So I didn't mention it before, but I switched jobs over from GameStop to Sprint. Now a Store Manager at Sprint, and man it's been interesting. Customer today demanded that I service his out of warranty, non-insured, water-damaged phone and got mad when I explained why we wouldn't be able to. Mad enough to ask for the number to the owner of Sprint to complain. The owner. Just phenomenal.

A guy that used to work in my store worked for Alltel at one time. He told me he and his co-workers had a memory card in the back hidden, so when someone brought in a phone they would check it for pictures of naked women, and if there were any, they'd go to the back and copy them to that memory card. They had thousands of pictures by the time he left. I would love to work in a repair center, though. T-Mobile doesn't have any.
