Coalhouse Walker Vick. It's after the character from the book/broadway musical Ragtime. Except for the Vick part, obviously.

Yeah, some may think it a little cheesy, but we like it. And we'll call him Coal for the most part.

You can't go wrong with a name like that. My friend recently got 2 kittens. One grey, the other black. He named them Ash and Coal, accordingly.
