I don't hate all things Spurs. I just don't rate van der Meyde that much, that's all. There are plenty of players at Spurs that I would actually like Arsenal to sign, Defoe, Carrick, Davids, King and Robinson.

DAMMIT! [/Jack Bauer] Edgar Davids at Tottenham. I know he was shit at Inter but he is still an amazing player, and I wanted us to sign him.

This Baptista thing is going on too long. Now Marca have got some old quotes from Baptista and re-done them because Madrid got hammered by some shitty team. Also, we are going to be using black nets like Chelski did last season, this year. That is what has been said at Arsenal-Mania. To be honest, we should have had red currant nets.

Pretty sure he would be a striker. We have needed a big pysical presence up front for ages now, and he would fit the bill perfectly. Egdar Davids and Oliver Dacourt are said to be top of our list to replace Vieira at the moment. I would prefer Davids over Dacourt anyday.

So, according to several sources, all over Arsenal forums and in the Spanish press and according to some Sevilla official. We have agreed terms with Sevilla to sign Baptista. It is just up to the player now to decide whether he wants to join or not. We should find out more today. Fingers crossed.

According to TalkSport, David Dein has flown to Spain to complete the signings of Julio Baptista and Guti. Also, we beat that side 5-0 tonight, Henry scored two, one was a stunner apparently, Flamini got one, so did Bentley and Pires got the other I think. That Song guy was also apparently really solid and lots of people think we should sign him. Now, Hleb looks as though he is going to be wearing the number 6 shirt, which is very interesting to see. If he does, good to see if given to someone in another position so people won't make comparisons. Phew. Hopefully Dein is finalising Baptista's move though. Fingers crossed. And yeh, those were some sexy goals earlier, Henrys was amazing, and Pires' setup for Bentleys goal was . Give him a 2 year deal ffs.

Seriously though, this guy is a right steal. I mean, he cost half of what SWP cost and he is just as good. He reminds me a lot of Pires in a way, before he was injured. Wedding Crashers: 8/10 It got bad reviews in places, but I loved it. Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson and Will Ferell are all fucking legends. The night rape scene is comedic gold, I was pissing myself. Windtalkers: 4/10 What the fuck? Really unrealistic, Cage kills about 40 Japanese soldiers every action scene, since when would that ever happen? Parts of it were good, the story is good, but most of it is just ridiculous.

Well, he is looking for a keeper. I don't expect him to sign a replacement for Vieira. I think he will play Hleb there, because I don't see where else he will play. Ljungberg had a good season last year if you remember and he shouldn't be dropped. Playing Hleb with Gilberto could work a treat, like playing Keane and Scholes did for United.

He also said that Henry and Vieira were going to Madrid. He speaks a lot of shit. But, it is a possibility. Tis Baptista thing is jsut annoying because he said a while back he wanted to stay, then he made a come and get me plea to us and Utd. Then he said he is talking with Barca, then Wenger basciually says that Baptista said he wants to join us and now he is saying he will stay put. I want this saga to end already. If he stays there this season, he will leave for fuck all next season so it is in Sevilla's best interest to sell him now, and I think they will.

I have heard that if Milan got Gilardino, that is going to pave the way for Shevchenko to move to Chelski. But I doubt it.

Usually I play on the left hand side of midfield, either there or on the other wing. I prefer the left, even though I am right footed, I always drift inside. I got that of Robert Pires, he is my inspiration really so I tend to watch him carefully in games. Another reason is that I am fairly fast and being on the wing allows to use it.

Saviola is very overated in my opinion. He joined Barcelona for something ridiculous, like £25m I think and didn't really live up to the price, so they flogged him to Monaco, where he didn't do that great either. I also think he would be too lightweight for Premiership football. Plus, he said a while back that he was not too keen on moving to England.

I am a bit skeptical as to whether or not Tottenham actually have made a bid or not. He might just be another brilliant player in a long, long, long, long list that "nearly signed". I mean, moving to them would be a step down from Sevilla.
