick (Impact) Booker T (1996): I'm again assuming beginning of 1996... If he's in GWF, he should use the name Stevie Ray. If it's later in 1993 after signing with WCW, then he's using the name Kane. Short name depends on the above info. Male August 34 years old Heavyweight He was working with his brother as The Ebony Experience in GWF until mid 1993, then moved onto WCW. I would give them the gimmick of blue chippers, probably. I don't think they had much of a gimmick back then. They were faces in GWF, though. Brawling: 68 Speed: 19 Technical: 20 Stiffness: 73 Selling: 57 Over: 40 Charisma: 65 Attitude: 81 Behavior: 83 Tick Announcer and Menacing Wages of around $35,000 Speaks: Yes American Primary Finisher: Spinebuster (Impact) Other Finisher: Bearhug (Submission) Stevie Ray (1996): I'm again assuming beginning of 1996... The more info, the better.
  13. I still need stats for Jesus Castillo and Jose Estrada Jr., please.
  14. Well, those are uh... probably okay for his current stats, I guess, lol. I would imagine he meant stats when he was a wrestler, though I wouldn't give Hayabusa Fonz Factor today. I probably wouldn't leave Superstar Look ticked either, or High Spots for that matter. I doubt he's going to ever wrestle again, and if he did, I can't see him taking a sick bump in his condition.
  15. Shawn's stiffness should be around 70. Hall and Nash both said that Shawn worked stiff and expected the same in return. Really? I was basing 40 off his current stiffness, and I've never seen him injure a guy... Anyway, for 1993 HBK, I would probably give him something around... Brawling: 66 Speed: 86 Technical: 80 Stiffness: 40? 70? Selling: 88 Over: 68 Charisma: 87 Attitude: 55 Behavior: 40 Probably somewhere in that area... For 1996, I really don't think it'd differ much from 1997. He didn't change much from '96 to '97, besides taking some time off due to injuries... but I mean, in-ring, he didn't change a lot. Maybe raise his speed one point, lol. For the beginning of the year in 1996, I'd say over of around 90. By the end of the year/beginning of '97, over of around 95 to 97.
  16. Thanks a lot, even with your self-admitted lack of knowledge about Kurrgan, it still helps. I'm going to give him around 60 brawl, 5 speed, and 10 tech or so. Probably 65 stiffness, 35 selling, and around 90 attitude and behavior as I don't recall ever hearing anything bad about Kurrgan on either front. I think over would be around 55, as this is for January 1998, so he was still approaching the peak of his popularity.
  17. Shawn Michaels (Beginning of 1997): Short name: HBK Birth Month: July Age: 31 Weight: Lightweight Written Contract with WWF as a main event face using the Show Stealer gimmick Stats: Brawling: 79 Speed: 84 Technical: 82 Stiffness: 40 Selling: 97 Over: 97 Charisma: 96 Attitude: 25 Behavior: 33 Tick high spots, fonz factor, superstar look, announcer, booker, and trainer. Wage should be around $220,000. Speaks: Yes Nationality: American Primary Finisher: Sweet Chin Music (Impact) Other Finisher: Flying Elbow Drop (Top Rope) I'm less sure about Pillman, but here you go... Brian Pillman (Beginning of 1997): Short name: Pillman Birth Month: October Age: 34 Weight: Lightweight Written Contract with WWF as a midcard heel with the Crazy gimmick Stats: Brawling: 65 Speed: 73 Technical: 79 Stiffness: 58 Selling: 91 Over: 80 Charisma: 84 Attitude: 67 Behavior: 29 Tick high spots, announcer, and I'm not sure if he should have any others. Wage should be around $110,000 Speaks: Yes Nationality: American Primary Finisher: Air Pillman (Top Rope Standing) Other Finisher: Headscissors Armbar (Submission) Hope those help. Does anybody have any suggestions for the ones I posted earlier? PWEASE!?
  18. I can't remember the exact date, but as MPH said before, generally anything before (2002?) is a "scenario" and anything after is a "stats update." Finding the specific TTE or whatever update was around then for the date is your best bet, so yes, that is probably the only one.
  19. Triple H's stiffness should be a lot higher than the 40s, IMO. I'd say 70 or so. And for 1996, I would probably raise his tech to around 73 and brawl to around 77. I'd lower his speed to like, 29.
  20. Was Mero really that much of a high flier? I honestly didn't see a lot of his work during his prime (just his brief run in TNA and some WCW stuff), but it didn't seem like he was that much of a high flier... Anyway, any help on these guys? Thanks.
  21. For Dr. Tom, I'd probably give him... Brawl: 60 Speed: 28 Tech: 70 Stiffness: 40 Selling: 79 Over: 60 Charisma: 70 Attitude: ? Behavior: ? I'm not too sure on charisma, as I've only heard him talk a couple times. I'm basing stats off only having seen a couple matches, too, so those could be off as far as I know. But it's the best I can do, really. Tick trainer, and maybe announcer? I can't remember if he ever did announcing. You could probably also tick booker.
  22. Well, Skip was Candido. For 1998, I gave him: Brawl: 64 Speed: 74 Tech: 82 Stiffness: 55 Selling: 85 Over: 65 Charisma: 81 Attitude: 69 Behavior: 74 Those are for 1998, though. I would lower brawl a few points, raise speed a few points, and lower over to around 60. Tick high spots, superstar look, announcer, fonz factor, booker, and trainer...
  23. Brawl: 60 Speed: 85 Tech: 70 Stiffness: 62 Selling: 88 Over: 73 Charisma: 78 Attitude: 75 Behavior: 55 Tick high spots. For relationships, download one of the updates before he passed away and check. I'm not really sure much changed between 2001 and 2007 as far as his relationships go... For stats, something like: Brawl: 70 Speed: 10 Tech: 15 Stiffness: 81 Selling: 57 Over: 71 Charisma: 57 Attitude: 80 Behavior: 55 Tick Superstar Look and Menacing.
  24. Sorry for the double post. Could I please get stats for the following in 1998 (World Wrestling Federation): Glen(n) Kulka Harvey Wippleman Jesus Castillo Jose Estrada Jr. Kurrgan Thanks.
