  1. Lucky Number Sleven 7/10 I read alot of negative reviews about this film, but I gotta say I actually enjoyed it. It was entertaining and the twist actually made sense. Plus Lucy Liu is fucking hot in the film. This reminded me that Josh Harnett is a very underrated actor.
  2. Duchsherer, Cust, Suzuki and the 16 year old millionaire prospect.
  3. I don't know if this is because the A's are good at obtaining quality pitchers after trading great pitchers, (Tim Hudson, Dan Haren & Rich Harden) but I feel the Jays can find someone to replace Halladay if they choose to trade him.
  4. The only reason denver did it was to free up cap space. Kind of a smart move when looking towards the future of the team when you think about it.
  5. Modesto, California was mentioned (my place of residence), so I'm happy so far with the game. Although Duchsherer looked kind of bad with his pitching in the game
  6. I guess losing the belt pushed him over the edge.
  7. The Warriors have no PG now that I know of, and as good as Maggette, Jackson & Ellis is... Nellie Ball or any ball won't work without a good PG. From my understanding, they're gonne move Ellis to PG. He got some time playing PG during last season, and I like him playing PG than SG. I think Ellis will make the transition from SG to PG smoothly.
  8. I actually like that remix.

    Lil Wayne fans?

Tha Carter III is an average album. His first is a classic, second one is great, but his third one I can't get into it. I thought Mr. Carter was gonna be a stand out track seeing as Jay-Z is on it, but Wayne did not show up on that track.

Little Brother and Jurassic 5 aren't mainstream yet here in U.S, but they're not underground that much either. They're somewhere inbetween. That Little Brother track with Lil Wayne Breakin My Heart is constantly playing on my iPod. It's a great track.
  11. The only way I can see that happening is if it took place on an Indian reserve. No way would a legit promotion allow some guy from the crowd to come in and fight a trained fighter. It's a HUGE liability risk and no Athletic Commission would grant the fan a license to fight for one night. It takes months to obtain a license. But than again, it could be from a underground promotion.

Obie Trice? I've heard a few tracks since his depature from Shady and I'm becoming a fan all over again. And also Common is still doing his thing. Be is an amazing album and his new release (can't think of the title) is strong.
  13. From what Corey Maggette said, he, Brand and Davis talked about playing for the Clippers and becoming the Celtics of the West. Now what messed that up was when Brand left. From what I heard, Brand's agent told Dunleavy that he wanted a $100 mil contract. But than Brand turned around and told 'leavy that if he will be happy with a $72 mil contract. Time was running out on whether or not he'd get that contract when Philly and Golden State offered him contracts. He hadn't heard from the Clippers in a couple days so he chose to sign with Philly while it was still on the table which led to Maggette coming over to Golden State. And being a Golden State fan, I am quite happy with getting Maggette. I feel like Golden State is in a better situation now than when Davis was here. Maggette averaged more points last season than Davis, he's an upgrade in free-throws, and he can also play Nellie ball. Him in a line-up with Ellis and Jackson, I'm liking it.

Not even The Cool? IMO The Cool is as good, if not better, than Food & Liquor

I was a fan of his back when he was with the Hot Boyz. But when he dropped Tha Carter, I became a bigger fan of his. But after he dropped Tha Carter II, his lyrics really went down hill. All he has to do now is say any random things in a rhyme and he'll sell, and he knows that too which is why he's horrible lyrically. He's like 50, lyrics are garbage but his flow and willingness to experiement with different sounds (and pills) is what has gotten him over with fans. His best work in my opinion is his Da Drought Part 4: The Drought Is Over and The Greatest Rapper Alive Part 5

    The Joker

    1) Jack Nicholson - He gave Joker that murderous intent from the comics. And who doesn't like a murderous clown? He gave Joker that mentally unbalanced mindframe that has made him Batman's #1 enemy. 2) Mark Hamill - I have to agree with Mr. Luthor on the perfect voice Hamill provided for the Joker. When imagining what the Joker should sound like now, Hamill's voice automatically comes to mind. 3) Cesar Romero - It's hard to take anything or any character from the Batman TV series serious. Even though I loved watching the re-runs when I was a little kid, now it's just funny to watch. And I don't like my Joker funny, I like him insane. I have a feeling when TDK comes out, my list will be re-arranged to include Ledger in the top spot. It's premature to say, but by the trailers, Ledger has taken Nicholson's rendition of Joker and plundged him even deeper into darkness which can only result in the greatest Joker ever.
  17. Not the whole movie, but the scene in Hostel II where the chick cuts the guy's joystick off disturbed me more than any other scene in any other movie that I can remember. It's just wrong.
  18. Torres vs Maeda has to be the Fight of the Year. Round 2 has to be one of the best roundsin MMA history.
  19. Smallville Greek Kyle XY Moonlight No one I know watches these shows, but I dig 'em.
  20. 1) A Beautiful Mind 2) American Me 3) Colors 4) American History X 5) Blow 6) Scarface 7) Blood In Blood Out 8) The Notebook 9) Desporado 10) Face/Off 11) Grease 12) Anchorman: Legend of Ron Burgundy 13) Fight Club 14) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles I 15) Batman Begins 16) Stigmata 17) The Last Samurai 18) Hero 19) Bad Boys 20) Cinderella Man
  21. 1) Russell Crowe - A Beautiful Mind, Cinderella Man & Gladiator, he knows how to tell a story through his characters 2) Johnny Depp - His evolution as an actor from his beginning on 21 Jump Street to movies such as Finding Neverland, Pirates, and Blow is huge. He's not afraid of taking risks and when he does, it pays off huge 3) Edward Norton - You can believe he is his character. He's also a risk taker and they do pay-off in movies like Fight Club and American History X 4) Leonardo DiCaprio 5) Al Pacino 6) John Travolta 7) Robert DeNiro 8) Sean Penn 9) Paul Giamatti 10) Will Smith
  22. Of all time, it has to go, The Punisher, Batman Begins, and than the first TNMT movie.
  23. Yeah, it should mention a buy-in, but I didn't have time to get it in. I literally finished it at the last second cause the chip and the guns took up about 95% of the time allowed, which is why the text is also so plain.
  24. 100% of it is done in Adobe Illustrator by me. It was a class assignment and I liked it so much I decided to share it.
  25. May I suggest Quailman & The Silver Skeet for free agents And also Venus for the Ninja Turtle fed
