So apparently a supervisor at Best Buy miscounted the number of XB360 N7 Mass Effect's they had in. He thought they had extras and bought one himself. Apparently now he won't return it when it turns out that they're out of stock when I come to pick up my preorder. Wonderful, wonderful.

See it's shit like that that's the reason I don't go to Best Buy anymore. Best Buy is histories greatest monster. Everything bad that has ever happened in the universe can be traced back to an idiot working at a Best Buy somewhere.
